the Romans . It was said he wanted to submit Mecca to the
protection of the Romans and to nominate himself as a ruler on Mecca. . The people there drove him away . He went to Levant and died there with poison .
Time went on while Muhammad was sharing Mecca's people in their public life . He had the best wife who gave birth to sons such as El Kassem and Abdallah known as El Taher and El Tayeb as well as girls like Zeinab, Rokaya, Um Kolthom and Fatma. El Kassem and Abdallah died early in their childhood. The girls , Muhammad married them to their compeers . He married Zeinab ; the eldest to Abu El Ass Ebn El Rabe'i Ebn Abd Shams . His mother was Khadija's sister. He was an efficient man in his folk for his rectitude and his success in trade. He married Rokaya and, Um Kolthom to Otba and Otayba , sons of Abu lahab; his uncle . After Islam they separated from their husbands , his father Abu lahab asked them to release their wives . Ottoman Ebn Affan married them one after another . Fatma was still young and married Ali after Islam. . For compensating the loss of the sons, Muhammad asked Khadija to buy for him Zeid Ebn Haretha , he set him free and adopted him; he was called Zeid Ebn Muhammad; naturally Muhammad led a comfortable life . He had the sufficient time for Meditation in the universe . this inspiring spirit was prepared by Allah to proclaim his message and to direct the world to the right destination . Although he stuck to the spiritual life , he didn't want to be like monks or make himself a wise man like Waraka Ebn Nofal and the like . He searched for the right for the sake of itself.
It was the habituation the Arabs for their thinkers to seclude themselves to worshipping for sometime every year away from the intrusion of people . Muhammad used to go to cavern Haraa on the north of Mecca in Ramadan every year.
Muhammad was worshipping according to the doctrine of Ibrahim . After years of going to Haraa, his soul was obsessed by the sublime facts , he saw true visions during his sleep . He realized that his folk got astray and that their spiritual lives was spoilt by the submission to the illusions of the idols . Besides, the doctrines of the Jewish nor the Christians could save his folk from their aberration and delusion.
Although they contain some right, yet there were some sorts of figures and heathenism that can't be complied with the simple concrete truth which can't admit all these barren , useless controversial speculations of the covenanted . This Truth is Allah the creator of this universe . the most gracious and the most compassionate .
Muhammad was almost forty and went to Haraa Cavern, his soul filled with faith of what he seen of true visions . He got rid of the aberration . This case lasted for six months . He was afraid of the conjuration of jinn. His wife comforted him and assured him he was the honest and that Jinn can't toy with him . It had never occurred in her mind that Allah is preparing him by this spiritual sports to the great day, the great statement. the day of the first revelation ; to the proclamation of the message .
In 610 A.D. While Muhammad was sleeping in the cavern , an angle came to him holding a note of paper addressing him : Read, He replied ! I can't read the angel repealed : read , Muhammad said ! I can't read , the angel squeezed him for the second time and told him for the third time :" Read by the name of your God who created; created man from clot . Read and your God is the most generous . Who taught with pen . taught man what he didn't learn" . The king Angel was dismissed but it was curved in Muhammad's heart, Some writers of biography such as Ebn Isaac that the Revelation came by day and Muhammad was awake . Anyway , when the king angel squeezed Muhammad we couldn't imagine how much strong the angel was ; logically we can't imagine how powerful Muhammad was to endure the king . I believe that what had happened between Muhammad and the king angel was in vigilance not while sleeping . Terribly agitated . Muhammad went back home . Trembling , he said to his wife : " shroud me" she did . He said : Khadija : what is wrong with me? . He told her what happened to him she said :
- Be assured - You son of cousin and : By God's name . 1 wish you to be the prophet of this nation . Allah will never disgrace you , you go to your kins . you tell the truth and carry food to others , you host the guest and help people while having hardships .
Soon Muhammad felt fast asleep after he had been comforted . He needed - this sleep to get up to begin a new life full of spirit and power. A life of sacrifice devoted to Allah and humanity , this is a message to be proclaimed" till Allah complete this light; even though the infidels hate it "
Khadija went to her cousin Waraka Ebn Nofal and told him all about it . He answered : He who my breath is on his hand , Khadija , the greatest Revelation who came to Moses came to him . He is the prophet of this nation tell him to stand tough .
She came back home , she found him still asleep, all of a sudden , she saw him shaking, breathless, sweating , got up to listen to the king angel inspiring ." You shrouded , get up to warn and glorify your God , and purify your clothes and desert abomination........".
She took pity on him and solicited to him to go back to bed to sleep anew . He told her the time of sleep had gone . Gabriel ordered him to exhort people and invoke them to Allah and to worship Him . She told him the dialogue took place between him and Waraka . She declared her Islam and her faith of his prophecy eagerly .
Generally , she must have hurried to believe in him . She experienced , all his life long ; his honesty , truth , his supreme self, his love to charity and mercy . She saw him in his years of seclusion in Haraa , how he was preoccupied with the right alone ; abandoned the illusion of people and their worshipping the idols and offering sacrifices to them .
Allah taught his prophet how to pray; and khadija prayed with him . Ali was staying with him because Muhammad fostered Ali because his father was poor . Once Ali saw them prostrating and reciting the Quran . He asked them to whom they were prostrating . Muhammad told him they prostrated to God who made him a prophet and ordered him to invoke people to Islam . Ali accepted Islam , he wanted to take permission from his father but in the morning he said to Muhammad :
- Allah had created me without consulting Abu Taleb . Why
do I need to consult him to worship Allah? .
However, Abu Bakr Ebn Abu Quhafa was a close friend to Muhammad who was famous for his integrity, honesty and truth. He was the first one who invoked him to believe in Allah and to pass over the worship of the idols . Abu Bakr announced his Islam to his friends . He was a merchant well known for his good manners .
A lot of his friends followed his trace such as 'Ottoman Ebn Affan , Abd El Rahman Ebn Auf. Talha Ebn Obeid El Allah. Saad Ebn Abu, Wakass. El Zobeir Ebn El Awam. Abu Obeida Ebn El Garrah and main others from the people of Mecca .
Everyone of them when he became Muslim he went to the prophet to declare his Islam and to take instructions from him . If they wanted to pray they would go outside Mecca to pray . They were afraid of Qureish's hostility to the outsiders of their idols .
The Muslims who believed in Muhammad were reputed for their honour, purity , remission and pity . Anyone who was feeble , miserable and deprived believed in Islam . Muhammad's invocation proclaimed in all Mecca and people entered Islam "in groups" . The pugnacious tough people of Mecca didn't care at first and thought his speech like that of the monks and wise men such as Omiya and Waraka and the like and soon they would return to their parent's religion and Hobal , El tat' and EI Ezza. Essap and Na'ela – Qureish's Idols- where sacrifices were slayed at their feet, will be victorious at the end. They thought that true faith can't be retreated and the ultimate win was for the right.
After three years of the proclamation of the message Allah ordered Muhammad to declare Islam to his relatives .
He invited his relatives for dinner and talked to them about Allah . His uncle Abu lahab interrupted him and stimulated the people to go away . Muhammad repeated the same thing and offered them food He said :
- 1 don't know anyone from the Arabs brought to his folk better than I did . 1 brought you the best of this world and the hereafter.
- And Allah ordered me to invoke you to Him . Who will support me ? they rejected him and were about to leave . but Ali, the little boy got up and said .
- I'm with the messenger of Allah . 1 fight what you
fight.
Sons of Hashim Laughed loudly . They looked at Abu Taleb and his son Ali and left sarcastically .
Muhammad turned from invoking his close kins to all Mecca . He mounted the Safa one day and called .
- Oh you folk of Quriesh - they listened carefully .
- Do you see if I told you there are horses at the bottom of this mountain , would you have believed me ?.
They said :
- Yes. You are not accused . We didn't find you liar before . He said :
- I'm a Warner , on my hands a severe chastisement . You sons of Abd El Moteleb, sons of Abd Manaf , Sons of Zahra, sons of Tameem, sons of Makhzoom and sons of Assad . Allah ordered me to warn my close relatives and I don't own any benefit to you from this world, . and neither from the hereafter , but to say : there is no God but Allah .
Abu Lahab roared indignantly "for that you gathered us. Neither Abu Lahab's anger nor qureish's hostility stop the proclamation of Islam to spread all over Mecca .
Nothing is better than what Muhammad invoked to . Didn't he invoke to freedom , the absolute freedom ? no restrict , the cherished freedom that any Arab is eager to . Didn't he release people from worshiping anything else but Allah ? Didn't he break all the bondages? No Hobal nor Lat, no Ezza, No fire of the Persians ,No sun of the Ancient Egyptians . No worship for the stars . No disciples . Nobody of man nor angels or jinn concede between Allah and man . Man is only asked for what he had done whether it is good or bad , Man's deeds are his intercession and conscience . He is the only one to weigh his deeds . He is the only ruler of his actions .
At any rate , the magnates and financial lords of Quriesh began to feel the hazard of Muhammad on their posts First of all, they fought him by degrading him and unbelieving what he prophecised . They persuaded their poets like Ebn El Hareth , Amr Ebn El Ass , to disgrace him .
Apart from the poets there were some unbelievers who came to /question Muhammad about his miracles by which he could affirm his message , such those of Moses and Jesus why could he not turn ' Safa and Marwa' into gold ? or having a book descended from heaven? Why did Gabriel not appear to them in person ? Why could he not let the mountains of Mecca walk away ? or why could he not spring water like Zamzam ?
Allah told them "Say I don't own to myself good or bad
unless Allah wishes and if I had known the hidden thing. I would have increased the good. No harm could have touched me. I'm only Warner and augur well to people that believe "
His uncle Abu Taleb didn't embrace Islam, but he still defends his nephew . Many Lords of Quriesh went to him many times complaining :
- Abu Taleb, Your nephew cursed our gods and insulted our religion and made a fool of our dreams and thought our parents got astray. Either you prevent him from us or let him to us.
He didn't want to separate from his folk or to be at odds
with them . He called Muhammad and told him qureish's
message . "Don't let me bear what I can't endure " .
- My uncle , By Allah's name if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left hand in order to leave this matter , I won't until Allah appears it or I'm perished .
The old man shuttered on hearing this reply . He stood taken aback surprisingly: before this sublime self which passes over life . Muhammad was about to leave tearfully when his uncle called him again saying :
- go my nephew and say what you like . By God's name I will never oblige you to something you hate" .
He told sons of Hashim and El Moteleb what Muhammad said and asked them to put Muhammad under their protection , they all responded to that except Abu Lahab who showed his hostility in public and joined his enemies .
Muhammad took refuge through his folk who protected him from any harm from qureish's part . Quriesh tortured the Muslims . one of them threw his slave ; Belal the Abyssinian on the hot sand suffering the burning sun ; putting a big stone on his chest, leaving him to die , only because he insisted on Islam . Abu Bakr saw him suffering this torture , he bought him and set him free at once , Most of the first Muslims were treated humiliatingly , even Muhammad was not rescued from this bad treatment, Um Jameel ; Abu Lahab's wife was throwing away the waste on his house , but Muhammad was clearing it away . the waste of the slaughtered sheep was thrown on him while he was praying . He bore this injure and went to his daughter Fatma to clean him and put him in order again . Besides , the Muslims were hearing idle and bad talk wherever they go .
This period in Muhammad's life was the best in human history . Muhammad and his followers were not yeaning for money or rule , but they sought the right .
Muhammad was longing for the liberation and releasing paganism from those who were doing him harm .
The essence of Muhammad's doctrine is Allah the creator of this universe . All the elements of it subjected to Him . Man, universe, Time and place are a unit submissive to the spirit of Allah through Meditation and contemplation we should trace our path of the eternal rules . consequently what people worship of Idols , fire , sun and stars, is not right , is illusion . That does
not comply with the human dignity, nor does it go with man's mind . The Angel informed them through Muhammad's tongue in elaborate eloquence . Their hearts escalated to the sublime spirited wishing to get in touch with Him : Muhammad showed them the way to the goodness which is the destination to God . They are rewarded for this goodness when they end their duties in this life . " This who does a parcel of good will see it, and who does a parcel of evil will see it" . .
When Hamza turned to Islam , the Muslims became strong. Hamza was the prophet's uncle and his brother in feeding from the same breast. Hunting was his hobby, one day he came back home, he had to go round Kaba before home . He was told that Abu Jahl called Muhammad bad names, he got furious, he went straight to Kaba where Abu Jahl was sitting . He raised his bow and struck him on his head .
Abu Jahl confessed that he insulted Muhammad insolently.
Quriesh lost its temper on seeing Muhammad increase in number and power . The Muslims didn't care either torment or bad treatment.
Ottaba Ebn Rabe'a was one of Qureish's lords, he suggested in their symposium to offer Muhammad some matters and may Muhammad accept one of them . He told Muhammad .
- If you want money out of this matter. we can collect more
money for you to be the richest ... if you want honour we
can make a lord on us . We can't do anything without your permission if you want to be a king , we can make you a king . if what you see comes from jinn, we can cure you till you are recovered .
Muhammad listened carefully and recited the soura of El Sagda (the prostration ).
Ottaba was astonished of what Muhammad said . He found out that Muhammad was not interested in money nor honour , nor kingdom and he is not conjured by jinn. He was only speaking about the right , the goodness in a miraculous statement.
Because of the severe torture from Quriesh to the Muslims Muhammad advised them to migrate to Abyssinia .
- There is a king there does not do wrong to any body . It is a land of truth till Allah make you a rescue of what you are going through .
They went to Abyssinia in two migrations. In the first they were eleven men and four women . They stayed beside the neighbouring protection of the king . When they heard that the Muslims in Mecca were safe that is Quriesh do not any harm to them ; they came back . on the reverse , they found an awful injustice from Quriesh , they got back to Abyssinia again . They were eight men as well as their women and children . They remained there till the migration of Muhammad to Yathreb . This migration was the first migration in Islam . In fact Muhammad didn't fear the Muslims pervert to
Christianity affected by the people there . Really there was one Muslim apostatized of Islam and turned to Christianity . Muhammad was self - assured because the essence of Islam is
Pure, whereas the Christianity in Nagran, El Hira and Levant were full of blemishes of disputes . Some believed in the
deimification of Miriam and Jesus and those who were logger-
heads .
When Omar turned to Islam , it was a new era for the Muslims . Omar was very strong , well-built , bad- tempered and easy to be furious . he was one of the most men who was doing harm to the Muslims . On Knowing that the Muslims migrated to Abyssinia , he got depressed because he missed his friends .'Muhammad was attending with his friends who didn't migrate to Abyssinia inside a house at El Safa . Omar decided to go there to kill Muhammad so that Quriesh.
May live peacefully again , Na'eem Ebn Abdallah met him on his way he told him that sons of Abd Manaf will not leave him alive if he killed Muhammad and he should take care of his own folk . His sister Fatma and her husband Saed Ebn Zeid turned to Islam . Omar entered their house, they were reciting the Quran . Fatma hid the paper when she felt he was coming nearer. He struck Saed and his sister hard . He asked his sister to give him the paper , she told him to perform ablution first . After Reading it, he got trembled and surprised . He fell sorry for what he had done . he repented hitting his sister and her husband . . The part of his goodness overcame him . His heart was moistened and felt peace of mind . He intended to go straight forward to Muhammad's session . He took permission and declared his Islam . The Muslims felt secured and protected by the Islam of Omar and Hamza.
Omar prayed in public in Kaba with other Muslims . Quriesh made another plan to fight Muhammad and the Muslims. They wrote an agreement to sanction sons of Hashim and sons of Abd El Moteleb . They won't marry or let them marry with them . They won't trade with them ; no purchasing or selling . They hung this contract inside Kaba. this policy is tougher than hurting them . This Bill of sanction lasted for three years . Muhammad and his folk as well as his followers took a place to hide in , apart from the mountain just near Mecca suffering a kind of deprivation sometimes they didn't find any food to eat.
Muhammad and the Muslims didn't have the chance to mix with people and talk to them until the 'inhibited' months-where the Arabs come to Mecca to perform pilgrimage , when disputes quelled down, no killing , no torture, nor aggressions . On these months Muhammad descended to the Arabs invoking them to the religion of Allah . This besiege made people sympathize with him and comply with him . They won many hearts . This long lime of boycott , besides they were their cousins and kins made people feel sorry for a horrible brutality they committed . But for some men's sympathy for them ; carrying some food secretly at night, they would have died of hunger . Hesham Ebn Amr together with Zoheir Ebn Abu Omiya ; whose mother was Atteka daughter of Abd El Moteleb, El Mottam Ebn Odei , Abu El Bakhtari Ebn Hesham and Zama Ebn El Aswad vowed to break the paper .
Zoheir Ebn Omiya circummbated the House seven times , then said loudly :
- Folk of Mecca , will we eat food and wear clothes while sons of Hashim are perished . Nobody buys or sells from them . By Allah I won't rest till this unfair paper is cut.
Abu Jahl realised they had decided already . he revoked the sanctions , He was afraid of mutiny . El Mottam went to break it up , he found the rodents had devoured it up except the commencement " By the name of God ." By so doing Mohammad and his friends went back to Mecca again , buying and selling from them, yet hostility remained . everyone of the two teams were on the alert, waiting for a victorious day .
Quriesh didn't surrender to Muhammad . They feared the propagation of Islam among the Arab tribes after it had spread in Mecca . Still They had the weapon of propaganda to resort to from the very beginning . To monger rumours, to weaken the pretext of the opponent. Quriesh feared the people who came to Mecca for pilgrimage and trading ; who gathered together in the markets of Okkaz, Magana and Zi El Magaz . They consulted El Waleed Ebn E Moguera : what is to be said to the Arabs coming to pilgrimage concerning Muhammad's case. Some suggested to say Muhammad is a Monk . El Waleed replied that Muhammad is neither a clergyman nor a monk . Others claimed that Muhammad is crazy . El Waleed said he didn't look mad. Others suggested to charge Muhammad with wizardry . Again El Waleed didn't agree . After a long controversy El Waleed suggested that, he ,- meant the messenger - had a rhetoric , charming speech and what he was saying can separate between the man and his father, his brother, his wife and his folk .They, also requested El Nadr Ebn El Hareth to use his knowledge of the Persian legends to narrate them to people after Muhammad's talk to people . They wanted to convince people as Muhammad was speaking about the ancient myths , in the same way El Nadr can do like Muhammad . By these types of propaganda Quriesh was fighting Muhammad wishing to affect him badly more than the effect of doing harm and torture . But the power of right depicted by Muhammad on his tongue was more supreme than what they said .
El Tofiel Ebn Amr El Dossi came to Mecca he was an honourable poet . Quriesh warned him, not to (listen to Muhammad ) ; there was charm in his speech . El Tofiel went to Kaba one day and Muhammad was there . the former listened Arabs coming to, pilgrimage concerning Muhammad's case
By these types of propaganda Quriesh was fighting Muhammad wishing to affect him badly more than the effect of doing harm and torture . But the power of right depicted by Muhammad on his tongue was more supreme than what they said .
El Tofiel Ebn Amr E Dossi came to Mecca he was an honourable poet . Quriesh warned him. not to (listen to Muhammad ; there was charm in his speech . El Tofiel went to Kaba one day and Muhammad was there . the former listened to what Muhammad said. he found out that it was a good speech .
To our surprise the most hostile people to Islam didn't question themselves : was he really invoking people to the valuable religion ? Abu Sofian Ebn Harb,.Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham set out one night to listen to Muhammad at home . Everyone took a place without telling each other about their wish . Muhammad was Reciting the Quran quietly . The verses were like melodies touching their hearts. At dawn everyone got back home . They met at the same road . They blamed each other and promised not to do that again . In the following night,
They did the same thing, they repeated that for three times .
They realised they were weak before Muhammad's invocation . They vowed not to do that again . What they heard from Muhammad left a great effect on them . They were afraid to be weakened ; each one was a lord , they were terrified of their folk to follow Muhammad . What really stopped them to follow Muhammad? Those who went stealthily to listen to the Quran were horrified to believe in Muhammad's Quran that they should be careful, not to commit moral errors and it doesn't differ between the , the poor and the rich " The greatest are the piteous to Allah ."
If Abu Sofian and his friends remained as their parents were, they didn't believe in their religion . but they were cautions about the old system which provided them with a lot of fortune and grand sovereignty .
Besides this caution , there were envy and competition prevent Quriesh to follow the prophet . Omiya Ebn Abu El Salt talked about the appearance of a prophet before Muhammad . he wished he had been that prophet and he was terribly jealous when the revelation, the king angel didn't descend on him . Muhammad said " Omiya the poet is believer but his heart is unbeliever " .El Waleed Ebn El Moguera said : will Muhammad be descended on and I was left behind and I'm the greatest of Thakif ? – a great tribe , too , - master of Thakif to be left and -we are the magnates of the two villages – that is Quriesh and Thakif - .
When Abu Sofian , Abu Jahl and El Akhnas listened to the Quran for three nights. El Akhnas went, to Abu Jahl at home asking him :
- Abu El Hakam . What is your opinion of what we heard from Muhammad ?.
Abu Jahl replied :
- What did you hear ? we compete with Abd Manaf about honour: They fed people and we fed people. they earned and we earned . they gave and we gave . They said we have a prophet the revelation is coming to him from heaven . When can we reach this ? By Allah we will never believe in him " Envy, competition and vendetta had a deep effect on the nomads .
There was a third reason for abhorring to follow
Muhammad that they feared the resurrection and the horrible chastisement on doomsday . they tended to revelry and spree . They took to trade and usury , a means for, their amusement , the rich didn't mind any misdeed in committing sins so long as they could sacrifice to their idols some cattle or sheep so that the idols could delete their sins . It was permissible to him to murder, violate and commit adultery as long as he could bribe these Idols.
On the other hand, the depict of the Tribulation Day in Quran was so strong that Quriesh couldn't bear it . "when we say to the scalding Fire: Are you filled ? It says ,: is there some more?" and " Whenever their skin is recovered , we substitute another skin so that they taste the chastisement "
So , it is easy to calculate that how much enthusiasm in rebuffing Muhammad and repulsing the new religion . They didn't know what resurrection was . They didn't admit what they heard . They feared future , disease , deficiency in money or their sons and in the social posts and pomposity, Life was an end in itself . They were merely interested in collecting the means of amusement of this life . They didn't hear in their mind the Reward after death , or resurrection , or Paradise and Hell . All that they heard about it in Judaism and Christianity . In fact, they never heard such terrifying images as they heard on the tongue of Muhammad if they continued to enjoy themselves immensely or to accumulate their fortunes by doing wrong to the feeble or eat up the orphan's money or neglecting the pauper and exceeding in usury and the result would be an eternal torture in Hell . As for the Paradise which is as wide as the Earth and the Heavens ; all Quriesh doubted it.
They wanted to stick to this life they live, besides they didn't believe in the Reward Day .
No doubt that the Arabs had an idea about the good and the bad , the paradise and the Hell, but they were trade men , they tended to the concrete reality and because they were interested in fun and wine they denied the Reward of the other world absolutely . They thought what man gets in this life whether it is good or bad is a result of his deeds . No reward after this world for the sake of this spiritual salvation to his folk and to the whole people . Muhammad endured a great deal of harm, images of sacrifice and psychological and physical pains; the hostility of one's folk and kins . As if Muhammad had loved his folk much more and he was more careful to rescue them whenever they exceeded their harm . Thus he wanted to let them bear in mind the Day of resurrection to save them from the evil of their paganism and involvement of their sins . No wonder that the revelation , in the early years didn't stop to warn them and to be aware of the ramification of that. However , they denied it and repulsed all about the new religion . They had to wage relentless war against Muhammad till Islam got victorious and Allah Appeared His religion upon the whole religion .
No sooner had Muhammad came back to Mecca again after tearing the paper than he had two catastrophes; the death of his uncle Abu Taleb and his wife khadija who was his support and love , who removed whatever hardships he had . Quriesh increased its hurt . A foolish .person from Quriesh threw dust on his head, Muhammad got into his house , his daughter Fatma cleared the dust away *
weepingly . He directed his heart to Allah saying to his daughter" Don't cry my daughter. Allah protects your father" .
In 628 A.D Muhammad went out to El Ta'ef after the harm Quriesh caused to him . he set out alone , nobody knew his destination, hoping Thakif to triumph him and they might turn into Islam. They didn't respond to his invocation. . He begged them not to tell Quriesh all about it for fear of gloating over this refusal. They didn't care about that, but they persuaded the riffraff to insult and yell at him . he went away to a wall belonged to Ottoba and Sheba sons of Rabe'a as a way of sheltering himself . When the mob went back . he sat on the shadow of a vine tree while the two sons were looking at him . He raised his face , to heavens supplicating :
- I take refuge in you, I complain my weakness , No way I go to , and humiliation to people. You are the most merciful . You are the God of the weak and you are my God .To whom you make me depend on ? To a person frown at me ? Or to an enemy you made him possess my affairs . If you are not angry with me, I don't care . Your forgiveness is wider to me, I take refuge in your face's light which lighted the darkness and all the matter of life and the hereafter are amended . Don't show anger or damnation on me, I hope you are satisfied , to you the end and no dependence nor power without you ".
Sons of Rabe'a took pity on him, they sent their Christian servant to him with -a bunch of grapes - when Muhammad put his hand to eat. he said :
" by the name of God ,he ate , the servant looked at him in surprise . he said :
- People of this country don't say such words . Muhammad asked him, about his country and his religion . He was told he was Christian and from a village in Iraq , Muhammad said :
- From the village of the good man Younis Ebn Mata ? the
servant whose name was Addass asked him .
- Who told you about younis;Son of Mata ?
- This is my brother prophet and I'm a prophet.
Addass kissed his head , hands and feet. The indignation of Thakif decreased when they knew he – the messenger - was hurt badly , but this didn't push them to follow him , Quriesh was very pleased on knowing what happened to him in Thakif and continued to hurt him but this didn't soften his will to stick to the invocation to Allah . He exposed himself in the seasons of pilgrimage; to the Arab tribes, and invoking them to the right and informed them he was a prophet and asked them to believe him . Yet , however , his uncle Abd El Ozza Ebn Abd El Moteleb nicknamed Abu Lahab didn't leave him in peace , but he followed him wherever he goes , not only that but persuading people not to listen to him. Muhammad didn't suffice with exposing himself to the Arab tribes in the seasons of pilgrimage in Mecca but he traveled to Kinda in its region , Kelab district, he went to sons of Hani and sons of Ammer Ebn Sa.assaa . but nobody responded to him . they replied him badly, as for sons of Ammer they conditioned him if he got victorious by them , they would succeed him and they would inherit the matter after him , but he said to them : the matter is to Allah who put it wherever He wish ".
Why did these tribes refuse the invocation ? Had they the same reasons of Quriesh ?Sons of Ammer wanted to succeed him if they supported him . As for Thakif, they had another reason . Not only El Ta'ef which was considered as a summer resort for the people of Mecca because of its fine weather and its sweet grapes. But also , it was the settled site of the worship of El Lat, which it was an idol worshipped by people . If Quriesh followed Muhammad , El lat would lose its reverend position . Hostility would have taken place between Ta'ef and Quriesh , and economical flourish would have affected the season of summer resorting , So most of the tribes had an economical pretext to reject Islam rather than sticking to their religion and worshipping their Idols .
The period of mourning of his late wife Khadija ended . He married Abu Bakr's daughter , Aisha ;. she was seven but he wedded her when she was nine . In the time being, he married Sawda; a widow of some Muslims who immigrated to Abyssinia, but came back to Mecca and died .
In 621 A.D, there was the Night walking and the escalating spiraling to Heavens .
Some say this was done by soul only while some others say by soul and body .
One of the German orientlist narrated from the books of biography about the prophet saying " on the middle of a night where silence prevailed the birds were silent as well as the vultures and the running of the springs stops besides the whistling of the wind. Muhammad was touched at the back of his foot by the king Angel to wake him up saying :
- He who you are asleep get up . He stood up finding before him the Angel Gabriel whose front was as white as snow . stretching his blond hair , wearing his garnished - with gold garments , around him his different coloured wings flurrying , holding in his hand an amazing sort of animal which is El Borak, having wings like an eagle bending before the messenger, he mounted it and set off like an arrow over the mountains of Mecca and the sand desert towards the north . The Angle was escorting him .
He stood at Sinai mountain where Moses spoke to Allah . Then he went to Beitlahm where Jesus was born ; then reached Jerusalem . Muhammad ties the Borak and prayed in what was called once , Solomon palace , ;with him were all the prophets and messengers , Ibrahim, Moses, Jesus... .etc . He came to the spiraling escalation , he leaned on Jacob's rock and mounted up fast to heavens . The speed of Allah is Be and it is - between the B and E . The first heaven was made up of pure silver where the stars hung by chains of gold . There was an angel guarding each of them from the devils and the jinns ; not to go to listen so as to know the secrets of heavens . In this heaven Muhammad greeted Adam, it also contained all the images of the creation glorifying their God . In the other six heavens Muhammad met Noah , Heron , Moses , Ibrahim , David , Solomon. Idris, Uehia – Jonathan - and Issa . He saw the angel of death . He was so huge that there were seventy thousand days distance between his two eyes . Under his command there was a hundred thousand divisions . He was recording in an enormous book the names of those who are born and those who are dead . In the mean time he saw a gigantic angel half of it fire, and the other half was composed of ice , around him endless number of angles kept on glorifying Allah saying:
- You God collected ice and fire and collected all your worshippers in obeying your traditions .
In the seventh heaven there was the headquarter of Justice , an angel bigger than the whole Earth, having seventy thousand heads , in each head, there were seventy thousand mouths , in each mouth, seventy thousand tongues, each tongue, seventy thousand languages , each language seventy thousand accents , all glorifying and praising Allah ...
While he was considering this peculiar creature , he was raised to the crest of 'Sedrat El Montana situated to the right of the throne ,including millions of millions of the souls of angels . After he had stepped , less than a glance , vast seas , lighted areas and black darkness . fire . water x air and space ,each five hundred years distance away from one another passing over clouds of beauty . integrity and loneliness, after them behind seventy thousand divisions of angels prostrating motionless and speechless. He felt himself upgrading to Allah , he was surprised when he couldn't see the Earth or the heavens together as if they had been swallowed by mortality as if he saw a sesame in a vast form . " He was in the presence of the throne, " he was closer seeing Allah with his eyes. He saw things the tongue can't express, exceeding over all the conception of Man .. Allah ordered his slave for every Muslim to pray fifty prayers everyday.. When Muhammad descended down, he met Moses who persuaded him to decrease the prayers to five ones.
Gabriel escorted the prophet to paradise which was prepared to the pious after resurrection then he descended to the ground ..He untied Borak and rode back from Jerusalem to Mecca.,
There are a lot of biographies narrated the incidents of the Night Walking to heaven , some added stories , other put some of their imaginations . For example Ebn Hesham narrated on the tongue of the prophet after he met Adam in the first heavens, he said :
- I saw men having hefty lips like that of the camels. In their hands blazing stones throwing them into their mouths and came out from behind, 1 said who are these Gabriel? !'
He said : those are who ate the orphans money wrongly . Then 1 saw men had stomachs when passing over Hell they sat on it unable to move their places . 1 said : who are these people Gabriel ? he said : these are the people who ate usury . .After that I saw men in their hands there were good fat meat near that rotten meat, they were eating the rotten meat and leaving the good fat one . I said : who are these Gabriel ? he said : these are
who leave what Allah permitted legally from women to and went to what Allah inhibited them to touch .
Then I saw women hanging from their breasts . I said : who are these Gabriel ? He said : these are the women who got into men what were not their children ? then he let me come in paradise I saw a beautiful maiden . I asked her: who do you belong to ? she was admirable, she said : to Zeid Ebn Haretha . The prophet informed him about her. .
The Arabs of Quriesh couldn't percept the meaning of the Night Walking to Heavens they doubted it, even some of the Muslims were skeptic . Many of them, said : the camels took a month from Mecca to reach Levant and returned in a month . Could Muhammad go there and come back again in one night? Many of them apostatised , Abu Bakr was greatly believing in what Muhammad said he said : By God if he said what he said , he would be truthful . he told me the news came from Allah from heavens to Earth in an hour of day or at night and I believe him.
Abu Bakr got to the prophet listening to him describing Jerusalem . Abu Bakr visited it before . When the prophet finished the description of the mosque , the messenger said : you are truthful . From now on , Abu Bakr was entitled the truthful .

The immigration to Madina
( The year of sorrow )
After the death of Abu Taleb and his disappearance from the life of Muhammad a disastrous loss that affected Muhammad greatly . No sooner had his uncle died than
his wife Khadija followed him after three days only . Khadija was helpful and useful to Muhammad even before his declaring the message of Islam . Muhammad used to seclude for worshipping Allah . She blessed his seclusion and contact with Heavens ; meditation and contemplation . After the message of Islam Khadija was the pulse of Islam . She used to encourage and comfort the messenger . she didn't leave him until he smiled , glittering from his lovely eyes the determination to endure all the pains for the sake of Allah .Twenty five years passed since he married the lady of all qureish's women . She shared him his hopes and his pains . She stood beside him in the most decisive time in Haraa cave, trembling from fear when the Angel of Heaven came to order him to " read" Khadija believed him . She was mercy , peace and shelter to the messenger .
The disbelieves were very pleased after the death of his uncle Abu Taleb who used to protect him . They became very arrogant . They gave him a choice either to be killed or to be dismissed from
What made him feel painfully was that he couldn't go back to
The year of Sorrow was painful enough . the messenger suffered and the Muslims suffered too, the generous Messenger who suffered all the kinds of tortures, and oppression needed recreation or condolence to wipe out what deposited in his chest of bitterness and accusing him of madness and ridiculing him for ten years passed in struggling and debating with his people . Only few people who responded with his message . The death of Abu Taleb and his wife khadija had a great effect on him .
He went to the house of his aunt mother of Hani, daughter of Abu Taleb . he couldn't go to his house, he , really married with Souda daughter of
They suffered from hunger , boycott and homelessness . He remembered how Khadija was starving together with his daughter(Um Kolthom. Fatma , Ali and Zeid .
He was welcomed by the husband of Um Hani, Hobeira who admired Muhammad's speech, although Hobeira didn't believe in Muhammad's message .
While he was sleeping at his aunt . Um Hani the angel from Heavens came to him . He took Muhammad
and went to the Mosque of Jerusalem . Muhammad prayed with the whole prophets . he went up with Gabriel the angel to the seventh Heavens . Most of the prophets inhabited the seven Heavens such as Adam. Jesus Christ , Joseph . Ibrahim . Where did the Messenger go ? He went beyond the seventh Heavens where no prophet nor angel nor jinni could ever go or dare to go. God imposed the five prayers at Heavens to indicate its greatness and grandeur . The messenger felt he drew nearer to Almighty ; it isn't in the sense of place or time since God is every where.
It was such an elevation in rank , in honour , in position and in Know ledge of the light of Allah . Watching the secrets of the universe . Muhammad's soul filled with the closeness of his God . he felt the effusiveness of generosity of God ." God inspired to his slave what he inspired " and Also God told him the in the Koran. " Didn't we comfort your chest, and took away your wrongs , which burdened your back and We raised your name ."
It was such a great recreation erased all the sorrow the messenger suffered . Muhammad felt no more pains he felt as if he had been created anew .
The journey of the space finished at El Kabaa . Muhammad entered the Mosque to pray as a way of greeting the mosque .
Meanwhile Um Hani got up by night she didn't find Muhammad in his bed . She went to sons of Abd El Moteleb , she told them that Muhammad got missed . El Abbass went to Zi Tow' a and shouted . 'Muhammad - Muhammad' .
- Yes- here I'm .
- Where have you been ? your folk are worried about you .
- I went to
- Tonight ? El Abbass said surprisingly .
- Are you all right ?
- I'm all right. '
They went back to Um Hani, when she saw him she hurried to him asking where he had been to ? He began to tell her the whole story of the journey of the space, she couldn't believe him . She didn't believe that he could go to
prepared to get out , she thought him he was in a fit of fever. - where to ?
- I want to go to Quriesh to tell them what I saw .
- I beg you my cousin don't talk to Quriesh like that they won't
believe you .
Um Hani wasn't Muslim yet . She didn't believe what Muhammad said .
She knew that will cause Muhammad a lot of trouble because he lived in
He met Abu Jahl who said sarcastically
- Something new ?
- Yes, I went to the Mosque of Jerusalem .
- And you become among us again ?
- Yes.
- Can 1 call your folk to tell them what you said to me ?
- Yes.
Abu Jahl stood in Kabaa shouting :
- Oh folk of Bani Kab Ebn Loei , they came to him . Abu Jahl turned to the messenger of Allah saying :
- Tell your folk what you told me .
- I went to the Mosque of Jerusalem and came back in one night . the messenger said firmly .
He went on telling them what he saw . they went to Abu Bakr they said to him :
- Your friend claimed that he went to the Mosque of Jerusalem and came back in one night !
- Did he say so ?
- Yes.
- If he said so then what he said was true. said Abu Bakr quietly
- Do you believe that in one night he went to the house of
- Yes . I believe him in further than that . 1 believe him in the news of the heavens .
Abu Bakr set off on to the Ancient House ; El Kaba . he found people were around the messenger of Allah , Abu Jahl, El Mottam Ebn Odei and others . El Mottam said to the messenger
- Your matter before today was easy . What you said today was strange . I witness that you are liar . We go on camels to the House of El Makdess (
- Oh Mottam what you said to Muhammad was bad . I witness he was true .
Controversy and discussions spread between the messenger and the disbelievers . the faith of some Muslims shocked because what Muhammad said was incredible . They got only little knowledge they didn't know the secrets of the universe . if they had known these amazing facts . They would have realized that God Almighty who created the universe and the Heavens . He Almighty could patrol his messenger the Universe in a glimpse .
People in
Muhammad Kept on reciting " When the star falls . Your companion is not on the delusion . he doesn't speak from his own . He is inspired by God . — He saw great miracles from his God . Did you see El lat and El Ozza ( Qureish's stone goddesses )( and Manat; the third one ( another stone goddess ) Do you have for you the male only and the female for god ? It is unfair division .These are mere names you called them names you and your father but God didn't permit them . They follow only suspicion and what they like and God showed them the right direction " ( sora El Negim – the star verses)
The disbelievers were very angry because Muhammad was making a fool of their Gods. they shouted louder protesting against this irony .
As for the Muslims , the speech of Muhammad; going to the House of Jerusalem was a tremendous test for them either to believe of the capacity and the ability of God to do anything . If the Muslims have weak faith , They will go back being disbelievers once more that was an examination for the Muslims since Islam is on a turning point . Islam doesn't want hypocrites or weak Muslims . That was good for the new religion they could destroy its pillars .
When Muhammad went back home, he was pleased , he felt satisfaction after he had seen the great Miracle of his God and After he declared in public that he went to the house of Makdess and came back in one bight . People said he was a liar and laughed at him and other people withdrew from Islam . They didn't believe his Journey to Heavens , but all these things didn't discourage him after he had been very close to Him.
This space journey washed his heart . All the pains were gone , the years of calling people to worship God. Only few people responded to this new religion from the very beginning .. Muhammad was confident of the victory of Allah .
On the season of pilgrimage . The Arab tribes hurried to the markets . The lords of
When he was reciting the Quran they began to whistle and shout louder so that they couldn't hear him. He concealed his message for three years . he declared his religion on the fourth year . Every season of pilgrimage , Muhammad followed the pilgrims in their houses . he came to even the tribes to inform them about his message, but Quriesh succeeded in separating people from him . After Magana , the crowds hurried to Okkaz market . Muhammad went there to clarify his new religion to the people but people were enjoying themselves with the wine of Damascus and making love to the prostitutes , the lords of Mecca accumulated money through their bitches and gambling and the poets were reading sexual poems - In fact, the humanity was at the bottom of immorality .
Muhammad went to every tribe . he said :
- Oh most of people, God has ordered you to
worship him and don't share idols with him .
Before he completed his statement Abu Lahab, his uncle appeared behind him saying .
- Oh most of people this man orders you to leave the religion of your parents , other disbelievers hurried to Abu Lahab Such as El Nadr Ebn El Hareth . Okoba Ebn Meyiet, Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham Omiya and Obei sons of Khalaf"
They assured the people that Muhammad was a madman . They advised people not to listen to his hallucination. Muhammad was polite enough not to face his uncle and the lords of Quriesh , for ten years he tries to declare his new religion to the Arab tribes , for ten years his uncle and his friends prevented people and discouraged them from listening to what Muhammad was saying , for ten years Muhammad didn't say a bad word to his uncle .
One day while he was in Okkaz market, he exposed his religion to sons of Honeita and sons of Amer Ebn Sassa'a they listened to him when he finished his statement , One of them said to Muhammad " Don't you see , if we supported you and you got victorious over these people who
opposed you . Shall we have the matter after you?
Muhammad was in a bad need of supporters to protect him until he conveyed his message to people . Here are some people agreed to support him on condition that they would take the matter after him . A nice opportunity not any politician could refuse it but Muhammad was true with himself , true with his God . He said :
- This matter belongs to God . He puts it wherever he wants . The man said :
- We fight the Arabs for you . If you got victorious , we don't need your matter.
Muhammad went out but he was very sad, people lost their hearts . they used to say :
- Your family , your folk are aware of you , but they didn't follow you .
- It was |the twentieth of 'Zo IT Kedda' the last month before the month of the pilgrimage the people carried their goods on the camels . The caravans set out on to the market of 'Zi El Magaz' where life began in another place the tents were set up. the rings of the gladiators were put up, the people who wanted pleasure and fun were around the poets . The messenger of Allah exposes himself and his new religion to the tribes . He said :
- I don't oblige people to do something they don't like .
. Abu lahab said :
- Don't listen to him . He is hallucinating .the folks of the tribes said :
- The man's folk know better . how can he reform us while he can't reform his folk ?
The days of 'Zi El Magaz' passed by like the other seasons . Not any tribe accepted him . he didn't find any one to protect him from being killed until he announced his message of Allah people flowed to
People set out to
some of people of
- Who are you ?
- A folk from El Khazrag .
- You are allied with the Jewish ?
- Yes.
- Will you sit down to talk ? .
- Yes.
The messenger started informing them about Islam and reciting some Quran . They were enchanted by the charming context and wonderful structure of the Quran . Only God wanted to direct them to the right way . They began to remember the threatening words of the Jewish " God will send a prophet, this is his time , we will follow him and we will kill with him like " Ad and
They looked at each other they said .
- this is the prophet the Jewish used to threaten you and remind you with .
- You are the messenger of Allah . We recognized you and believe you . Just command us with anything and we won't disobey you . Flooding pleasure overwhelmed him , he thanked God. Light at last appeared on the sea of darkness.
- Abu Baker was delighted too. Ali was very happy since the victory of Allah took place .
The messenger asked them to invite their folks at " Yathreb " to believe in the new religion .
- Stay as you like by the name of Allah till we return to our folk and inform them about your matter and invite them to believe in God and his messenger . May God reform among them . Then they said : So long to the next year.
The caravan of Yathreb went back home . on their way back home, they remembered what happened between them and the messenger of Allah. They felt satisfaction and comfort . They fell as if a new wealth of science
entered their chests . They felt spiritual fertility spread in
their internal lives, deeply in their hearts they felt they became greater and stronger.
Before that they were ignorant and fanatic . they were from El 'Khazrag' . one day they were defeated
by the Awss . Their utmost desire was to revenge
their enemy from the Awss now . They became aware of
the real fact . They knew , now , that hatred is a sin . The
caravan went in the desert at night . The sky was
decorated with lights , they saw beauty they never saw
before . their hearts became pure so they began to think
clearly . The secrets of the Wisdom of Allah was
revealed to them . They realized the fact that there was a
greater and bigger world than their earthly world. The
caravan reached the rock of 'Manat' ( another stone
goddess they divined . I he rest of the caravan went round the goddess and sacrificed sheep . They thought that their pilgrimage wouldn't be completed unless they went round this goddess .
While the people who believed in God and his messenger were surprised of their relatives and of themselves when they were doing the same performance .
They realized how wrong they were . Did they really ask protection and earning money from this Goddess. ? Did they really use to worship a stone ? Who could benefit or harm herself ? How couldn't they realize the silliness of their stupid dreams ?
But for the messenger . Thy would have done the same things with their comrades . They felt a desire of prostrating to god since he directed them to faith . the caravan hurried to 'Yathreb' containing the first Muslims carrying the light of Islam to the land which God wished to honor her to be the light house of Islam .
There was hostility in Yathreb there was a conflict between the Jewish and the Arabs or unrests between the ' Awss' and El 'Khazrag' Each of the two main tribes in Yathreb tried to ask for help from outside the city or to
be allied with the Jewish another time . The society of Yathreb didn't know stability . This , affect the economical life of El Madina . Their economy started to be deteriorated . The citizens at Yathreb weren't secured . If any one was walking in the markets he was expected to be shot by any arrow to his heart or to be a target to their vengeance , so there was recession in trade and a paralysis in the economical domain .
But for the caravans of the Arabs that went to 'Madina' for fun where the youth of the Arab caravans hurried to the tents of the prostitutes to enjoy themselves, the resources of business in Madina would have been run out and the city itself would have been ruined .
The people of Awss and Khazrag altogether were looking forward to a miracle from Heaven to get rid of the chaos that spread in Yathreb , waiting for a wise man from the two tribes to be able to gather the hearts and finish off the fanatic tribalism which penetrated between the two tribes although they were relatives . The lords of the two tribes believed that Abdallah Ebn Obei Ebn Salol' was the best one , although he was from Khazrag, he could combine the two tribes since he didn't participate in the fight of 'Bo'ath , he went further, accusing the people of Khazrag of starting the aggression . He was well known , if the community of Awss and Khazrag united together to choose him as a president or a king to command their matters and to get rid of the confusion spreading in the sides of' Yathreb.
But the Young men who believed in the doctrine of Muhammad had another opinion in uniting the hearts. . They thought that the religion of Muhammad was the only way to connect the community of Yathreb in one union that can't be split by the bigoted tribalism . this new religion, was supreme over humanity . It equalizes among people before God . They Kept on spreading Islam to master their community which was suffering constantly from chaos .
They began to tell the people of Khazrag what had happened between them and Muhammad the messenger of Allah . They said:
- Oh. You folk , by . God's name It is the prophet who the Jewish told you about , believe in him first before the Jewish do.
- You are his uncles of his grandfather Abdel Moteleb .
- Salma daughter of Amr wife of Hashim Ebn Abd Manaf from sons of El Naggar .
No sooner did they recite what they knew from Quran than the other people felt great pleasure in their chests .
In the house of Odei Ebn IT Naggar , the old men and women began to tell people how Muhammad's father Abdallah cam ; one day among a caravan from Quriesh when he fell ill and how he was carried to the house of Odei and stayed there till he was dead . These remote memories were remembered when the young man who became Muslims recalled again . Faith penetrated in the hearts of the people of Khazrag who realized that they shouldn't be selfish . They shouldn't be the only Muslims as Islam purified their hearts of hatred and egoism . So they began to call their friends of Awss for Islam , Although they were enemies before that . They said :
- The prophet appeared whom the Jewish told you about . The people of Awss remembered the threats of the Jewish when anything wrong took place between them " A prophet ; it is the time of his appearance we will follow him and fight you like ' Ad and
Will they explicit Islam to Abdallah Ebn Obei Ebn Salol ? He was dreaming of putting the crown on his head to be the ruler of Yathreb . they thought that , it would be wise if they concealed their Islam till they meet the messenger next season . There was hardly any house in 'Awss' and 'Khazrag' without speaking about the messenger of Allah and the new religion . The months of pilgrimage were at hand . The caravans prepared to set out for the House of Allah . twelve men from the Muslims agreed together to meet the messenger of Allah; ten from Khazrag and two from Awss .
The days of the markets came to an end where Muhammad as usual used to expose himself and explicit his new religion and again his uncle behind him warning people not to believe Muhammad since he was insane . The people of Yathreb were watching all that . They were very upset . They wondered how could his relatives be so blind not to follow the light of Allah . At last the moment of their meeting with the messenger of Allah came true at El Akkaba where he was sitting with the supporters listening to him reciting the holy Quran . They felt as if they were living in Heavens .They were enjoying the ecstasy of the Quran .
They realized that they were released from
the slavery of whims , lust and ignorance . the messenger
said : don't be idolaters , don't tell lies . Obey me in good time and bad time , don't fight your rulers . tell the truth, don't be afraid of anybody if anyone sticks to this . he'll be rewarded by Allah . If anybody does wrongs and he is punished in this life, This can be an atonement for him if anybody does wrong thing and Allah conceals his wrong action . His matter belongs to Allah alone . Whether to be forgiven or tortured : don't
commit adultery , don't kill your children don't . this was
the first Akkaba Agreement . They went back home pleased with what God blessed them .
They wrote to the messenger of Allah to send them one of his companions to teach them the rules of Allah and to lead them in prayers since the supporters used to pray behind Ebn Zarrara , They were newly Muslims . They were afraid of the appearance of the previous fanatic tribalism , disapproving of being presided by the Kharagans over the Awssi or vice versa
The messenger sent them Mossab Ebn Omeir .
Saad Ebn Zarrara succeeded in turning Saad Ebn Mo'az and Osseid Ebn Hodeir into Islam , They were the lords of sons of Abd El Asha,al , when Mossab Ebn Omeir told them about the Quran . Also Amr Ebn El Gomoh turned into Islam , he was Master of sons of 'Salma' and he was also, a nobleman . Another nobleman ; El Barra Ebn Marror turned into Islam . They likewise , succeeded in making Gabber Abdallah Ebn Amr Ebn Marram, he was one of their lords to be Muslim .
They met the messenger of Allah at El Akkaba for the second time , seventy three men and two women. Nesseeba Om Omara from sons of El Naggar and , Assmaa , daughter of Omer Ebn Odei
Muhammad came with his uncle El Abbass, who was still on the religion of Quriesh but he was really Muslim . He hid his Islam lo be an eye for Muhammad , another form of intelligence in ease Muhammad may immigrate to any place . EI Abbass was the first one to speak .
- Muhammad as you know , is one of us, we have protected him from our folk . He lives in honour and pride in his country but he likes to tend to you and to go to you,
- So, if you see you can fulfill your word of protecting him . That is Alright and if you see you will let him down when he goes to you , then leave him , since he is in protection and honour in his folk and in his country .
El Barra Ebn Marror said :
- We, by God's name , if there is in ourselves something different to what you say . We say it at once but we are loyal and want truth and sacrifice ourselves for the sake of the messenger of Allah .They asked the messenger to speak .
- Take to yourself What you want and make conditions whatsoever.
- I make condition , God is to worship him and don't share idols with him and I take to myself is to protect me what you protect yourselves, sons and women from .
Ebn Rawaha said :
- If we did that
- You have the paradise
Good deal , we won the deal . We support you . El Barra Ebn Marror took Muhammad's hand then said :
- Yes , by God who sent you with the right we protect you what we protect our women and ourselves from . We are people of war and people of weapon , We inherited that from father to another.
Abu El Heiytham said :
- Oh. messenger of Allah . we have treatments and agreements between us and the Jewish if we broke them and you got victorious would you ever go back to your folk and leave us alone ?
The messenger of Allah smiled . then said :
- Your blood is my blood and your house is my house .
El Abbass said :
- The oath of Allah is with your oath and God's pledge is with your pledge in this holy month , holy country .
God's hand is above yours and you May support him , They said , yes . El Abbass said :
- Oh, God you hear and watch and my nephew has given them his pledge and has asked them to protect him.
- Oh- God you witness all this . Muhammad said :
- I want you to choose twelve representatives from you to represent their folks.
They chose nine from El Khazrag and three from El Awss . from El Khazrag were Assaad Ebn Zarrara representative of sons of El Naggar, Saad Ebn El Rabe'a and Abdallah Ebn Raw- aha representatives of sons of IT Hareth Ebn El Khazrag , Kali Ebn Malek Ebn El Aglan representative of sons of Zoreig, El Barra Ebn Marror and Abdallah Ebn Amr Ebn Haram representatives of sons of Salma , Obada Ebn El Samet , representative of sons of Odei from El Khazrag, Saad Ebn Obada and El Monzer Ebn Amr representatives of sons of Saadda .
From El Awss Osseid Ebn Hodeir representative of sons of Abd El Asha'el , Saad Ebn Khoeithma and Refa'a Ebn Abd El Monzer representatives of sons of Amr Ebn Ouf.
Assad Ebn Zarrara, , the youngest of them - he took the hand of the prophet and said :
- take it easy, oh people of Yathreb. We wouldn't go to him on our camels unless we knew he was the messenger of Allah and we will fight for him with our swords, the lords and the nobles and we could be enemies to all the Arabs . if you do that you will be rewarded from Allah, but if you are afraid of the Arabs you can leave him and you may have an excuse from Allah .
El Abbass said :
- You most of El Khazrag do you know for what you pledge to this man ? you pledge him to fight the red and the black of people . if you see you can fight with him and won't let him down and won't surrender him to his enemies . you will fulfill what you promise , then you will be rewarded the blessing in this world and in the hereafter.
- We agree stretch out your hand . Muhammad stretched out his hand and all the men stretched out theirs . the moon was shining the silver rays on El Akkaba , the light came out of their hearts united with the moon light intensified by the light which was induced from Muhammad to sign the most important agreement in the history of humanity . The light on their hearts produced by the effect of their faith in Islam which Muhammad explicated will discriminate the darkness found in the chests of the other people . This light was the spring of the religious enlightment which will flow with blessing to wash away the dirt of Earth .
It was the treasure of Mercy and Reformation . It was the effusiveness of the existence . It was the beginning of the road to the dignity of man .
They heard a voice shouting at the top of the mountain interrupting their thoughts :
- Oh, most of Quriesh, these are sons of El Awss and El Khazrag allied to fight you . the supporters were terrified, Muhammad said :
- Don't be afraid of this . One of them said to the messenger.
- by God's name who sent you with the right , if you wish we go down to the people of Mina fight them tomorrow with our swords . Muhammad said:
- I'm not ordered to do that go back to your tents .
The voice reached the ears of Amr Ebn El Uss and Abu Jahl, they got up terrified .
Abu Jahl went to gather the lords of Quriesh and set out to the place of El Awss and El Khazrag . he said :
- Most of El Awss and El Khazrag, we are told you came to our companion.- Muhammad- to follow him and to wage war against us .
The disbelievers of El Awss and EL Khazrag swore that nothing of that sort had happened . We don't know that .
Abdallah Ebn Obei Ebn Salol said in excitement.
-This isn't true . This isn't true . My folk can't do that unless they consult me .
Islam began to spread in the tribes thanks to its simple and easy principles . there was not force to impose or to support it . The messenger was in
The oppression of the Muslims continued from the part of the disbelievers of Quriesh .
Their hostility increased fiercely when they realized that the Awss and the Khazrag made an agreement with Muhammad to protect him and they accepted the losses of their money and the murder of their lords . The Muslims came to their prophet complaining to him the from the part of Quriesh . He said to them :hardships they found
- God made you brothers and a house to go to .
That was an order to the Muslims in Mekka to immigrate to Yathreb . So, Amer Ebn Rabe'a and his wife Leila daughter of Abu Hathma Ebn Ghanim together escaped at night to Yathreb . Also Abdallah Ebn Gahsh together with his brother Abd Ebn Gahsh went to Yathreb .
The disbelievers of Muhammad tried lo prevent them from immigrating to Yathreb so that Muslims wouldn't be stronger in Yathreb and Quriesh's trade would be within the reach of the Muslims hands . The Muslims used to run away in groups . When Quriesh took notice of that, they go away one by one .
Omar Ebn El Khatab was preparing his Luggage to go to Yathreb . He was well armed he went to Kaba in public and went round Kaba seven limes . he prayed a the place of Ibrahim. The messenger was sitting there with his friend Abu Bakr and Ali Ebn Abu Taleb watching Omar in excitement . He refused to migrate stealthily . he declared his Islam in Public courageously and so he declared his immigration in public He said :
- He who wants his mother to miss him. his son to be an orphan, and his wife to be a widow , he may meet me behind this valley.
The messenger's face was shining with happiness. The immigrants went to Yathreb to live in the houses of the Muslims in Yathreb . Talha Ebn Obeid Allah stayed at Assad Ebn Zarrara . , Zeid Ebn Haretha and Abu Merthed and his son stayed at Kolthom Ebn Hadm at 'Quaba ' . Obeida Ebn Hareth Ebn El Moteleb and his brothers El Tofiel , at Abdallah Ebn Salma.
Muhammad waited in Mekka to be permitted to immigrate to Yathreb . Only Ali Ebn Abu Taleb , Abu Bakr El Sedeek and Soheib left behind with the messenger of Allah . Abu Bakr came to take a permission from the messenger to go immigrating . Muhammad said :
- Don't hurry . May God make a comrade to you . Abu Bakr hoped to be that comrade, so, he bought two camels and prepared them for that journey . The immigrants and the supporters kept waiting in Madina ( Yathreb) the coming of the messenger impatiently. Quriesh realized that the messenger had now followers and supporters . They were afraid that if Muhammad succeeded in immigrating to Madina , he would mobilize the troops to fight them . Therefore they assembled in the house of Nadwa ( A simple way of parliament ) consulting what they would do in the matter of the messenger of Allah . inside the house there were the honourable men of sons of Abd Shams, sons of Nofal, sons of Abd El Dar , sons of Assad, sons of Makhzoom, sons of Shams and sons of Gomah and many others . some said to imprison Muhammad , others said to exile him at last Abu Jahl said :
- My opinion is that we take from each tribe a strong honourable young man and giving him a sharp sword going to Muhammad to kill him at once and for al , simultaneously , if they did that his blood would be distributed (Among the tribes together , then his folk sons of Abd Manaf couldn't fight all these tribes , therefore his folk would accept his indemnification .
- You are right what you say makes sense .
the angel of Allah ( Gabriel ) descended to Muhammad he said :
- Don't sleep in your bed tonight . God said in the Quran in 1 Anfal verse' " the disbeliever wanted to deceive you, so as to fix you or kill you or expel you out . They are malicious but God would - deceive them and God is the most intelligent" .
At midnight the assassins assembled at the house of
Muhammad waiting for the dawn ; to carry out their plan .
They were El Hakam Ebn Abu El Ass, Okkaba Ebn Abu
Meit , El Nadr Ebn El Hareth,
Ebn El Aswad , Abu lahab and Abu Jahl.
Muhammad asked Ali Ebn Abu Taleb to sleep in Muhammad's bed and to dress his cloak . Nothing wrong will happen to you . Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham said ironically: .
- Muhammad claims that if you follow him you will be the kings of the Arabs and the Persians , then after your death you'll have paradises like that of Jordon and if you don't , after your resurrection you will be burnt in fire .
The messenger heard him he got out saying :
- Yes, I said so .
He took a handful of dust reciting the Quran, Yasseen verses ; " You are from the messengers, On the right way descended from the Greatest and the merciful to warn folks whose fathers haven't been warned , they are distracted . We make bonds in their necks chained to their chins firmly . We make dams between their hands and dams from behind -we made them sleepy , so they can't see " "Verses Yasseen' (1 -9)
As if they were blind , Muhammad put dust on their heads all of them and then he went away .
What sort of person Muhammad is ? The killers came to kill him , yet he wasn't scared , he didn't weep or shout or asked for help . On the contrary, he was such self-possessed that he told his young cousin Ali to sleep in his place , as if he was sure that nothing wrong would happen to Ali. He was the boldest of all ; to gel out challenging Abu Jahl when he spoke satirically about the messenger of Muhammad , as if Muhammad knew that he was guarded and maintained by God such a complete faith from Muhammad's part in Allah's protection .
Why , then did Muhammad ask the protection of the supporters in Madina ? he could protect himself Or, his God could protect him from any harm or murder . Since he succeeded in making the murderers sleep . He could have killed them by their swords and that would be self defense, but , Muhammad wasn't sent from Allah to Assassin , but to be , mercy to the whole world, the plants - the animals . The angels and Man - still those , whom he could have killed them , had a role to play . he wanted them to be Muslims , to redeem themselves from the hell. Muhammad spent more than ten years only in one thing ; it was that , to make them believe in one God not Shared with other Gods . So, when Muhammad asked the supporters to protect him he wanted goodness, blessing , happiness not only to himself - but to the other people , to the whole mankind . He was the last messenger, no messenger would come after him . So, he wanted the whole people to have mercy and benediction from Allah, he could have faced the whole of Quriesh . he could have killed the whole of Quriesh. An angel from heavens descended to him asking him to allow to pull down the two mountains in Mekka on the people who were
throwing stones on his feet . But he didn't pray lo God to perish his torturers, but he prayed to God to direct them to the right way and may some sons and daughters from these disbelievers were to be Muslims . Muhammad could sec beyond the time, he told them they would inherit the Roman empire and the
Muhammad went to Abu Bakr at noon he said :
- I'm allowed to immigrate .
- The companionship, messenger of Allah .
- The companionship.
Abu Bakr cried as a result of the excessive pleasure . he took all his money found at home . When it was night they set off on their journey . The Kaba was behind them but Muhammad turned to Mekka saying :
- By God's name you arc the most beloved land to
me , and you are the most beloved
there was a tree as tall as a man, before the cave . God asked the spider to web a house around the cave. God, also ordered two wild pigeons to lay on the mouth of the cave .
Quriesh got furious when they didn't find Mohammad in his louse . They searched for him everywhere in Mekka . If Muhammad escaped to his supporters in Yathreb they wouldn't manage to control him, he would be dangerous for them especially for their going to
- Don't panic God is with us . Abu Bakr said :
- if anyone look at his feet, he would sec us .
- Abu Bakr . what do you think of two , God is their third .
One of the disbelievers said :
- get into the cave
Omiya Ebn Khalaf said :
- What do you want from the cave ? It has a spider existed here before Muhammad's birth. They were very exasperated they came back home again .
Soheib – he was originally roman who came to Mekka for work , he became a muslim - wanted to immigrate to Yathreb . he guessed that Muhammad and his friend Abu Bakr must have managed to escape from the hands of the disbelievers. . He got ready for his journey . he took his sword , bow and arrows . No sooner did he set off than he was followed by some people from Quriesh . he got down the camel and took his bow and arrow he said :
- Most of Quriesh, you know I'm the cleverest of you at bowing . if you approach, I'll use my sword and my arrows .
- You came us poor, then you became richer in our country.. Do you want to get out with your money . It is impossible .
- If I gave you my money , will you let me go ?
- Yes.
-I make it for you . dig under the door mat of my house .
You'll find my gold .
They hurried fast like beasts to take Soheib's gold. Abdallah Ebn Goddan was Soheib's sponsor in Mekka .
Soheib got to the core of truth . He is no longer yearning for money or any social position in this world . he tasted the sweetness of God's neighbourhood.
He couldn't sleep when he remembered Hell , and when he remembered paradise , he was comforted again .
He rode his camel to reach Muhammad to be near the source of everlasting happiness and good manners .
Quriesh informed the people that if anyone captured or killed Muhammad and Abu Bakr he would have a hundred camels . Soraka followed Muhammad and Abu Bakr and found them . His horse fell down two times Muhammad said .
- How if you, Soraka wore the bracelet of kessra, (The Persian emperor) Soraka said in surprise .
- Kessra Ebn Hormoz .
- Yes.
Muhammad fleeing from his folk and his enemies who made a reward hundred camels for anyone to kill or arrest him; yet he spoke about the future in confidence promising Soraka to give him the gold bracelet of the Persian emperor . Muhammad's promise came true .
Breida Ebn El Khaseeb heard about the reward of Quriesh . He wished much to take the reward . He went
away with seventy of his folk to catch Muhammad . When Breida approached Muhammad the messenger of Allah asked him ?
- Who are you ?
- Breida Ebn El Khaseeb .
- Who are you ?
- I'm Muhammad Ebn Abdallah Ebn Abd ET Moteleb
Abu Bakr , and the guide, and Amer Ebn Foheira , Muhammad was his sponsor, were terribly frightened .
The folk who wanted to arrest Muhammad looked at him.
He was shining with light as om Ma,bed described him to her husband when Muhammad asked her for something to buy or drink . She was living at the lop of a long rock . She commanded her son lo bring her sheep . Muhammad milked her and asked Om Ma,bed to drink first . he handed the pot to his friends . She liked him for his greatness . Muhammad mounted his camel and went to Madina .
The tracers who went after Muhammad from Quriesh reached to the house of Om Ma,bed . They asked
about the messenger of Allah angrily . She was worried about him she said :
- You ask about something I didn't hear anything about . they were afraid to hurt her because of her strong folk .
When her husband came in the evening she told him about what happened to her during the day . She said someone passed them . her husband asked her to describe that man . She said :
- I saw a man brightly lit shining face . lie had beautiful eyes . lie was neither tall nor short as if his neck made from silver . You feel glamour when he speaks, solemnity when he is silent.
When he speaks , his speech is well - organized like poetry . He is the best looking of all his friends who are
Around him ,obeying his do and don'ts !
Breida's followers listened to Muhammad touched by
the holy Quran , when he recited , their hearts were opened to the blazing light of the structure of the Quran .
No sooner did he show them what Islam was than they became Muslims themselves and prayed after him . Breida said :
- Messenger of Allah, don't enter the Madina unless you have a banner . he unfolded his turban and ties it to a spear , walking before the messenger carrying his banner.
The caravan of Muhammad reached the suburbs of Madina ; well received by the supporters who were bound to the palm trees . they all welcomed Muhammad warmly although the sun was very hot , everyone wanted the messenger to stay at his place . Muhammad excused saying :
- leave the came alone she is ordered . El Kasswaa, Muhammad's camel got down at a place for two orphan boys from sons of El Nagar they were Sahl and Soheil . Muhammad refused to lake the land as a gift . he insisted on paying its price at last. He paid ten dinars .
The messenger set up his mosque at last by the help of the Muslims . He himself shared their construction of the Mosque .
He built the mosque in Madina to be the headquarter of the new Islamic nation ; to be the association of God to guard the principles of Islam and the protection of the oppressed and the nighbourhood .
At last , the messenger felt comfort after the long struggling years he spent in Mekka where he was always a target to oppression, irony and unbelieving .

Badr Conquest
It was the most important conquest in Islam . It was the first confrontation between Muhammad and his followers and the Idolaters . If the Muslims had been beaten , Islam wouldn't have spread all over the world .
The number of the (Muslims were 305 soldiers . 14 from the immigrants those who immigrated from their mother land
The messenger said : " I ask your consultation oh people " . " Saad Ebn Maaz, the leader of El Ansar said . " As if you are asking us to be with you messenger of Allah ?
- Yes. said the messenger.
- We believed in you and witnessed what you brought was right. We gave yon our word of honour and Oaths on obedience and loyalty . Go forward to what you intended to do . we are with you . He who sent you with the right if you sailed us in the sea we would sail with you. no man behind ,we don't hate to meet our enemies , even tomorrow . We are patients in war ,truthful in confronting the enemies . May God let you see us what you pleased with, go ahead , upon the blessing of Allah !!
The messenger's face was brilliant with happiness . Then he said ,
- Go forward and I predict good for you . God Almighty promised me either of the two parties and I swear by God as if now I was looking at the Assassinations of the people " .
The Caravan of the Idolaters were thousand camels including great fortunes of the merchants of Quriesh about fifty thousand dinars in old .
Quriesh was trading with
The Muslims wanted to capture the caravan of Quriesh going to
Atteka daughter of Abdul Moteleb in
Atteka told EI Abbass not to tell anybody about her dream.
But this dream spread all over Quriesh . Atteka said she saw in her dream a passenger descending from a camel shouting " oh you , go away people , here is your death and the people were round him then . He entered the mosque (the Kaba) while the people were following hi , then, the man ascended the top of Kaba with his camel and shouted again . " oh you , go away , here is your death then he went with his camel to Abu kobies ,- a place in
The people of
But for - the black hatred, disdain and haughtiness which filled the hearts of Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham , Ottoba Ebn Abu Miyat and El Nadr Ebn El Hareth ; the leaders of idolaters, at Mecca who were very rich merchants - , to Muhammad . They assured the people that the chance had come to eradicate Muhammad before it would be too late to gel rid of Muhammad lest Muhammad should grow very powerful in " Madina " and Muhammad could cut off their trade with
Many people hated lo go to fight Muhammad and wished the caravan had been saved from the hands of Muhammad and his friends so as to find an excuse to come back in peace . Since the dream Atteka saw , though mocked at it, they were deeply horrified .
Quriesh had a man from Bani El Motalek Ebn Abd Manaf called " Gohom Ebn El Salet " He had a nap , then . all of a sudden woke up in fear. he told his friends :
- Did you see the cavalier who stood on me ?
-No , they said breathlessly.
- A cavalier stood on me saying that Abu Jahl was killed .
- The Devil has played with you .
This dream spread in the camp of the disbelievers and everybody was terrified together with the dream or the night mare of Atteka filled their hearts with awe and fear.
When Abu Jahl knew this dream . he burst in anger . He thought the best way to restore comfort to the horrified people was to make a fool of the man who saw it, he said :
-You brought the liar of Bani Abdul Motaleb ( He meant Atteka) together with the liar of Bani Hashim . Here is another prophet from Bani Abdul Motaleb Tomorrow , we know who beats the other ? ,we or Muhammad and his friends .
The messenger asked the people who were in charge of watering Quriesh ; so as to know how man of Quriesh were ? .
- How many camels do you slaughter every day?.
- One day nine and other day ten .
The messenger said , the folk are between nine hundred or one thousand . Then the messenger asked him
- Who came of highly connections from Quriesh ? .
- Ottoba Ebn Rabe'a , Sheba Ebn Rabe'a , Abu El Bohtory Ebn Hesham , Hakim Ebn Hozam - Nofal Ebn Khowayeld , and EI Hareth Ebn Amer Ebn Nofal - To'ayma Ebn Odei Ebn Nofal , EI Nadr Ebn EI Hareth ,Zomah Ebn El Asswad, Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham, Omiya Ebn Khalaf and his sons and Soheil Ebn Amr.
The messenger said :
- Here
Abu Sofian - the leader of the Caravan of Quriesh could ran away with his commercial caravan and it was quite safe out of the hands of the Muslims . when Abu Sofian knew that the Muslims were near the well of Badr . He marched left the well and hurried away from the Muslims who were chasing him and his caravan . he made for Quriesh who was at " El Gahfah " he said :
- You came to protect your trade . men and money and here God has saved you so , I asked you to come back home and no harm done .
Abu Jahl, Ottoba Ebn Abu Meyiet , and El Nadr Ebn El Hareth were very angry with Abu Sofian's suggestion . They want to put out God's light with their mouths and to murder the messenger of Allah .
Abu Jahl was afraid of the impression of Abu Sofian's advice since the folk of Quriesh were fluctuant to fight the messenger of Allah .
He said :
- By God's name we won't come back till we get to
Badr. We stay there for three nights, we must slaughter
the camels and feed the people , drink the wine and the maids may beat their drums and all the Arabs hear us so that they might fear us for ever .
Abu Jahl set off with the disbelievers of Quriesh and got nearer to the water whereas the messenger and his friends got far away from the water .
The Muslims were thirsty and very sad .. the Devil went to whisper in their ears " You claim that you were followers of Allah and you were on the right part while the messenger of Allah is among you . Quriesh can drink when they are thirsty whereas you can't drink if you are thirsty . If you go to drink they will kill you and capture the rest of you to
The Muslims were very unworried , the valley was dusty and the rain fell heavily , the Muslims went to shelter under the trees . They fell fast asleep as a blessing from Allah the messenger kept awake praying all the night long . When it got grew light again , the rain put the dust down again .
The Muslims drank and filled their vessels and the camels and other animals drank , too , . It was dawn and the messenger called for prayers :
- The time of prayers, slaves of God.
After he prayed he raced Quriesh to the water of the Badr well . He got nearer to the Badr well . EI Hobab Ebn El Monzer came to the messenger saying to him .
-Oh, messenger of Allah is that a place God ordered you to settle in so we can't go further or is it the opinion , the war and the intrigue? , the messenger simply said :
- It is the opinion, the war and the intrigue . EI. Monzer said :
- I know a place where the water is ample, we can occupy it and build a basin in the core of it and fill it with water so , we can drink while they can't . the messenger said :
- Well said . good idea .
Muhammad delivered a speech, he said :
- I urge you what God urged you lo do . and I warn you what God warned you of . God Almighty orders the right and he loves the truthfulness ... you locate the position of the right . God does not accept but what you really sincerely do for the sake of the face of God . Patience in war causes God to forgive you and save you from any troubles . So. you could reach the Dooms- Day properly . The prophet of God is among you .. look at what he ordered you from his book and showed you his
miracles and made you proud after humiliation; grasp it may god be pleased with you and do your best in this situation if you do so , you will be deserved his promise of mercy and forgiveness because his promise is surely right and his saying is true and his punishment is severe . I and you are bound to God the good for ever alive . We put our backs to his . We stick to him and depend on him . he who owns our fate may God forgive me and the Muslims .
In the morning, Saad Ebn Mo'az, came to the messenger ..He said to him .
- Prophet of God can't we build a headquarter for you , and bring your luggage and camels near by , then , we meet our enemies . If God made us victorious over our enemies and we like that best . but if it was the other way round you could ride your camels and go behind .
The messenger thanked him and prayed for him .
- Or may god do better than that Saad .
The messenger was sure of the victory of God because God promised him either of the two parties . So, If the caravan had been slipped away, Quriesh wouldn't slip away because he saw the place of their assassinations.
A little headquarter was built upon a hill overlooking the battle . Abu Bakr and Saad Ebn Mo'az and some other of the El Ansar were watching the headquarter.
When it was light again the messenger saw Quriesh coming with bright amours and ample crowds and sharp weapons he said " oh God here it is Quriesh has proceeded arrogantly and haughtily defying you and disobeying your command and disbelieving your messenger . I ask you your victory you promised me . Oh, God you descended the Book on me and ordered me to be steady still and promised me either of the two parties and you never break your promise" .
On the camp of Quriesh . Ottoba Ebn Rabe'a said :
- You Folk of Quriesh. you don't get any good if you
fight Muhammad and his friends . How can you look at a
man killed another man who is relative to him or may be
his cousin or a man from his folk, go back and leave
Muhammad alone with the rest of the Arabs . " Ottoba Ebn Rabe'a was a wise experienced man he was trying to persuade Quriesh to go back home .
There were quarrels and arguments on the camp of Quriesh before the start of the fighting .
Ottoba Ebn Rabe'a , Hakim Ebn Hozam and Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham were calling each other obscene names . Abu Jahl said :
- You folk of Quriesh , Ottoba advised you to go back home because his son was at Muhammad's side and Muhammad is his cousin , so he hates to fight his son and his cousin .
Abu Jahl thought he changed the people's hearts to stand at his side, but when he mentioned that Ottoba's son was at the camp of the Muslims , In fact , he didn't realize that he awakens the memories and more, the noble emotion in man's feelings of relationships and kinship among the Arabs and the same tribe, every one of the camp of Quriesh , now remembers that he has a relative of his at the Muslims camp . It was rationally enough to go back after , the commercial caravan of Quriesh was saved . but God dissipated that voice of wisdom because He wanted to settle down his religion on Earth . he made Abu Jahl insisted on his vanity and determined to wage war against the Muslims . he said unconsciously .
- No, by God's name , we won't come back until God judges between us and Muhammad . The Idolaters looked at the Muslim camp God made them in their eyes very few to pull them to their death . God made the idolaters very few in the eyes of the Muslims to encourage them lo fight the disbelievers fiercely and bravely .
Abdullah Ebn Massod in the Muslims camp turned to a man beside him saying :
- Do you see them seventy ?
- I see them hundred .
This exactly what was said in the Quran " .... God made you see them in your steep few . If he made you see them many ; you would fail and be discarded on the matter . But, , it was granted for him that he know what was inside the chests . God made you sec them few when and God decreases you in their eyes for God to know what was destined before- hand , and every things come back to him ".
The Messenger wanted to achieve all means of reconciliation before starting the fight " We do not send you but mercy to the whole worlds " . He sent them Omar Ebn EI Khatab their ambassador in the days of ignorance . he told them to come back home . Abu Jahl was afraid of the desire of peace to get victorious over the fighting . He sent to Amr Ebn EI Hadremj whose brother was murdered by waged Ebn Abdallah in the squadron of Abdallah Ebn Gahsh .
Abu Jahl said to Amr Ebn EI Hadremi :
- That is your ally wants to get people back home and let you down from the fighting . He afforded to pay your brother's compensation from his own money and he claimed that you accepted it .
- Aren't you ashamed of accepting the compensation from the money of Ottoba and you can see your vengeance before your eyes ? stand up and remember your brother's murder . Amr Ebn El Hadramei groaned :
- Oh Amr , oh my Amr , Quriesh was wholly agitated.
the Muslim was looking at his brother at the side of Quriesh arousing hatred . El Aswad Ebn Abu Salma El Makhzomy - was a bad tempered man , who hated much the messenger of Allah ; to set the war on lire before the heads of people tend to the invitation of peace . he said :
- I vow to God to drink from their basin or pull it down or to die .
The brutal man set out to attack the Muslim camp . Hamza , the messenger's uncle got out to meet the man . When they were standing before each other , Hamza cut his leg . The man fell down on his back, his leg was bleeding . he wasn't afraid of what happened to his leg . he kept on creeping to the basin, pulling it down by his other leg. Hamza followed and killed him .
The murder of El Aswad Ebn Abu Salma El Makhzomy eradicated the last hope of peace . Hakim Ebn Hozam saw Ottoba preparing for the fight . Hakim said to him .
- Slowly , slowly . Father of El Waleed . Don't
prohibit something you are the first of it . Ottoba yelled at the Muslims to ask some of his equal of honor and highly connection to come to fight him .
The messenger said :
- Get up oh, Bani Hashim with your right by we who was sent your prophet . They came with their delusion to put out God's light .
- Get up. Oh, Obeida Ebn El Hareth, get up Hamza , gel up Ali .
The first round was between the cousins . Masters of Abd Shams and the nobles of Bani Hashim .
Hamza killed
-Am I not go a martyr, messenger of Allah ? .
-I witness your are a martyr .
The messenger advised the soldiers to sling their arrows on their enemies if they were near enough . Then he went back to his headquarter . Abu Bakr was holding his sword and Saad Ebn Mo'az standing at the door of the headquarter with some others of the El Ansar . the camels were ready for the messenger if he needed them , Abu Bakr was inside the headquarter with the messenger who was praying for God saying :
- Oh. God , Don't farewell me and don't let me down . 1 beseech you what you promised me . Oh, God I beseech your vow . Oh. my God if you perish this band , you won't be worshipped . while he was praying he got a tremble then he said:
- Cheer up , Abu Bakr you got your God's victory . Here it is Gabriel grasping his horse at the corner of the peace . He went out to the people persuading them saying :
- Oh, He who grasps Muhammad's breath , no man fighting them depending on God , facing them , not running away; God enters him the paradise .
Omeir Ebn El Hamam brother of Bani Salamah holding some dates eating them .
-That's great nothing between me and I to enter the paradise but those dates , then , he threw them away taking his sword . He set off to fight so as to be killed for the sake of God The Muslims saw how fierce the lighting was , they Kept on praying for God. Then, God descended Quran in the soura of El Anfal ( the usurps ) (9) " You were praying for God, He responded to you I supply you with a thousand of armored angels ".
Mohgaa a friend to Omar Ebn EI Khatab was the first of the Muslims who was murdered by Amr Ebn El Hadramei who slung him with an arrow . Another one was Haretha Ebn Soraka was arrowed while he was drinking from the basin , here , the messenger remembered what happened between him and El Hareth , the messenger said :
- How have you been Haretha ?
- I've been really believer of Allah .
- Watch what you say Every saying has a reality .
-Messenger of Allah , I isolated myself from the world. I stayed up at night . I fasted by day As if I saw the throne of my God and as though I was looking at the people of paradise visiting one another and as if I was looking at the people of the hell groaning and screaming .
-You sighted the truth , be stick to it.
- Wish me martyrdom .
The messenger supplicated to give Haretha martyrdom and here he got it .
Soraka Ebn Malek looked at the Muslims he saw death overlooking from their sharp swords. he was strictly panic . He remembered when he set out to chase the messenger when he was immigrating to Madina, escaping from Quriesh and what happened to him when he fell down from his horse each time he approached the prophet of Allah . He decided not to fight for the sake of the delusion . he returned home lo
Abu Jahl was afraid of the bad effect of the return of Soraka on his people he said :
- You most of people , Don't take the return of Soraka to
While Abdul Rahman was fighting the Idolaters ; he saw two boys carrying their swords . They turned to him saying:
- Uncle , which of them Abu Jahl ( The leader of the Idolaters ) ? .
- What will you do with him my nephew ?
- I'm told he insulted the messenger of Allah and I swore if I saw him I would kill him or I die .
Abdul Rahman pointed at him asking them
- Who are you ?
- Sons of Afraa .
They kept on striking with their swords . meanwhile Abu Jahl fell down bleeding .
When the war came to an end the Muslims were three groups- one group was standing at the tent of the messenger of Allah . The second group went to seize the gains and money of Quriesh and the third one was after the enemies; Who were captured .
The messenger of Allah ordered the people to look for Abu Jahl . Abdallah Ebn Massod set off to the dead bodies looking tor Abu Jahl . He found him dying at his last breath . Ebn Massod put his leg on Abu Jahl's neck saying :
- Thanks God you were beaten and disgraceful Abu Jahl1 told him very weakly .
- God only disgrace the slave and his mother . You are Riding a difficult ride , you little shepherd . Who is victorious ?
-Allah and his messenger. Ebn Massod said :
- I kill you .
-You are not the first slave who killed his master.
Abdallah Ebn Massod hit the head of Abu Jahl and got his head on his hands .
He went back to the messenger of Allah saying cheerfully.
- 1 killed Abu Jahl.
When the messenger was sure of that, tears filled his eyes . He said :
- Thanks God who gave Islam pride .
He repeated it three times . he fell down on the ground prostrating to God . the messenger stayed three nights at Badre. On the third night . he ordered his camel to be ready and his friends followed him till at the edge of El koleib he carried on saying :
- You Ottoba Ebn Rabe'a. you Sheba Ebn Rabe'a . you Omiya Ebn Khalaf and you Abu Jahl Ebn Hesham . You were bad folk to the prophet You disbelieved me while the other people believed . You got me out from my home while other people sheltered me . You fought me while others got me victorious . Did you find what God promise you really ?
- I found what God promised me came true . Then, Omar said :
- Oh messenger of Allah how do you speak to rotten corpse'?
- they could hear better than you . the Muslims marched back home to 'Madina' carrying usurps and driving the prisoners of war .

The Conquest of Ohod
The Muslims were arguing whether to gel out from the 'Madina' or to stay . The messenger haled to get out when he knew Quriesh came to fight him . He came out reluctantly The people who advised him to go out regretted that they said :
- We can't object you do what-ever you want, we can't oblige you some thing you don't like since all the matter is bound to Allah and the messenger . The messenger said : I summoned you to discuss this subject but you refused . A prophet mustn't take off his helmet once he put it on till God Judges between him and his enemies . Then he said to them .
- Think over what I ordered you to do, stick to it . Go ahead on the name of God . you have the victory if you are patient . He asked for three flags . he set up three squadrons . The squadron of El Awss under the leadership of Osseid Ebn Hodeir . The squadron of El Khazrag under the leadership of EI Hobab Ebn El Monzer Ebn Gomoh ( the Madina - the city, including two main great tribes . El Awss and El Khazrag before Muhammad reconciled between them , they used to fight each other for long
The squadron of the immigrants was under the leadership of Ali Ebn Abu Taleb .
The messenger asked for his horse and rode it . He
took his bow and arrows,. Before him two Saads : Saad
Ebn Mo'az and Saad Ebn Obada . The Muslims were armored on his left and on his right.
He took the road of El Bada'e , then went through the alley of El Hosni up to El Shaykhan. When he reached the corner of El Thaneia . he heard a tumult and loud voices . He turned to say
- What is that ?
- These are the allied to Ebn Obei from the Jews .
- Did they become Muslims . -No .
- We don't' get triumphed with the people of disbelieving on the people of Idolatry .
- Can't we share . messenger of Allah our Jewish allied with us'?
- We don't need them .
Abdullah Ebn Obei Ebn Salol ( The leader of the
Hypocrites ) was embarrassed he thought of taking his
men back off from the army as a way of protest against what the messenger had done with his allied .
The messenger camped at EI 'Shaykhan' when he left it , the Idolaters marched to 'Abbeia' . Then the messenger went to EI 'Shawl' A wall between the 'Madina' and 'Ohod' the time of prayers came . He asked Belal to call for the prayers . He prayed the 'morning prayers tog other with his friends . Abdullah Ebn Obei Ebn Salol stood up addressing his folk saying :
- He ( the messenger ) obeyed them and disobeyed me .I don't know why we kill ourselves here ,
- We kill them .
- Folk of Banu Salma from El Khazrag ( Ebn Salol was from El Khazrag . They were to abide him a king before the coming of Muhammad that is why Ebn Salol was most exasperated at Muhammad ).
- We won't kill them .
They were about to kill one another . God descended from Heaven "Two parties of you were about to fail and God is their creator and on God the believers depend . (Al Omran .V., 122 )
As a result of the withdrawal of Ebn Salol and his men ; the Muslims were only seven hundred men . The Muslims got only two horses one horse for the messenger and another for Abu Borda . The messenger went near the
- Oh, You people I recommend you what God recommended me in his Book to obey Him and inhibit his prohibitions. today you are on a position of reward and dignity, if one remembers to do that and abide himself on patience and belief , hard work and vigor . The fight of the enemy is very abhorring ,few who are patient unless they have strict determination .
- God is with those who obey Him and devil is with those who disobey him, start your work by being patient on the Jihad . You gain by so doing what God promised you . You are to do what I command since I am keen on your interests . Discarding, disputing and disappointing are matters of disability and fatigue that God does not like and doesn't give victory or triumph as a result .
- He who believes in God and the doomsday must stick to immigration unless he were a boy . or a woman or a sick or a slave . If you dispense that God dispenses him
and God is rich and thankful . Whatsoever work I know will approach you to God Almighty I order you to do . Whatsoever work approaches you to the hell I prohibit you to do it .
- The Honest spirit ( Gabriel ) inspired me that no self dies till it satisfies her utmost earning not lacks the slightest of it; even it's rather slow . Be afraid of God. Do your best to earn your living and if it slows down , don't earn it by disobeying God. A believer to believer like the head from the body , if it complains the other parts of the body are affected as a result, and peace be upon you .
The messenger made his army in front of the mountain Ohod . He said :
- Don't begin fighting till I order you to fight .
Quriesh mobilized its army they were three thousand men . They had two hundred horses . They set Khalid Ebn El Walid on the right of the cavaliers and Akrema Ebn Abu Jahl on the left. the leadership of horses presided by Safwan Ebn Omiya , the archery was under the leadership of Abdallah Ebn Abu Kabe'ah they were hundred archeries. they handed the flag to Talha Ebn Abu Talha ; one of folk of Abd El Dar who used to be
responsible for the flag in any war in Jahilieyah ( the ignorance before Islam) .
The messenger was walking on foot adjusting the rows of the Muslims when everything was in order he said :
- Who carries the flag of the Idolaters
- Abd El Dar .
- We deserve to be loyal than them where is Mossab Ebn Omeir? Mossab was from Abd El Dar and the flag of Quriesh was under their leadership before Islam when Mossab heard the messenger calling his name he said :
- Here I am
- take the flag .
The messenger sent for El Zobeir Ebn El Awam and told him :
- Stand before Khalid Ebn El Walid .
The messenger ordered Abdullah Ebn Gobeir to preside the archeries who were only fifty men . He told Ebn Gobeir.
- Save us from their horses . Don't let them come from behind and stick to your place if we are
victorious or beaten , if you see the vultures snatching us , don't leave your place until 1 send for you . If you see us triumphing over them , don't leave your place till you arc sent for . If you see us gaining their properties and earning usurps don't share us.
As a matter of fact here lies the defeat of the Muslims in this conquest because they disobeyed the orders of the messenger. they were badly beaten in this conquest unlike Badr conquest who were victorious over Quriesh .
- Makheirek was from the religion-, men of the Jews . lie said on Saturday while messenger of Allah at 'Ohod'.
- You most of the Jews . You know by God's name that Muhammad is right and he is a prophet.They said :
- Oh. Today is Saturday .
- No Saturday .
He took his army and said :
-If I were dead , my money would be for Muhammad to put it where God tell him to do .
kozman was from the hypocrites . he missed Ohod. When it was morning the women of folk of Zafar said to him .
- Oh Kozman, all the men went out but you . Aren't you ashamed of what you did . He thought how the
messenger wherever he mentioned Kozman he said he was from the people of hell . So, Kozman decided not to go out with the Muslims ; but the women went on humiliating him .
- You are nothing but a woman . Your folk came out and you stayed at home so . Kozman decided to revenge his y> dignity . He got his bow, arrows and his sword and went running till he caught the messenger adjusting the rows of the Muslims . He was the first one who slung his arrows from the Muslims . M he did his damnation with his sword . The Muslims were surprised questioning : Is this man who fights surprisingly from the people of fire ?
The messenger took a sword on which was written :
cowardice is shame. fighting is dignity . A cowardly man doesn't save his destiny - saying :
- Who took this sword and know its right ?
Ali Ebn Abu Taleb stood up to take the sword but the messenger said :
- Sit down
Omar wanted it but the messenger declined . El Zobeir asked many times for the sword but the messenger refused . Then Abu Dajana stood up saying :
- What is its right, messenger of Allah ? .
- To strike with it on the face of the enemy till it is bent.
I took it by its right.
Abu Dajana was a brave man . Abu Sofian (the leader of the Idolaters ) said :
- Oh, most of you the Awss and the Khazrag leave us to our cousins and we won't hurt you .
- He was cursed and insulted . A man from the Idolaters riding a camel inviting anyone of the Muslims to duel me . El Zobeir jumped over his camel confronting the man and killed him
- Talha Ebn Abu Talha holding the flag of the Idolaters shouting anyone from the Muslims to duel him , nobody came out, then he said :
- You friends of Muhammad . You claimed your dead are in paradise and our dead are in hell . Can anyone of you who can hurry up to abide me in hell by his sword or I send him by my sword to paradise ?
Ali Ebn Abu Taleb came out to him while the messenger , fully armored sitting under the flag . When they faced each other. Talha hit Ali with his sword , Ali was not hurt since Ali raised his shield to protect himself . Ali hit Talha with his sword and cut his leg . When Ali wanted to finish him off he beseeched to him by bond of kinship not to kill him . Ali left him to himself .
The messenger was extremely pleased and said :
- Allah Almighty is Great , together with the Muslims , then
they strictly kept on beating the Idolaters and striking their faces yelling at them with their slogan .
- Die. Die.
EI Zobeir Ebn El Awam wondered why the messenger refused to give him the sword he was thinking I'm the son of 'Hala' the aunt of the messenger and when I asked him about the sword refused and gave it to Abu Dajana . By God's name I will see what he will do with it ?.
El Zobeir was fighting and watching Abu Dajana . he saw Abu Dajana fight fiercely the Idolaters now El Zobeir was convinced that took the sword of the messenger by its right.
Osman Ebn Abu Talha took the flag of the idolaters. Hamza Ebn Abdul Motaleb , Uncle of the messenger - murdered him , then proceeded , Ebn Abu Wakass attacked cut his right hand . Ebn Abu Talha took the flag with his left hand Ebn Abu Wakass cut his left hand too , then Ebn Abu Talha griped the flag with his arms , leaning it on his chest . at last Saad Ebn Abu Wakass killed him after that Mossab Ebn Abu Talha came to carry the flag Assem Ebn thabet Ebn Abu El Aflah slang him with an arrow . He was trembling on his last breath , running to his mother , she came with the women to encourage the men to fight she said in terror:
- Who hurt you ?
- I heard a man saying 'take it . She was terribly furious she said if God enabled her to have the head of Assem killer of her son , She would drink the wine in it . She stood up calling the Idolaters :
- He who brought the head of Assem Ebn thabet , would earn a hundred camels .
Then, Kelab Ebn Talha carried the flag . Kozman killed him, some of them wondered if Kozman was one of the people of the hell . the last Talha carried the flag . Another Muslim who was called Talha Ebn obeid Allah attacked him ferociously like a storm and sent his soul to hell .
Ali Ebn Abu Taleb stepped Artaa Ebn Shrabil who carried the flag to him carrying his sharp great sword hit him deadly .
Derar Ebn El Khatab looked at Khalid Ebn El Walid addressing him :
- Run to the folk .
Then Khalid said angrily .
- You can't find a place to run to . Derar Ebn El Khatab said after Badr:
- Who killed Hesham Ebn Abu Jahl ? he was told :
- Ebn Afraa .
- Who murdered Omiya Ebn Khalaf ?
- Hobeira Ebn Yassaf.
- Who killed Ottoba Ebn Abu Miyat ?
- Assem Ebn Thabet.
- Who Captured Soheil Ebn Amr ?
- Malek Ebn El Dokhsham .
When they came to Ohod. Derar used to say :
- If they came out of their shelters which were strongly fortified, We could slay them ? then , we go back home . If they came out to us , We have a lot of weapons and our numbers are greater than theirs .
When the two armies met together . Derar Ebn El Khatab's heart was full of hatred on the Answars . Quriesh was about to be defeated . Derar said to himself.
- This worse than Badr . The Muslims went on yelling
- Die , Die.
While the Idolaters called :
- Oh El Ezza - Hobal ( Quriesh's stone Gods ).
Shorten Ebn kanet picked up the flag of the idolaters and soon he was killed by the brave soldiers of the Muslims .
A young man called Sawab son of Ebn Abd El Dar, he was killed too by Kozman . Abdul Rahman son of Abu Bakr , the messenger's closest friend emerged calling the Muslims :
- Who duels ?
Abu Bakr his father got up holding his sword, the messenger said to him .
- Put your sword down and go back to your place and let us enjoy you ( by being alive )
The horses of the Idolaters were driven to the Muslims but the archeries received them , so they had to come back again . But Khalid Ebn El Walid and Akrema 'Ebn Abu Jahl and other cavaliers of Quriesh tried to attack the Muslins but the archeries whose backs were against Ohod carried on slinging their arrows towards the Idolaters and again the horses turned back to the valley .
Wahshi ( the black slave ) was standing behind a tree holding a spear in his hand watching the movements of Hamza . Wahshi was thinking in his imagination and the echo of Gobeir Ebn Motam's voice haunting him : " If you kill Hamza in return for my uncle , You'll be freeman" . It was only one spear settled in Hamaz's heart, then, he could restore his freedom . he used to follow Hamza wherever he goes . He saw Hamza murdering the people and walking like a lion grasping his prey . It was only one strike and the prey was dead saying :
- I am the lion of God . I'm Ebn Abdul Motaleb .
Wahshi was in his ambush watching Hamza assassinating people . Hamza killed thirty men from Quriesh . He saw Hamza killed number thirty one who was Sabba Ebn Abdul Ezza . Fear filled Wahshi's heart ; he was afraid the battle would be finished before killing Hamza and remaining a slave . while Hamza was fighting, he fell down on his back , a part of his belly appeared , the chance Wahshi wanted for a long time approached . He threw his spear into Hamaz's heart who groaned silently . He saw Wahshi in his ambush . he wanted to run to kill that black slave but he couldn't go on running . He fell down breathlessly .
He raised his head to see what was going on but he saw the
He , also remembered . Badr Day when he saw the brave , soldiers of Quriesh falling down dead under his sharp sword . He was absent from the world , hearing voices in his ears informing him his location in paradises ,in Heavens . he was extremely delighted and his soul flying away to God feeling easiness and comfort .
Wahshi reached the dead body and took his spear , then returned to his camp and didn't care for anything else, since he carried out his sole mission .
The fight was fierce between the two camps and the Idolaters fled back to the women who encouraged them to come back again to the battle , satirizing them offering the men their make up calling them :
- You women .
The Idolaters were afraid of the shame; returning to the battle again .
The slaves and the women were taking care of their luggage and the camels and sheep They saw their masters knocking down and fleeing away in fear . The women were crying and they were happy beating their drums. They made for the mountain and the Muslims were chasing their enemies killing them and they entered Quriesh's camp taking their properties and usurps .
The archeries saw the Muslims seizing and taking the money of the camp of Quriesh . Some of them said :
- Why do you stay here for nothing ?
- God defeated the enemy let's go usurping the enemy camp . Some others said :
- Don't you know that the messenger of Allah said to you " protect our backs and if we gained their money , Don't share us " some others argued saying : - The messenger of Allah didn't mean that and God has humiliated the Idolaters and we'll go to the camp to seize their money with our brothers. they disputed together . their leader Abdullah Ebn Gobeir preached them
- Oh. You Folk - remember your messenger's orders and obey your leader.
They declined and went to the camp of the Idolaters to take their gains and left the mountain . Here comes the defeat of the Muslims because they disobeyed the messenger's orders and the orders of their leader and what that happens to any Muslim who disobeys the messenger's orders since the messenger's orders come from God. The Muslim loses , if he disobeys the messenger's orders . God says in Soura El 'Hoghorat (the rooms) (v.2) " Oh, those who believed don't raise your voice above the prophet's voice and don't speak loudly with him as you do to each other , if you do that your deeds will be useless (disappeared ) unknowingly " (v.3) those who slow their voices down at the messenger those God tested their hearts to piety , they have forgiveness and great reward . (v.4) those who call you from behind the rooms most of them don't have sense , if they were patient till you came out to them that would be better for them and God is forgiver and passionate ".
So in our Quran if the Muslims just raise their voices before the messenger is a great sin , their deeds , their rituals of prayers , fast , and charity would be nothing but to give the messenger the supreme esteem , the utmost politeness . Those who slow down, or those who speak politely with the messenger are piteous people . If you have piety you have to respect and love Muhammad the messenger if you speak about the messenger , even now it should be with love and respect otherwise , all your deeds would be in vain . (people speaking behind the doors are abnormal )
God teaches the Muslims how to speak with not only the messenger but with one another . To have good manners the supreme manners is that of the messenger . He said in Hadith " The nearer to me from you at paradise who is the most polite " .
Khalid Ebn EI Walid looked at the mountain , he found few archeries , he soon went to the place of the archeries with Akrema Ebn Abu Jahl and killed Abdullah Ebn Gobeir ( leader of the archeries ) they killed the Muslims fiercely .
Kozman killed seven from Quriesh but at last he was hurt and fell down .
Quotada Ebn EI Moman passed him saying . Congratulations for the martyrdom .
By God's name I fight not because I'm religious . I fight for protection; . I didn't want Quriesh to tread on our palm trees .
He couldn't bear the pain of the wound . He took an arrow and killed himself .
The messenger's saying was true . That Kozman was from the people of hell . The Muslims dispersed everywhere leaving what they gathered and dropping what they gained from Quriesh's camp. their flag was still on the ground . Amra daughter of Alka raised it and soon the Idolaters assembled round it.
Omnia El Maznia wife of Zeid Ebn Assem had a
pot of water to give the Muslim injuries . When the
Muslims were defeated she went to the messenger to fight with the sword and sling the arrows defending the messenger.
Some folk of Quriesh vowed to kill the messenger as Abdulla Ebn Shehaf El Zohari , Ebn Kamei'a son of Hareth Ebn Fahr , Ottoba Ebn Wakass El Zohari and Obei Ebn (son of Khalaf El Gamhy . Ottoba Ebn Abu Wakass threw a stone on the messenger which broke his jaws Ebn Komei'a said :
Show me Muhammad by God's name if I see him , I'll kill him . He reached the messenger, hurt the messenger who was weaving two heavy shields. He fell in a hole . Talha helped the messenger to come up again and the blood was seen on his beard .
- How can people be successful in life when they do such things to their prophet who invites them to God .
Abdulla Ebn Homeid Ebn Zoheir came to the messenger when he saw him falling in a hole affected by the strike of Ebn Komei'a saying :
-I am Ebn Zoheir, show me Muhammad . By God's name , if I see him , I'll kill him or I die without .
Abu Dajana stood on his way striking the horse's leg of Ebn Zoheir . Who fell down and Abu Dajana stabbed him
at once saying :
- take it and I'm the son of khresha . the messenger looked at him saying :
- May God be satisfied about son of Khresha as I'm satisfied about him .
Mean while , in the middle of the battle, Ebn Komei'a screamed :
- Muhammad was killed .
A quite deal of the Muslims made for the Madina . Some other folk of the Muslims said :
- If the messenger was killed why don't you fight for your religion and the religion of your prophet till you meet God and you are martyrs .
Thabet Ebn El Dahdah said :
- You El Ansar , if Muhammad was killed . but God is alive never dies . Fight on your religion , God will make you victorious and winners . Some men raised from El Ansar and went to a squadron including Khalid Ebn El Walid , Amr Ebn El Ass. Akrema Ebn Abu Jahl , Derar Ebn El Khatab but,
Khalid killed Thabet and his companions .
Some other folk said :
-We wish we had a messenger to Abdallah Ebn Obei to let us have a promise of security from Abu Sofian : You folk Muhammad was killed , go back to your people before you are murdered . While others said :
- If he were a prophet, he wouldn't be killed : go back to your first religion . Most of his friends ran away but the prophet was standing still like a rock saying :
- I am the messenger of Allah .
Nobody came to him and the arrows slung to him from everywhere but Talha Ebn obeid Allah surrounded the prophet defending him fighting with his sword .
Mossab Ebn Omeir was carrying the Muslim flag . While Ebn Komei'a was riding his horse cut Omeir's hand Omeir said " Muhammad is only a messenger and other messengers came before him " ( Sora Al Omran v. 144) Omeir carried the flag with his left hand . again it was cut by some of the cavaliers Omeir said : " Muhammad is only a messenger and other messengers came before him " then he received a spear inside his heart. he fell down dead.
Two men from the Muslims of sons of Abd El Dar called Sofreif Ebn Harmala and Abu El Rom came to pick up the flag . The latter took it.
Meanwhile , Talha was beside the prophet throwing his arrows crying :
- I die for you messenger of Allah
The messenger encouraged him to throw his arrows Some other brave friends of Muhammad came to defend him such as Saad Ebn Abu Wakass , Assem Ebn thabet , Ebn Mazon El Mekdad Ebn Amr , Zeid Ebn Haretha , Hateb Ebn Abu Balta,a, Ottoba Ebn Gazwan . and many others.

The Trench Conquest ( El Khandak ) ( the Coalitions )

In this conquest , we can see many manifestations of democracy from the part of Muhammad ; the messenger . The Jews Banu El Nadeer in
The messenger said ; you are put off for ten days Anyone of you if seen after that , will be killed. They consulted the head of hypocrisy ; Abdullah Ebn Obei Ebn Salol , They made up their minds to declare mutiny and preparation for war inside their reinforced fortifications .
They sent their leader Hoiei Ebn Akhtab to the messenger saying :
- we won’t get out of our homes . Do as you wish . the army of the Muslims besieged them until they get tired . they sent someone to the messenger telling him that :
- we get out of the city .
He requested them to get out of the city carrying their baggage and money as much as the camels can carry , except their weapons , they will be kept behind .
They left for Khabeir , some others went to
The messenger said :
-these are in their folks as honorable as Banu El Mogera in Quriesh .
These lords of Banu El Nadeer had rancor in their hearts because of the forced departure of their lands . They didn’t forget what the messenger did with them .
They thought to go to Quriesh and the other Arabian tribes to make a coalition against the messenger ; to persuade them to fight the Muslims and eradicate them before they became too strong over the whole Arabian country .
When they reached
- we will be with you till we terminate him .
the new religion of Muhammad occupied their minds they asked the Jews :
-You folks of the Jews , you had the first Book , you are people of letters , tell us which religion is better ours or Muhammad’s? . Although they knew the correct answer , they said :
- your religion is better than his .
Ironically , the people of the first Book , who realized the message of monotheism alleged that Paganism is better than the worship of one God .
It is delusion deserves damnation . God damned them in the Quran . Quriesh was pleased at what the Jews said . They prepared themselves for war . They convened in the house of the “ forum “ Hakim Ebn Hazam , Abu Sofian Ebn Harb, Safwan Ebn Omeiya and sons of El Mogera were plotting against the messenger of Islam .
Kenana Ebn Abu El Hakik went to the sons of Ghadafan persuading them to fight the messenger on condition that they get half the dates of Khabeir . He informed them that Quriesh agreed to go with them .
Oieina Ebn Hesn El Fazari responded to him .
The banner of war was held in the house of El Nadwa ; the banner was carried by Othman Ebn Talha whose heart was full of rancor because his father was on Ohod Day , as well as his two uncles and his four brothers , in other words he was eager to revenge .
Quriesh set off presided by Abu Sofian Ebn Harb . they were four thousand persons , having three hundred horses and one thousand camels .
They went to Morr El Zahran . they met sons of Sleem . They ere seven hundred presided by Sofian Ebn Abd Shams an ally to Harb Ebn Omeiya . Sons of Assad led by Toleiha Ebn Khoiyeld El Assdi . Ghadafan and Fazara were having one thousand camels led by Oieynna Ebn Hesn Ebn Hoziefa , sons of Morra were four hundred led by El Hareth Ebn Auf , Ashga’ were four hundred led by Mossar Ebn Rokhiela and many others joined the army of the coalition who were ten thousand persons presided by Abu Sofian . They all set out on to
Khoza’ loved the messenger , some of them went to
When the messenger heard about this terrible news he invoked his people convene, he said :
- Shall we get out of
Coming out of
They made an accord with the messenger to participate with him to defend
Salman ; the Persian had an idea , he said to the messenger :
- messenger of Allah , when we were in
the Muslims borrowed the digging instruments from the sons of Qurieza and began to work on the trench hard , while Salman was giving his advice . they had to finish it before Abu Sofian Ebn Harb and the coalition troops come to fight them . Abdullah Ebn Obei and the hypocrites persuaded the Muslims to go to the Jews inside their fortifications , leaving Muhammad and his friends to meet their end, but the believers refused to accept their advice .
the messenger made Abdullah Ebn Om Ma’etoom his deputy on
In time , a deep , wide trench came into sight before the open side of medina , it was impossible for any horse to step over it . While Salman was digging , he found a tough rock which can’t be broken . The messenger took the Axe and said :
- By the name of God .
He struck the rock , one third of it was broken , a light flash appeared from the side of
- I was given the keys of
He hit the rock again , another one third was broken and a light emerged from the Romans . He praised God, he said :
- I was given the keys of
- I was given the keys of
The hypocrites looked at each other ironically , Metab Ebn Kasheer expressed what was going on in their minds .
- don’t you wonder at what Muhammad persuade and tempt you with , . He told you he sees from
The messenger sent Soleit and Sofian Ebn Auf to see and know all about the coalition . They saw an army covers the desert moving slowly because of the great amount of weapons ; a formidable invulnerable army . They were captured and killed by Abu Sofian Ebn Harb who didn’t doubt in victory .
The messenger gave the banner of the immigrants to Zeid Ebn Hareth and he gave the banner of the supporters to Saad Ebn Obadda .
The messenger camped with his soldiers at the bottom of Sala mountain on Monday , the 8th of Zo El Quedda. When Quriesh saw the ditch , they were taken by surprise . Their air castle were crashed . They said in anger .
-By God ,this is a trick the Arabs didn’t do . The most furious one was Hoiei Ebn Akhtab who went with sons of El Nadeer , Quriesh , Ghadafan , sons of Sleem and the tribes of the Arabs , persuading them to fight the messenger of Allah . All the way long he was daydreaming of victory . then all of a sudden , his dreams collapsed before the depth of the ditch which was separating between the coalition army and the Islam army .
Could all the efforts he exerted be in vain ? Could all these armies which he tempted by his cunning and malice to march forward - come back home again without retaliate his and their enemy ?
In
He is able to tempt sons of Qurieza to break their vow . He will persuade them that the prophet may ask them for help now , but tomorrow their destiny will be like sons of Qurieza and sons of El Nadeer ; they will be expelled . He was pleased when his thoughts came to this conclusion .
Quriesh camped at Mogama El Assial . Quadafan with the people of Naged at the side of Ohod mountain . The idolaters made the leadership by turns ; one day Abu Sofian , other day Khalid Ebn El Walid , Amr Ebn El As , Hobeira Ebn Wahb Akrema Ebn Abu Jahl , and Derar Ebn El Khatab , and so on .
Hoiei Ebn Akhtab while marching with Quriesh , he used to say to Abu Sofian .- Qurieza are people of bountiful weapons . They are seven hundred and fifty fighters. When they saw the trench and realized they couldn’t beat Muhammad unless Jews of Qurieza betrayed the treatment they had with the Muslims . Just then Abu Sofian said to the lord of El Nadeer .
- go to your folks in order to break the treatment between them and Muhammad .
Hoiei went to kab Ebn Assad , the Lord of Banu Qurieza .. He knocked at the door , Kab refused to open the door , he said :
-Hoiei , you are jinx . I made an oath with Muhammad and I won’t break it . He is loyal and sincere .
When he opened the door , Hoiei said;
- oh , Kab , I’ve come with the honor of age . I ‘v come with Quriesh and Quadafan . They vowed to me not to leave until they get rid of Muhammad and his friends .
- you have come with the humiliation of age . Muhammad is trustful and loyal . Please , Hoiei leave me alone .
He kept on tempting Kab . He swore an oath if Quriesh and Quadafan came back and didn’t kill Muhammad , he’d stay with them to live the same fate.
Some of Hoiei ‘s proposal was attractive , although it was dangerous . He called for the chiefs of his folk , they are El Zobeir Ebn Matta , Shas Ebn Ques , Azal Ebn Meimoon and Okba Ebn Zeid , they consulted together – Hoiei , for the Jews like Abu Jahl in Quriesh; the people were afraid to disobey him . They got to the conclusion to breach the vow and tore the paper in which there was the contract between them and the messenger . . They didn’t have anything but to perish the messenger and Islam –
Omar Ebn El Khatab was told the news , he came to the messenger saying :
-I ‘ m told that Banu Qurieza violated the contract and are ready to fight . It was too terrible for the messenger , since this peace violation make the whole city vulnerable to the coalition . He called for Saad Ebn Mo’az; the lord of Awess, Saad Ebn Obada ; the lord of Khazrag , , Ebn Rawaha , Khawat Ebn Kobeir and Osseid Ebn Hosseir , he said
- Set out and see is it right what we were told about the folk ? If it is right make me a gesture I know without telling the people , otherwise say it in public among people . They set off on to Banu Qurieza . They found out the Jews broke off the vow . They said ironically .
- Who is the messenger of Allah . There is no contract between us and Muhammad. Saad Ebn Mo’az insulted them , they were his allies .
They came back to the messenger and made him a gesture , he said :
- God is the Greatest , I bid you a tiding of victory of Allah and his sustain . The news traveled fast , all the people knew about it , so , they were terrified , the Muslims came to the messenger asking him for assistance , he said :
- God is our Sufficient and He is the Good Agent .
The hypocrites said to each other .
- Muhammad promised us to have the treasures of the Persians and Caesar while we are not secured to be evacuated in the desert . What Allah and his messenger promised us was in vain .
It went from bad to worse , the messenger called for Oieina Ebn Hesn El Fazari , and El Hareth Ebn Auf El Meri to give some of the coalition one third of the Medina’s fruit , provided that they go back home with fighters . They asked for half of the fruits , but the messenger insisted on one third , they accepted .
The paper and the ink were brought and Ottoman Ebn Affan wrote the reconciliation . When it came to the signature ; here is the pure teachings of democracy from the part of the messenger – he sent for Saad Ebn Mo’az and Saad Ebn Obada to consult them . they said :
- Messenger of Allah is it a command you like to make it or something God ordered you to do , or something you make it for us ? .
- If it is something from Heavens , go ahead , if it is something you are not ordered to do , but you like it , we obey , and if it is the opinion , they ( meaning Banu Qurieza ) don’t owe us nothing but the sword . the messenger said :
- If God ordered me , I wouldn’t consult you . By god , what I make is because I saw the Arabs came to you from everywhere , I only wanted to reduce their forces to somehow .
Saad said to the messenger :
- Messenger of Allah , when we were idolaters we didn’t worship God or know Him , they didn’t eat our fruits until we gave them or sold them , and when we are honored with Allah and Islam , God directed us to the right Track and we are prided with you , by this time to give our fortunes to them . We don’t need the Jews . By God we won’t give them but the sword till God judges between us and them .
The messenger said :
- you have that .
the messenger went back to Oieynna and El Hareth saying loudly :
- go back , the sword is between us and you .
the head chiefs of the coalition were assembling to consult how to organize the war . Banu Qurieza breached the contract , so they had to break into the trench to attack the muslims decisively . There would be a wonderful siege . ; the muslims in the middle . the jews thought the victory in their imagination. They came to a narrower place and pushed the horses to jump the trench . Amr Ebn Abd Wed , was one of the most reputed Cavalier in the Arabs . He was injured in Badr Conquest , but he fled away . He didn’t participate in Ohod Conquest . He came to delete his shame and to declare in public he is still the knight that is invulnerable , he said
- Who duels ?
Ali Ebn Abu Taleb stood up and said :
- I ‘ m for him prophet of Allah . The messenger said in pity .
- Sit down it is Amr Ebn Abd Wed .
Ali begged the messenger to give him permission , finally the messenger asked Ali to face Amr Ebn Abd Wed and gave Ali his sword “ Zo El Fokkar “.. the name of the messenger’ s sword .. and dressed him his shield . the messenger supplicated to God Saying :
- My God , you took Obieda from me on Badr Day , Hamza on Ohod Day , and this is Ali my brother and cousin . Don’t leave me alone and you are the best heirs . I beseech you God to help him .
Ali killed him . the coalition troops fled away , then assembled and decided to assault the muslims the next day .
In the morning a squadron presided by Khalid Ebn El Walid assaulted the trench . A fierce , merciless fight took place between the muslims and the idolaters .
The muslims were so preoccupied with the battle that they didn’t pray the noon , the afternoon , the evening nor the night prayer . they said ;
- we didn’t pray . the messenger answered ,
- neither did I .
the messenger was so terrified that he invoked to God .
- I beseech you God , you descend the Book . You are quick on the Doomsday , Defeat the coalition . I beseech you to defeat them and let us be victorious and break them down. He also said to the muslims :
-You people , don’t wish to confront the enemy and ask God stamina . If you face the enemy , be patient , you may know that the paradise is under the shade of swords .
Naem Ebn Massoud El Ashga’e was with his folk Ghadafan , when the coalition forces besieged the muslims .He kept on pondering on this religion which made his folk wish to confront their enemies while they are satisfied . god lighted up his heart with Islam , faith was thrown into his chest . He went to the messenger before Night prayers . .He found him praying . When the messenger saw him , he said :
-Why did you come here Naem ?
- I came to believe in you and witness what you came with is right . He was silent a while , then he said .
- Messenger of Allah , I have been muslim and my folk don’t know about my Islam . bid me what you wish .
- You are in us one man , distract and frustrate about us if you could , war is a trick .
He went to Banu Qurieza , he was their friend , he said :
- You know how much I like you , especially what was between me and you .
- True , you are not accused .
- Quriesh and Ghadafan are not like you . , the country is yours . Here is your money , sons and women . You can’t go abroad . Quriesh and Ghadafan came to fight Muhammad and his friends . You sustained them , but they are not like you . If they find a chance , they gain it , if otherwise , they go back home , leaving you alone with the man in your country . You can’t afford them . Don’t fight the people until you take a guarantee , a mortgage – from their lords so that you could be sure when you fight them .
- You gave us the right opinion .
They gave their word to Muhammad , but they betrayed and declared treason in public and cut off the paper contract .
When Naem came to them , they didn’t feel sorry for what they had done , they didn’t go to the messenger asking him for forgiveness , but they remained treacherous and accepted Naem ‘s opinion out of precaution and safety .
Naem went to Quriesh and said to Abu Sofian and his folk :
- You know my preference to you and my hatred to Muhammad . I’m told something I want to tell you about , hide what I say .
- We do , what is it ?
-You know that the Jews have remorsed what they did with Muhammad , they sent to him saying : we are sorry for what we did , Are you content to bring you from the two tribes - Quriesh and Ghadafan – some of their lords to strike their necks , then we stay with you to demolish the rest . Muhammad sent his approval . If they ask for ransom of men , don’t pay them any .
He went to Ghadafan and said and did the same thing .
On Saturday , Abu Sofian sent the Jews an envoy of Quriesh and Ghadafan presided by Akrema Ebn Abu Jahl , they said :
- prepare yourselves for the fight of Muhammad . The Jews said :
- Today is Saturday , we don’t work on . We won’t fight Muhammad with you until you give us a guarantee from your men . We are afraid if the war turned out to be too horrible , you may go back home and leave us to Muhammad alone .
Quriesh and Ghadafan were sure , by now that Naem was right . They answered Banu Qurieza back :
- We won’t give you any man from us . If you want to fight , go out for it . Banu Qurieza said :
- What Naem said was right .
Hoiei Ebn Akhtab was annoyed to see the difference of opinions between the coalition forces and Banu Qurieza .
He went to them persuading to fight Muhammad . They didn’t give him their consent ‘ they said to him :
- We won’t fight until they give us seventy men from Quriesh and Ghadafan . the disputes and the disappointment took place amid them . God blew a strong wind in a very cold night . . their tents and camps were turned over . their cooking pots were upside down and their bonfires were put out , the wind was yellow and sand filled their eyes .
The hypocrites came to take an excuse , they asked the messenger a permission to go back to their women and sons . He allowed them to go , on this night , there were only three hundred men with him . He was informed the disputes of the coalition . the messenger said :
- Isn’t there anyone who can go and see the people and come back again ? I ask god he may be with me in paradise .
Nobody replied because of fear of cold and hunger . Abu Bakr said :
- Messenger of Allah , Hoziefa . He said to him
- Why don’t you answer me ?
- Cold
- You won’t be cold until you come back , stand up .
Hoziefa stood up , the messenger said :
- If there is any news about the folk , tell me about it ?
- By God I ‘m not afraid to be killed , but I ‘m afraid to be captured .
- You won’t be captured . I beseech to you God to protect him between his hands , from behind , his right and left , from above and underneath him . When he was going , the messenger called him :
- Don’t throw an arrow nor a stone , don’t strike with a sword until you come back .
Hoziefa Ebn El yaman set out to the enemy camp while the wind was blowing ; cutting the tents ropes and turning their pots over , till he mixed with them , he heard Abu Sofian saying :
- You people , may everyone know who is sitting with . Be careful the spies and the eyes. Hoziefa was afraid to be recognized . He took the hand of the one who was sitting on his right and said :
- Who are you ?
- Mo’ awia Ebn Abu Sofian
He caught the hand of his left and said :
- who are you ?
- Amr Ebn El Uss .
Abu Sofian said :
- you people of Quriesh , by God , you are not in a good place . We have been in terrible conditions . We are at odds with Banu Qurieza , we are told what we hate from them , besides what we now find in this horrible storm , let’s go back home , I’m leaving . He got on his camel when Akrema Ebn Abu Jahl said :
- You are the head and leader of the people , you go and leave them behind ?
He was ashamed of what he did, he got off his camel and said :
- Go
Ghadafan heard what Quriesh did . the people in their camps said :
- departure , departure , no place for you here .
the storm threw them on their luggage and hit them with pebbles . When Hoziefa was certain that the coalition went back home , he went to the messenger , he found him praying , he told him the news , the messenger laughed .
Hoziefa felt cold again , he was shivering , the messenger approached and made him sleep . The messenger looked at the enemies’ camp , the coalition departed , he said :
- Now we conquer them , they don’t conquer us , we march to them .
God defeated the coalition alone after the believers were in despair and felt panic and were suspicious of Allah .
The messenger went back home , leaving the trench after fifteen terrible nights of siege ; after they had gone through a desperate situation . Some people were killed from the muslim side like Anass Ebn Awess Ebn Atteek from Banu Abd El Ashhal , killed by Khalid Ebn El Walid , Abdullah Ebn Sahl , Thalaba Ebn Attama Ebn Odei killed by Hobeira Ebn Wahb , Kab Ebn Zeid from Banu Dinar killed by Derar Ebn El Khatab , El Tofiel Ebn Noman and Saad Ebn Mo’az was hurt awfully .
From the idolaters’ part there were some causalities as Othman Ebn Omeiya from Banu Abd El Dar , Nofal Ebn Abdullah Ebn El Mogera , Amr Ebn Abd Wed and his son Hessel Ebn Amr.
The messenger reached El Medina at noon , he prayed Noon prayer , then he got to Aisha;s house , he asked for water to washed and the incense , On having relaxation and put down the weapon , he was called :
- Who excuses you warrior ?
The messenger was terribly frightened . He jumped outside and Aisha followed him , they found a man on board a beast , Aisha went back home , the messenger spoke to the man who was really Gabriel the angel , he said :
- Did you put down the weapon , messenger of Allah ?
- Yes .
- I didn’t put down the weapon .
How could Gabriel put down the weapon when Banu Qurieza violated the vow during the battle ? What they did was high treason; it was a conspiracy against the state , but for God blessing , the prophet of Islam and Islam would have been perished .
Gabriel said to the messenger :
- God order you to march to Banu Qurieza . I will go to destroy their fortifications
- My friends are tired , Won’t you wait for some days ?
- Go to them .
The messenger ordered Belal to call for the people : “ this who hears , he has to obey and pray the afternoon prayers at Banu Qurieza “ .

The Conquest of Hunein and El Ta'ef
The conquest of Hunein was the natural invasion after they had opened
These tribes were worried because quriesh surrendered ; It was the greatest tribe of all the Arabs – to Muhammad .
Before Islamic conquest to qurtiesh . It was the wildest enemy to Muhammad . Therefore , their existence in their middle location was the valve security .
These Tribes collected together to conquer the
Muslims in
Muhammad and the Muslims were ready to receive these news for preparations of war.
Howazen and Thaquief , with their weapons and horses located in Otas, a place near El Ta'ef. under the leadership of " Malek Ebn Ouf " a youth of thirty , very strong and very brave young man , many other minor tribes assembled under his command among them were " Bani Saad " where Muhammad used to be brought up there when he was a baby . Malek ordered his followers to bring with them - the cattle , the money . the women and their children - and located them at the back of the army to arouse the enthusiasm of the men to defend their possessions and women .
Male forwarded his army - They were about twenty thousand , - at the bottom of Hunein valley, in ambush, waiting for the Muslim army .
The Muslims left
The Muslims marched among the tumult of the horses and the glamour of their swords proud of their forces and increase in number ,some of them whispered to each other saying " we won't be beaten because of less in number " they reached Hunein in the evening at the door of the valley.
At dawn the Muslim army moved , no sooner did they appear , than the ambush surprised them , they crashed the front of the Muslim army , and the arrows were rains . they withdrew, what were behind the Muslim troops were panic and fled back in horror.
On the other hand , Muhammad was standing still , surrounded by some of his friends , among them were El Abbass Ebn Abdul Motaleb, Abu Bakr, Omar , Usama Ebn Zeid . Muhammad called the people to be stand still , while riding his horse shouting " I'm the prophet , no mistake, I'm the son of Abdul Motaleb" .
Muhammad ordered El Abbass Ebn Abdul Motaleb to scream loudly so that the people might hear . Saying oh, most of you El Ansar who supported the Messenger , oh most of El Muhajireen ( the immigrants ) who swore to support Muhammad under the tree . Come back this is the messenger of Allah, peace be upon him , " He kept on calling them till these callings touched their hearts . They came back hurrying up from everywhere saying " Here we are " .
They became organized once more while Hawazen confronted the Muslims face to face ,. The Ansar " That is
the ", Supporters attacked the idolaters and the fighting
was fierce . The Messenger looked at the Muslims while they,. .were finishing off the disbelievers saying " God never breaks His promise to his messenger" .
Hawazen saw that they would be defeated and every hope of victory had been vanished . They retreated backwards ,
the Muslims followed their fighting and capturing. They took all the rear of the enemies army
The gains of war of the Muslims were great , 20000 Camels , 4000 sheep -1000 ounces of silver and 6000 prisoners of war . These were carried all to the valley of " Gorana " near
The messenger pursued their enemies , together with the Muslims . to the mountain near El Ta'ef .
God said about this conquest in Soura El "Toba"
(24) " God has triumphed you in many places , and the day of Hunein , you were pleased with your numbers but these numbers were useless to you . the land became narrow for you ; however big it were , and you retreated .
(25) Then, God comforted His messenger and the believers and God brought to you soldiers you couldn't see and tortured those who disbelieved and that deserves them right. "
The Muslim were victorious in Hunein , that was the end of the last resistance the Arabs could do against the Muslims . Many delegations of other tribes came to announce their Islam and subjected to the Islamic state .
We concluded from Hunein Day and what happened during the war; the feeling of security after the fear , the
victory after the defeat . We can be assured that the arrogance was still with the Muslims . The Muslims felt proud on Hunein Day, of being numerous . they get beaten , at the beginning . But when they rooted out their arrogance and became dependant on God, they got victorious again .
After " Malek Ebn Auf went for El "Ta'ef , the Muslims went to besiege " Thaquief and " Malek Ebn Auf " himself.
El 'Ta'ef was well fortified town provided with strong fortifications . Besides , the people there were experts in the art of siege . Muhammad and his friends thought how to get through this problem .
They sent for " El Tofiel " one of the leaders of " Banu Doss" He was a supporter to Muhammad , He was also , an expert in the war of siege . They slang the fortifications with, stones and used wooden tanks with some soldiers underneath to pierce the walls of the castles.
The Muslims thought of burning the vineyard of the people of El Ta'ef and evacuating them as they evacuated " Bani El Nadeer" and burnt their palm trees .
Muhammad realized that the siege will last long , he realized that his army wanted to go back to share out the
war gains; the usurps . He thought that the soldiers would be impatient , Also , the " forbidden months for fighting and Hunting " were approaching .
The prophet preferred to give up besieging El 'Ta'ef after a month .
He came back with his army to El " Gorana " again .
A delegation from Hawazen came to El Gorana after they became Muslims , desiring to restore their money , women and sons . This delegation was welcomed peacefully . Besides , Muhammad returned his sister in milking El " Shiymaa " to her folk . He asked Hawazen to tell " Malek Ebn Auf " if he became Muslim, he would get back all his people and money and 100 of camels .
Malek hurried to Muhammad to announce his Islam and took back his people , money and 100 of camels as well .
The prophet showed that he didn't want the money for its own sake but he made it a means to reconcile the hearts of the idolaters with it . So that they could see happiness in this world and in the hereafter.
The Messenger proved his justice , far sighted and well tactics that enabled him come back with thousands of Arabs while they are Muslims and they were idolaters before that ; ready to bestow their lives for the sake of Allah .
The prophet invested these usurps properly , the result was that the Muslims were greater in numbers and he gave a good example of hospitality , generosity and forgiveness .
Utopian morals
His modesty was manifested when he was checking the organization and regulation of the soldiers at war he stroked gently one of the soldiers who was standing a little bit aside from the other lines of the soldiers . He stroked him with the back of an arrow . The soldier came out from squadron and said to Muhammad "You hurt me, Muhammad" . All this before all the army which is going to fight the disbelievers . What would any leader say or' do in such a situation ? what, did Muhammad do to this man and Muhammad is supposed to be the messenger to all human beings in everywhere and anywhere Muhammad told the man he could do the same stroke to him in return as a way of revenge as it was stated in all the Heavenly religions " blood for blood eye for an eye " . Muhammad uncovered the clothes , the place of his chest and asked the man to do the same thing he did to him . What did the man do ?
He rushed embracing and kissing the chest of
Muhammad . Muhammad asked the man why he didn't
stroke him . the man only told him that he only wanted to touch the flesh of Muhammad before he went to war-where he might have been a martyr .
Then , some others wanted to do the same things as the man did . But Muhammad told them that it was only a specification for that man .
Also , Muhammad's greatness was shown when he gathered ten thousands- of the Muslim fighters or Mogahedins to invade
He came back where he once belonged in
Muhammad was very shy and looking downward because he was now victorious over his folk and relatives who .used to deny his message from God. Imagine one person escaped one night from
If we return to history of course we can find bloody leaders who killed any human beings, children , women and old people .
they rooted out the plants and bur nt the trees.
As for Muhammad who demanded his leaders and soldiers not to kill children.! or women or old people. Even he asked them not to bur n any trees or destroying water wells . Not only that but to leave religious people who live in monasteries ; to be left to themselves .
So, Muhammad treated people as human beings as civilised persons who have the right senses ; the right feelings towards other people .
Comparing Muhammad with the barbarian Houlako
or Gengiskhan who slaughtered people everywhere and changed the sweet rivers into rivers full of blood ., in the modern history we can't forget Hitler and what he did to the Jewish in Holocaust .
But Muhammad asked all the Muslims to treat people apart from their different religions on equal footing .
Muhammad is not only a wise man :

As a matter of fact , that is not fair to Muhammad because he really was a messenger from Allah, he couldn't do or say anything from himself because God says in Koran, "He didn't utter from his wishing , but it isn't but an inspiration , inspired to him from Allah" . Inspiration here is Gabriel , who descended from Heavens with the instructions to Muhammad from Allah .
Sometimes Gabriel the angel came to Muhammad in the form of a man who dressed in white and who had very black hair-no marks of the effect of traveling . He came to ask Muhammad . before his friends , some questions and Muhammad was to answer his questions . This strange man who was in fact , Gabriel said : " What is Islam ?" . Muhammad said : " To witness that there is no God but Allah . and Mohammad is his Messenger and to perform the five prayers and to fast Ramadan and to pay alms and to perform Haj if you could".
The man said 'What is Eman that is Faith?" Muhammad replied; to believe in God and the other messengers and his books and his angels and to believe in the dooms day and to believe in the Fate whether it is good or bad ". Then, the man asked . " what is Ehsan that is goodness".' Muhammad said 'to worship God as if you were seeing him " If you don't see him . He sees you " .
As a matter of fact Ehsan or Goodness is very
important because some people don't see God so, they
don't worship him . Muhammad meant by " ... as if you were seeing him " . That you can see God through his manifestations of the whole universe. . the stars and the plants and galaxies. Through the mountains , the oceans, the seas , the rivers, the plants and the forests and the trees . through , most of all., the man himself, who brought blood into his veins,? who brought the fluids that digest what is there in the stomach .
Who brought the brain which is 100 billion cells for each one multiply that in 6 billion men . The population of the whole Earth. Besides , Every man has his own material body which is different in every aspects , biologically speaking from the other 6 billion population no finger prints, no teeth, no hair - no cells are alike . Everyone is his town state .

Muhammad said : " If you don't see him . He see you . That means if you can't apprehend the manifestations of Allah in the universe Allah is there . That He's existed if you don't see God that doesn't mean" God isn't existed if you don't see Allah . Be sure that Allah see you . that means trust Muhammad that God is existed and you will do the right things according to that since you know that God see you , you feel it in your heart that God see you, you won't do wrong things consequently . So, Muhammad wants to interpret that in each case , whether you sec or you don't see God, you must do the right thing .
On condition .that you trust Muhammad's saying and to believe in his love to you to do the right thing If you follow .
So. Muhammad addresses the mind , the soul , the body and begs you to follow his way , by so doing you'll benefited yourself that will be for your interest . But , what is the problem of most people . Some people are so proud of themselves , the sense of their individualism is so great , to the point they don't want others to direct them to the right way , They mostly depend on their logic and thoughts . They make up castles for themselves , of education , philosophy .principles and beliefs .
Muhammad in 23 years changed the nature of the people in the desert to set up great Islamic country . In fact . He set up a religion and life to all the people everywhere anywhere and the emphasis of this success is that the continuation of Islam till now . We have Muslims in
Who saved Muhammad from getting killed . When All the leaders of the disbelievers decided to bring one highly connected young man from many other tribes to
participate together in killing Muhammad so that the tribe of Muhammad couldn't ask for revenge .
They ; the young men besieged Muhammad's house to prevent him from coming out, or killing him while so. God told Muhammad about the conspiracy of Quriesh, the most important tribe in
But Muhammad asked his cousin Ali- The young man to sleep in his bed and to dress his cloak and asked him to hand the assets . people used to trust Muhammad for their assets; to their owners . God made the young men waiting for Muhammad to sleep and Muhammad put some dust on their heads as a mark of his going out w without being noticed by these young men .

Who saved Muhammad from getting murdered when the Jewish conspired against him . he was invited to one of the Jewish house .the Jewish asked his wife to get up to the roof of the house having a huge stone to be thrown on Muhammad while sitting at the Jewish dinner . While Muhammad was sitting at the courtyard since the house had no ceiling the woman was preparing the huge stone to be rolled down on Muhammad . The shade of the woman fell on the ground , Muhammad looked up immediately . His eyes looked at the woman's who had only one eye while the other eye was closed .
for Muhammad and his friend could have got into that cave - Besides , The pigeon and her eggs meant that it passed a long time since it came here to this nest to lay eggs
So , the disbelievers rejected the idea of Muhammad hiding inside this particular cave - In Koran God say in the Soura of the "spider" that "the house of the spider is the weakest house " . God honored the spider by naming a Soura of the Koran after the spider because It helped to save Muhammad's life . Inside the cave Abu Bakr was hearing the voices of the pursuers and told Muhammad the pursuers could catch them , but Muhammad said to him " What do you think of two and God is their third " . But believe it or not . Muhammad assured his friend Abu Bakr that there was a ship waiting for them to sail them safely away from the harm of the disbelievers, . So, there was a determination from God to save Muhammad to spread his religion . '
On the other hand the disbelievers persuaded the most intelligent Cavalier who was called Soraka to chase Muhammad and to bring him alive in return for 100
camels as a reward- Soraka was clever enough to trace the footprints of Muhammad and his friend. Soraka was about to arrest Muhammad and his friend only a few yards
away from Muhammad , the horse tumbled down for the first time of the horse's life . it was well known, a graceful horse, All the Arabs knew about that horse never tumbles down . The horse stuck to the ground and couldn't step forward . Soraka was astonished and he tried again and again the horse fell down with his horseman , then, Soraka became sure that Muhammad isn't only a usual man and asked Muhammad his pardon .
Muhammad demanded Soraka to get up and to mislead the disbelievers , Besides, Muhammad foresaw to Soraka that he would get Kesra's gold bracelets, that the Persian emperor . that took place in the days of Omar Ebn El Khatab, Muhammad's second successor or Khalif ; when the Arabs conquered the
Some people will say it wasn't good of Muhammad to tell Soraka to mislead . that is to deceive the disbelievers, that is frankly speaking to lie to the disbelievers and Muhammad , messenger of Allah to ask Soraka to lie to the disbelievers , As a matter- of fact , Muhammad asked Soraka only to Maneuver . Since Muhammad was at war with the disbelieves it was possible in the war one can maneuver, even it was possible to spy on your enemies and to give them wrong
information about your army and your preparations and fortification at war.
Because Muhammad Said . " War is a trick ' so , it wasn't wrong to use all the possible ways to defeat your enemy . One disbeliever from Mecca came to Madina but he announced his Islam before Muhammad who asked that man to come back to Mecca again but not to declare his Islam before the disbelievers, but to give them wrong" information about Muhammad's preparations and ammunitions , So , Even it is possible, now , at times of way , to deceive and mislead your enemies .thus , Muhammad put up the basis of the strategy of war which it can' be carried out up till now ,
. since the European historians stated the three greatest leaders of war in the classification of the most three warriors in the world . They were , Alexander the great second Julius Caesar third one was Napoleon they didn't admit Muhammad to be the greatest.
The European historians neglected the name Muhammad intentionally to be the greatest of All
says " God protects you from people"
We wouldn't have had any Islamic religion .
God also says in the Koran . " God refused but to complete his light ,even the disbelievers don't love that" .
Here literally speaking, " His light" is Muhammad .
So Muhammad is a light from God as I said in the very beginning . Here is a pure ,clear confession from Allah That Muhammad is " light"
Some people will say that (His light) here is the spreading of Islam to the whole world .
And I say what is the difference between spreading I slam and Muhammad , If it weren't for Muhammad there wouldn't be Islam .
Muhammad is the manifestation of the light of god to all man- kind .
Some people will say that Christianity is also a light and It succeeded in spreading in the whole world . in America , in Europe , in Latin America ,in Africa and Asia where the catholic commissionaires tried to spread Christianity upon the catholic doctrine; and even that Christianity is prosperous ever since . Its followers are two billions , both on the catholic and orthodox doctrines . one billion in china follow the . ,
Confucius creed . Another billion followers of Creshina , Hondo in
Christians think they are successful and prosperous in all the aspects of life, whether it is economical or scientific , or social or military or political .
I can't deny that but the Europeans of the West in general decline that they don't know Islam well , they don't read about the real rules and instructions of Islam , they don't want to believe that Islam is a heavenly religion which comes from God as Christianity comes from God , as the Jewish religion comes from God . In fact , Moses brought , The old testament and Jesus or Eissa brought the New testament . But some priests and clergymen , didn't reveal to the people that Jesus told his followers " To believe in a Messenger comes after me, His name is Ahmad . Ahmad is another name for Muhammad. we read in our Koran" which comes from ; that means God doesn't lie .
So the Christians are to believe in this Messenger whose name is 'Ahmad' in the new testament . So-Muhammad is the extension of Jesus . It becomes clear that Christianity was a part of a stage in history as the Jewish religion was the first religion before Christianity . Islam is another expansion of the Christianity , but the west didn't want to believe that Islam come from God and He the Almighty asked the whole humanity to believe in Islam . Even the Jewish as in our Koran God says about the Jewish that " They know him- that is Muhammad - as they know their children ".
Some people will say that " Well, we can believe in
Islam and it came from God " " but we can't accept the idea that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah ; Muhammad is only a wise man '! .
For God's sake how can we differentiate or separate
from Muhammad and Islam . They thought that since
Muhammad was an illiterate poor person ; Who used to
be a shepherd , turned out to be a messenger of Allah ?
how can I follow an illiterate person . he can't even read or write .
To tell the truth this illiteracy is a privilege and advantage to Muhammad simply because when Gabriel the chief angel who was responsible to give the
instructions and the orders of Allah to the other messengers and Muhammad was implied . So Gabriel brought the Koran from God to Muhammad} apparently — It seemed that it was Gabriel brought Koran from God to Muhammad . But , one day Muhammad asked Gabriel from where he got the Souras ( verses ) of Koran.? Gabriel told Muhammad that he used to get from a voice come behind a curtain in a small room in heaven . Muhammad asked Gabriel to uncover the curtain and know who was inside next time he would bring the Koran . So Gabriel uncovered the curtain , and to his surprise he found Muhammad the messenger inside the room that means Muhammad brought Koran to himself through Gabriel who descended to Muhammad and said to Muhammad " Is it from you to you , messenger of Allah ".
How could I prove this story . I can prove that in Koran when God says to Muhammad " Don't be hurry to recite the Koran before the angel Gabriel says that to you".
To explain more . I say " Don't be hurry to recite the Koran... " means Muhammad recite the Koran before the messenger of angles told Muhammad about it . That means Muhammad was knowing the Koran or what would Gabriel tell him before . otherwise how Muhammad accelerated or raced Gabriel in reciting what he was already knowing that was an implicit gesture from Allah that Muhammad was knowing the Koran before Gabriel revealed the Koran to Muhammad .
How was the illiteracy of Muhammad a merit to him ?
Because if he had known how to read or write . The disbelievers and most of the up to - date people would have said that Muhammad wrote the Koran , So, how could he write the Koran since he was illiterate . Even Muhammad told Gabriel .
When Muhammad was in the cave to worship God on the doctrine of his father Ibrahim , the father of the prophets -Gabriel embraced Muhammad roughly and told him to " read ". Muhammad said . " I can't read " . That for the interest of Muhammad for his enemies and for everyone to know that he couldn't read and write but God taught Muhammad everything . God said in the Koran " We taught you what you weren't taught and the blessing of Allah was great to you ".
So - All Muhammad's teachings , instructions, sayings and Sunna came from Allah not from himself as he is the messenger of Allah .
Some people will say what comes from Allah comes from Allah , . and what comes from Muhammad , comes from Muhammad . . No - all came from Allah so . What about the Sunna of Muhammad ; to clarify what God didn't say in the Koran , for example , God told us to pray . But through
Muhammad he told us how to pray and how the prayers were
five . Another example . God in the Koran informed us , we
Muslims to Hajj that pilgrimage to
how to pilgrim . The messenger Muhammad explained to us
how to pilgrim , Also God told us to pay Alms but ho ?
the prophet Muhammad taught us how to pay alms . So,
some people will say look , the Koran isn't incomplete ! or it isn't integral .
I tell you that God in his Koran said . " We gave you the book and the wisdom ".
The Book is the Koran and the wisdom is the interpretation of Muhammad to the Souras of the Koran . Because , the Koran and the Sunna are connected together . Besides , the messenger of Allah always advised us to adhere or stick to the Koran and the Sunna and " bite them with teeth " as Muhammad once said . Moreover , illiterate people respond to their pure-nature and their integral instincts which go side by side with the teachings of Islam . To believe in God and the messenger Muhammad and to believe in the doomsday , and in paradise and hell .
Whereas the intellectuals and the cultivated educated people are the most sophisticated! persons . They won't take faith or the belief in God and the messenger Muhammad for granted
They would argue , they will tell you where is God £ where is
paradise and hell? The intellectuals think that their mind is the conclusion of everything . They think that mind is the supreme power . They think that they are better than God or religions . See now , culture , education and teaching led us to suspicion, education makes them more proud , and more arrogant , they will say why I will kneel down to anyone - even it were God .
Of Course , education is good and culture is magnificent and the sciences are terrific on condition that if they lead to the contemplation and the meditation to the idea of the existence of God and the existence of Muhammad the messenger of Allah, otherwise education and culture will lead to sophistication and sophistication will lead to disbelieving of any God or any religion . Those people will worship their minds and their sciences at the end , Although their scientific capacities are not sufficient , because up-till- now They didn't discover the whole universe . every day they discover a new galaxy, they even, came to the conclusion That the universe is extending exceedingly . They don't even discover how brain works . It is still a mystery to them . They don't even know how electricity works or where does it come from ? or how it is originated ?
Muhammad said ." Every person born Muslim and his parents make him Christian or Jewish ".
So . Islam didn't come from nothing it was the completion of both Christianity and the old testament .
Therefore , many " don't and dos " or prohibition in Islam are found in Christianity and in the Jewish religion such as wine is prohibited in the three religions . likewise gambling and murdering the self which God created are inhibited , Also lying and adultery are not allowed in the three religions . But Islam since it was the last religion came from God to regulate our daily life treatment. Our dealing within the family and how to treat your parents and how to treat with other people and those who aren't Muslims , to treat them on equal footing . how to treat with our community and how to treat in the field of economy , commerce and in the field of courts , how to sue other people and in the field of inheritance where the man's fractions twice as the woman's since the man is responsible for the whole family and since he is supposed to spend on his family and how to treat our neighbors kindly and as if they were your relatives .
Aisha's wife of Muhammad said ." Still Muhammad demands me to take care of the neighbor as if Muhammad wanted to let him inherit " and how to obey our governors as if we were obeying God and his messenger themselves . Even when we are in the street we have to give the street " his right " Muhammad's friends asked him how ? Muhammad explained by not looking at the pedestrians of women , not to look at them desiringly , and to reply people who said the greeting of Islam peace be upon you . 'Salam Alikom , notice the greeting of Islam means peace - that's Islam wants peace to prevail among
Muslims . Even Muhammad went further by telling us that we Muslims shouldn't raise up our weapons . not even knives or pen-knives before the Muslim's face, even by way of joking or kidding because , The Muslim or any person from any religion , would ; of course be panic .

The Position of women in the life of Muhammad
All the heavenly doctrines defined the relationship between the man and the woman to build up a happy society . The house was the nucleolus of the human society . The stability of the house was the basis of the stability of the society .
The position of woman was alike in all the peoples which reached certain degree of civilization . In Ancient Egypt as well as in
Ramses the second had two great queens . They were Naftra Mern Mot and Wasi Nofry . When he made an agreement with one of those kings of Minor Asia , he married his daughter and brought her with him to
The Arabs , before Islam acknowledged the system of polygamy and making love to the slaves . The Arab lords persuaded their slaves to commit adultery so as to collect more money . Some of the prostitutes hated this profession but they were under the threat of their lords.
The poor Arabs buried their baby daughters alive for fear of poverty . They didn't bury the baby boys because they needed the men for aggression and defending the tribes .
They hated giving birth to girls : " If some one is told that he got a female . his face turned black and got furious . He concealed himself from his folk . Could he hold it easily or bury it in the earth that was bad from their part". Verses El Nahl 58 - 59 .
Some Arabs before Islam proudly could accept his wife to sleep with a strong man or a fluent poet or a wise man .
El Akkad, again refuted the far- fetched imagination of this story he said : " It is very easy to spread this romantic story to be declared to defame the messenger of Islam and it is very easy to refute it and drop it down .
That is Zeinab was the daughter of Omayma daughter of Abd El Motaleb the aunt of the prophet Muhammad . It was the prophet who married her to Zeid. who was redeemed by Muhammad and brought up by Muhammad since Zeid was only a prisoner of war and Muhammad redeemed and brought him up . When zeid's parents came to take him back home , he preferred to stay with the prophet . Muhammad wanted to honour him , eliminating the humiliation of slavery to the marriage and equality between him and his generous folk .
So, Muhammad knew her beauty and he wasn't surprised by her fascination . We could know this only news to skip it over at all.
Zeinab obeyed the prophet , but she was gloomy , low spirited, she realized the glances of her friends to her since Zeid wasn't equal to her . He was ugly , short and had a flat nose and uneducated person. Zeid felt her abhorrence and distress . He decided to divorce her . Muhammad married her to compensate her . Muhammad gave his wives the choice between to be satisfied with the life of scantiness or to go away smoothly . So Muhammad wasn't subjected to his sensations. If he wanted , he would have bestowed them silk and gold and the luxury of life . This wasn't a man submitted to his lusts ."
El Akkad said : " Some western writers said : nine wives is an evidence for the excess of sexual tendencies .We said : you don't describe the Christ as sexually disabled because he never married . So, we shouldn't describe Muhammad as fond of excessive sex because he married nine women . The prophet was capable of mastering nine wives and he wasn't affected by their little quarrels . If anybody were to marry legal number of wives he had to follow the paragon of Muhammad in treating his wives fairly and tackling his family matters patiently. The women had to take the perfect example from the prophet's wives to have chastity, satisfaction with what was destined to them in this world life ; consequently the whole family will do their duty towards God and the human society altogether".
More over , the western writers found in the marriage of Zeinab daughter of Gahsh a good material for imagination .
If the wives were to choose between this participating life in one house and another lonely life not under the same house with Muhammad , they would refuse to separate from Muhammad . However, they were suffering from jealousy from each other . Muhammad himself was suffering from this jealousy but he trained himself to bear, realizing the natural motives of his wives .
We can't forget Aisha's furious jealousy . Muhammad said " If she could, she wouldn't have done it " that is to say she can't help being jealous. He knew the psychology of women . They could understand his sympathy towards them . Muhammad understood the weakness of the human beings, he could forgive that without dissatisfaction . Mr. El Akkad in his book " The Genius of Muhammad ". He refuted the claims of the western writers about the marriage of Muhammad claiming that he ran after his desires .
He said : " First of all he was a man asking what a man asks for women . Nobody can deny that Muhammad achieved what nobody achieved before in history . He was not busy with women . The grandeur of this man was that he gave his message the right attention as well as he gave the woman her rights " El Akkad kept on saying "Why do you do such much worshipping since God forgave you before and after what you did ? " . asked Aisha . Muhammad said . " Won't I be a thankful slave ".
Can we say after that the messenger took such number of wives to enjoy them .
None of his wives thought that she would be alone with him , but the question of polygamy was so easy that we know that Khawla daughter of Hakim suggested to the messenger to engage Aisha " daughter of Abu Bakr" and Sawda daughter of Zama'a at the same time , that happened after the death of his great wife Khadija whom he never forget . Once Aisha his wife said to him " You keep on remembering Khadija . God substituted you a better one, a virgin not a widow " Muhammad told her no woman can be replaced with Khadija since she supported him and the first one who believed in his Message . Here there is a loyal husband , although he married other women he couldn't forget the memory of his deceased wife.
Maymona daughter of El Hareth offered herself, to be married with the messenger and he had ten women in his house , eight wives and two under possession of his right hand .
His enemies wanted to destroy Islam and his new religion , but the conquests and the wars were too much . His friends told him they were fed up with carrying the weapons all days and nights . He smoothed and comforted them . Then the time will come when the passenger can find security all the country long without necessity to carry weapons . His best friends were killed one after another ? was that a soft life or a life full of toughness . The war was always waiting for him . The wars against the hypocrites threatening internal explosion. He was always told that the enemies were preparing their armies ready for smashing him down as well as Islam .
He had to go to fight them in their lands . Now we knew how the messenger was spending his day . How was
he spending his night ?. The Quran said . " Oh you
who is shrouding with heavy cloths get up to pray At night most of it . Half of it or reduce it a little bit " . In the same soura , God says " Your God knows you perform worshipping more than third of
night and a half and one third ".
So, Muhammad kept on reciting the Quran and praying more than half of the night till his feet got swollen as one of his wife Aisha said to him" . The moralists were not courageous enough to state the principle of polygamy . The evil of prostitution spread consequently , as well as the waves of sexual liberation which will pave to crash down the western civilizations .
Islam faced , from the very beginning waves of invasions and wars . The number of men reduced . So Islam wasn't only satisfied with recommending to take care of the widows and offering shelter and food to them , but Islam realized the true dimension of the problem immensely , because widows needed other saturation if the widow couldn't be satisfied legally . She would search for illegal methods . Since the message of Islam based on chastity, purity and the divinity of the sexual relationship , Islam acknowledged man to marry more than one wife to preserve society falling into the evils of prostitution which was the greatest danger upon the civilization of nations. \
If it said that the woman can only find according to polygamy a half of a house that is better than nothing at all.
Consequently Islam was wronged when people said that Islam allowed polygamy and didn't go any further . As a matter of fact polygamy was known before Islam in all ages and in all religions . Prophet Ibrahim took more than one wife . Likewise Moses and all the prophets and the messengers it is fair enough to be said that Islam limited the number of wives . Before Islam the man had the right to marry any number of wives only Islam limited marrying four wives and doing justice among them .
The system of polygamy was not obligatory . A lot of Muslims are content with only one wife . On the other hand . There are other social and economical conditions that necessitate polygamy to conserve the society from destruction or fighting deterioration that can pull down the social system .
Wars became a part of daily life in this world . The number of men decreased as a result . The moralists in
She was looked upon as an obstacle on the way of the spiritual progress of man . Even in Christian religion , marriage was considered as an inevitable evil . When Christianity got weaker and weaker and the materialistic civilization got stronger and stronger woman began to struggle for her rights and gained some of them, but she was frustrated after that victory because she lost stability and domestic comfort . The materialism weakened the power of religion and led to a state of immorality in the relationship between the husband and the wife . All
On the other hand , the social Islamic system played an important role in organizing the relationships . Islam considered woman as a creature having the right to preserve what she owns and sells it if she wishes . By this right woman became equal to man and Islam overcomes the principle of differentiation between man and woman in the joining human value . God said : " men have , a share in earning and women have a share in earning " verse El Nesaa ( women ) by so saying the women had the right to earn money and own it exactly like man .
New women can sell and buy and give away when she wishes .
Islam allowed woman to be educated all kinds of education , not only that but education was obligation in the necessary limits concerning her religion and her world . No wonder the prophet said " The demand of science is an obligation on every male and female Muslim " . Hafsa daughter of Omar Ebn El Khatab was learning before Islam under a woman tutor called El Shefaa El Adawayia. When the prophet married Hafsa, he asked her tutor to teach her how to improve her handwriting . Islam made the female to inherit exactly on equal terms like man . After the Arabs were under sacred tradition ,- That was not to allow to inherit - only he who could defend the boundaries of his tribe . God in Quran said in El Nessaa " to men a share of what the parents left behind and the relatives and to women a share of what the parents left behind and the relatives ". But Islam differentiated between the share of man in inheritance and that of woman , since man's share is double that of the woman . The Islamic legislation put on the shoulder of man economical duties . The man had to offer dowry and getting matrimonial house ready without any expenses of the woman's part or of her parents . During the matrimonial life the Islamic doctrine exempted the woman from the cost of living and preserved her civil rights wholly . She has her civil character , her private fortune and she shouldn't share in the family expenses .
Marriage in Islam wasn't an obstacle in progressing the spiritual aspects of man, but it is a means to increase these spiritual aspects . God created the two couple to house in each other.
" They are your clothes and you their clothes. " Soura El Bakra . They are two in one .
Islam looks upon marriage to be the method of promoting man, the only method to develop the passion of love and goodness . Marriage , according to the social Islamic systems is the natural state the man and the woman should take part in
Besides marriage should based on the mutual love between the man and the woman in the attendance of witnesses.
Moreover , it is obligatory to declare marriage , declaration is the only difference between marriage and prostitution . The contact of marriage must be declared even by beating drums the prophet said " declare the marriage and made it in mosques and let the drums be beaten " .
The house is a small picture of the state ; man and woman master it together , but unless there was a difference in power between them, the system of this state would be demolished .
God said , in Soura El Nessaa ( women ) " men are 1 more evaluated than women with what God granted some more than some and of what they spend from their money"
The Islam system urges immensely the man to treat his wife kindly . no obscene words , no hitting on the face.
The messenger used to treat his wives kindly . He sometimes was racing his wife Aisha . once they were racing the prophet beat her in racing , he told her " one versus one " that is to say you beat me once and I beat you the other time . The prophet used to help his wife doing her housekeeping , sewing his clothes and mending his Sandal.
The prophet said " The best of you is the best to his women, and I'm the best of you to his women " . At the fore well speech he said : " Take care of women properly . They are at you house like slopes ".
On the other hand if the man has to divorce his wife, he must bear alone all the economical consequences . He has to pay the retard dowry , her expenses including food housing and clothing and the expenses of his children and their upbringing bearing that alone .
The Islamic legislation placed the woman in a higher rank before and after marriage , to a standard before approached to by any other creeds of the Ancient, the middle or the modern world
The motive of that polygamy was to maintain the lives of the widows whose husbands were dead . It was the duty of the first Muslims to include them to their houses so that they could find shelter , affection and passion the motive of this marriage was not for a dominating desire or cheap amusement.
The family life of the Messenger Muhammad could be divided into four parts : He was bachelor till he was twenty five years olds . He lived with one wife from twenty five till fifty four , He married between fifty four and sixty . He never married after sixty till he was dead .
The period of being single was the most important time to judge that whether Muhammad was a slave to his lusts or not.
If so, he wouldn't have lived till he was twenty five an ideal life, a life of purity and chastity . He controlled his sexual inclinations till he was twenty five in a hot country like the Arab country where boys become men rapidly .
His enemies couldn't prove a mere incident that touched his honour.
Now let's study the second period of Muhammad's life when he was married with only one wife till he was fifty .
He married Khadija, lived with her only, in a country based on polygamy . The wife didn't complain or grudge for her husband to marry another wife . Muhammad was wealthy enough to marry another woman but he didn't . When his wife was dead, he married an old woman that was Sawda only because her husband immigrated to
Nobody can believe that a man who spent fifty five years of his life in chastity and purity and then all of a sudden to be indulged in a life full of desires and lusts . So if he wasn't infatuated with women when he was full of youth . How could he be infatuated with women when he was solemn, matured man?
In Madina, Muhammad lived a rough life, full of struggle and fighting . All that time the time of polygamy , he was waging wars after wars , battles of life or death in the life of Islam and Muslims .

Fare well pilgrimage
Abu Bakr made for
It was natural that the idolaters must be prohibited to approach the 'House' which was purified from idols and polytheism :. The verses of Soura El Towba descended to forbid the idolaters to approach
This was the time to announce them what God said about the idolaters . for this purpose , Muhammad envoyed Ali Ebn Abu Taleb to join Abu Bakr and he gave a speech on Arafat Day of what God and his messenger said . When Abu Bakr saw Ali he said : A prince or a subject ? Ali said , a subject He told Abu Bakr the prophet envoyed him only because he was one of the prophet's house . When people were performing the rituals of pilgrimage in 'Mena' . Ali stood up and called people loudly to listen to him , Abu Horiera was standing beside him. He recited the Soura of El Towba' " calling from Allah and his messenger to the people on the day of the great Haj that God is innocent from the idolaters and his messenger if you repent it is good for you and if you refused you must learn that you aren't inaccessible for Allah and inform those who were disbelievers a painful torture" After reciting the verses of El 'Towba' he said : " Oh, you most people , that , no disbeliever will enter the paradise, no idolater will be allowed to go on a pilgrimage no naked person will circumambulate the House this he who had an agreement with the messenger , it would last to its end only" . He gave them four months of trust so that they could go back home safely . from this day on , no isolater went on a pilgrimage to
The idolaters were asserted that there was no way out . they entered the religion of Allah in groups they sent their delegations to ' Madina ' who were welcomed warmly by the prophet . Most of those who were princes remained ruling their provinces and governorates .
As for the people of the Book; the Jews and the Christians, the verses spoke about their making partners to God and about their eating up the people's money set up a lot of tents around El Madina , they were more than hundred thousand answering the call of their prophet they became brothers and friends full of amenity and Islamic friendship, after they had been enemies fighting and raiding each other . They were walking in Madina smiling and shining of the light of Islam . their congregation indicates the victory of the right.
The people of Jahiliah ( pre-Islamic period) delayed Haj every year eleven days . It only comes to the exact time after thirty three years . On the tenth year of Hajra (immigration) 'Islam calendar' ; the time was circulated again , Haj returned to the adjusted time on the twenty fifty of Zo El Kidda' the prophet got ready to Haj and ordered the people to gel prepared for Haj . He passed by all his women ; Aisha . daughter of his friend Abu Bakr, He entered the room of Hafsa, daughter of Omar Ebn El Khatab . the prophet married her after the death of her husband khinece Ebn Hozafa on Ohod day to strengthen the connections between him and his friend Omar . He went to mother of Salama she was the wife of Abdullah Ebn Abd El Asswad Ebn Helal El Maghzomi . Abdullah immigrated to
- Ask. God to reward you in your injury and repay you blessing.
- But who is better than father of Salama .
He entered the room of Zeinab daughter of Gahsh and he went to the room of Goriah daughter of El Hareth mother of Habiba daughter of Abu Sofian. He visited Safia daughter Hoiei Ebn Akhtab lord of sons of El Nadeer. He went to Maimona daughter of El I Hareth .
the prophet called her Maimona . She gave herself away to the prophet when he was performing 'Omra' in
a bath preparing for 'Ihram' ( his intention of performing
Haj) . He wore the clothes of Haj ; two while pieces of clothes , one for his shoulder and the other for his waist to his legs . he rode his camel El 'Kaswaa' .
He intended Haj and marched with more than hundred thousands pilgrims . When he went to El 'Aqiq' he got a voice or a call from Allah he said lo the prophet .
- Pray in this blessed valley and say I respond to you with Haj and 'Omra' together . So, he connected Haj and Omra together, after it was only Haj .
He reached 'Bezi Towa', he slept the night there and prayed the 'Morning . more than hundred thousands were behind him . He turned to his friends and said :
- Gabriel (the Angel) came to me and said : Order your friends to raise up their voices with the responding to God, It is one of the rituals of Haj .
The universe echoed their voices and their chests filled with ecstasy , and the eyes were tearful .
The Muslims all in one uniform of Ihram wearing the 'Ezar' ( It consists of two pieces of clothes ) no difference between rich or poor .He entered
- Oh, God , you are the Salam ( peace ) and from you peace , greet us oh God with peace . I seek refuge in you to increase honor , greatness and solemnity to this House and provide this who came to it intending Haj or 'Omra' with honor , generosity and greatness .
He went forward in respect and awe to the Black stone' He burst into tears , Kissed it , putting his hands on it and swept his face with his hands .
The prophet saw Omar Ebn Khatab pushing people so that he could kiss the Black stone , He said to him :
- You are a strong man , don't push people to get the stone, that will hurt the weak people . If you find it free get it. if it is otherwise receive it ( say your alleluia and say God is the greatest ).
After the circumambulation, the prophet prayed (two Raka ; Kneeling down ) at the position of Ibrahim . he went to Zamzam to drink water , then he came back again to the Black stone , he set off on El Safa and El Marwa . He had his hair cut . He ordered this who didn't bring 'Hadie' ( sheep or Camels to sacrifice ) he can untie ( Ehlal ) himself from the restrictions of (Ihram ) to enjoy everything , wives, perfume and to wear the sewed cloths, he didn't want lo aggravate his friends, but to comfort them till to the Day of watering on the eighth of 'Zo El
Hija' then anyone can intend Haj again . Up till now the Efada Omra only , waiting for Arafat day It was called 'Watering' because they earned their supplies of water with them from
few of his friends brought with them 'Hadie' Abu Bakr, Omar and El Zobeir. The prophet ordered them to be on their 'Ihram' some of his friends got angry with this order ,
I ordered people with something and they! were hesitating . He came out to meet his friends he said : Accept what I ordered you to do and make your alleluia of Haj Omra If I hadn't brought the Hadie' I would have done like what I had ordered you.
When Ali came back from Nagran , he was told that prophet had gone out to Haj .At once ,he went straight to
- What is wrong with you daughter of messenger of Allah?
- The messenger of Allah ordered us to untie our Ihram . He came to the messenger when he finished informing him about his travel . The messenger , said to him . go circumambulating the house and untie your Ihram as your friends did .
Messenger of Allah I intended Haj as you did .
Go untying your Ihram as your friends did.
Messenger of Allah I said when I decided Ihram : 1 seek refuge in you oh God I intend what your prophet and your slave and your messenger Muhammad intended to.

The messenger participated Ali in his Hadie and kept on his Ihram with the prophet.
On the eighth day of Haj The messenger with the other people on the day of watering provided themselves with water. They went to Mena' . Every body now intended Haj those who untied Ihram .restored their Ihram .The messenger prayed the noon, the afternoon, the 'evening' 'Magreb' the night (El Eshaa) in Mena and slept the night in Mena too .It was the night of Friday and prayed the morning there .At the sunrise he got up and went out to 'Arafat' . He ordered a tent to be set up in 'Namera' . He went to Arafat and stayed in this tent till the sunset . He drove his camel El 'Kaswaa' to the bottom of the valley . He gave a speech on the back of his camel . He ordered Rabe'a Ebn Omayia to repeat loudly what he said. It was the announcement of the Human Rights . he said :
- You most people , listen to what I say . I don't know I may not ever meet you after this year in this situation . You most people , your blood , money are forbidden on you till you meet your God as forbidden as your; this very Day, as your this very month . You will come to your God he will ask you about your deeds and I did my duty and informed you . if anyone has some money 'Amanah' - money given to some one to reserve it for him - to keep it for him , he has to give it back . No more usury . You only own your capital of money . don't do wrong and you won't be done wrong with . God judged that there is no usury . The usury of Abbass Ebn Abd El Motaleb is
done . No more '.Jahiliah' ( pre Islam period ) revenge of blood .
- The first blood I set aside is the blood of Ebn Rabe'a Ebn El Hareth Ebn Abdul Motaleb . he was killed by 'Hoziel' - this is the first blood I start it with the blood of Jahiliah . After that you all people . Satan was desperate to be worshipped ever in your land but he is to be greedy of otherwise . He is pleased of what you are contempt of your deeds . Be careful of Him on your religion . You all people . 'Nessaa' ( to extend and reduce the months of the forbidden ) is an excess in disbelieving , those who were disbelievers are misled , they allow it a year and ban it another year to disorientate the months of Horom ( The forbidden months ) they allow what God banned and ban what God allowed . The time has been circulated as it was when., God had created the Heavens and the Earth . there are twelve months , four are 'Horom' three are successive and 'Ragab Modar' the one between 'Gamadi' and 'Shaban' .
After that you all people , you have a right on your women and they have a right on you . You have on them not to let anyone to sleep on your bed y , and they have not to bring a clear sin. If they did , God permit you to desert them in beds and hit them slightly . If they came back to themselves again you have their earning and to do treat them willingly . take a good care of women ( wives ) they are at your houses as (captures ) they don't have anything for themselves . You take them by God's honesty and they are accessible to you by God's words. Make sense, you all people , to my saying because I made all that clear . I have left in you if you stick to them you'll never ever be disorientated, they are apparent to all; the Book of Allah and the 'Sunna' of his prophet.
You all people listen to my saying and make it sense . You know that each Muslim is a brother to a Muslim and all Muslims are brothers . No one is allowed to him from his brother but what his brother gave him willingly . Don't do wrong to yourselves . I seek refuge in you God that I informed them ?
Yes. The people answered him.
-I seek refuge in you God that you witness . you all people . Allah has given everyone his rights . No will' for the 'heir' . The boy belongs to the bed and the whore is for lapidation . This who was claimed not to his real father he will have the damnation of Allah, the angels and the whole people . God doesn't accept anything from him . I seek refuge in you God that I informed ?
Yes, you did . they roared back
- I seek refuge in God that you witness.
He wasn't fasting that day when he drank a mug of milk; Om EI Fadl ; El Abass's wife sent him . He ordered Belal to call for the noon prayer, then the after noon prayer all at a time . He rode his camel just to the 'Mawqef ; the position. He kept on calling God directing himself to
No God but Allah, all alone without partner. He has the Rule ( of all the universe ) . He has the praise He is Almighty on everything . I seek refuge in you from the torture of the grave and from the dominating whispers of the Devil and that coming from the chest and from all matters and all evils ?
Some people from Nagd came asking him
- How to pilgrim ?,He ordered someone to shout loudly .
-Haj is Arafat this who came ' El Mozdalafa '
before the sunrise, he has realized Haj . the days of Mena are three. If you were in a hurry and make them two that's no offence , if you make them more . It's all right.
He said :
He was standing on the
Abu Bakr cried when he heard this verse the prophet
said :
- What makes you cry ?
- I'm crying because we were on promotion .
- If the thing is completed; - reached to its climax., then , it will be reduced .
- you are right. Said the prophet .
He went back to ' Mozdalafa ' with Osama Ebn Zeid behind him He prayed the evening and the night prayers all at a time . He asked the women and the boys to throw? the stones of 'Gomorat El Aqaba' at night before it was too crowded . At dawn he prayed the morning and all the people were behind him .
He went to 'Mena' where he slaughtered sixty three camels . A camel for every year of his age . He asked Ali-to finish his work who completed the hundred of camels . He said to Ali .
- divide the meal and the skin among people and don't give a butcher: anything . Take a piece of meat from each camel and cook them in one pot so that we can eat their meat and taste their soup.
He told that all Mena is a 'slaughter' as well all the alleys of
- Tomorrow we will go to El Mokhassab .
There he prayed the noon' , the afternoon, the 'evening' and the 'night prayers'.
He ordered all the people not to go away unless they circumambulate the 'House' . he entered
When he went to a place called 'Gadeer Khom' between
- You all people , I'm a human being like you I'm about soon to meet the messenger of my God and I will answer him . I'm responsible and you are responsible what will you say ?.
- We witness that you announced , exerted effort and advised us, May God bless you .
- Don't you witness that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his slave and messenger and his paradise is right, his hell is right, death is right , resurrection after death is right and the hour is coming ; no doubt and God resurrects what were in the graves .
- Yes we witness that.
- May God witness . I'm leaving behind among you two weights
The Book of Allah and my family , folk of my house , and you will never go dispersed till you come to the 'basin' " the basin of Muhammad in paradise Don't you love me better than
yourselves
- Yes.
he repeated this statement three times . He raised Ali's hand and said :
- If you love me love Ali. I ask you God to love this who loves Ali and hate this who hates him and triumph this who triumphed him and help this who helped him and frustrate this who frustrated him and let the right go with him wherever he goes .
The prophet reached 'Zi El Halifa' and slept the night there because he hated to enter 'Madina' at night . When he saw Madina he said :
- No God but Allah, all alone without a partner, he has the ruling universe. ( the kingdom) He has the praise . He is Almighty . We came back repenters , worshippers, prostrate to our God we praise him . What God promised his slave came true and triumphed his slave and defeated the parties all alone .
He, peace and prayers be upon him entered Madina by day .

The Death of Muhammad
After the farewell speech had been finished , it was the time for scores of thousands who accompanied the prophet in pilgrimage to go back home . They went to Nagd, to Johama, they turned to South to
When the prophet sent a message to the king of the Persians (kessra) to inform him about Islam . The Persian king sent to Pazan telling him that he was informed that a man came out of
He asked Pazan to march to that man conquering him and making him repentant or else , he Pazan could send his head to the king .
Pazan sent Kessra's message to the prophet . The messenger wrote him back that God promised me that 'Kessra' will be killed on a certain day , after a while . Pazan thought properly he said to himself . If he were a real prophet. Kessra will surely be dead . Kessra was killed by his son Sherowiea on the fixed day the prophet told him about . At once Pazan announced his Islam and those who were with him to the messenger that was on the tenth, year of Hijra , Pazan remained ruler of
When he was dead the messenger divided
No sooner had the rulers been appointed by the messenger and settled for a while , than the storm of mutiny and disobedience blew in
One of the liars Was Talha Ebn Khoield Ebn Nofal Ebn Nadla El Asdi , one of The great Arab Knights Khalid Ebn El Walid defeated Talha and overcame his false prophecy . At Last Talha joined the Muslim army and turned out to be a good Muslim again .As for Musliama the Liar, he sent to the messenger declaring that he Was a prophet like him and "fall the Land for us and the other half for Quriesh but Quries's one isn't liar"
Muhammad Looked at the messengers of Musliama and told that he Wanted to kill them but the messengers were not to be killed. As for El Aswad EI Ansy , after the death of Pazan , he claimed magic and invite people to it secretly . When he succeeded in spreading his new religion he marched to South and drove the rulers of Muhammad away . He proceeded to Nagran and murdered Pazan's son and inherited his throne and married his wife . Muhammad didn't pay much attention to This, he only sent to his rulers in
The messenger thought that the existence of the Romans in
When that was reported to the messenger , he didn't wait until the Romans attack him in Madina but he sent his army to 'Mo'ata' and Zeid Ebn Haritha' was the leader of army, the messenger said :
- If Zeid was hurt , Gafar can replace him on people , If Gafar was hurt , Abdullah Ebn Rawaha on people .
The Muslims were only three thousand soldiers while Hercules were hundred thousands soldiers, besides his allies of the other Arabs of " Lakhm, Gozam , El quen and Bahraa' about hundred thousands . The balance was not equal .
Some Muslims saw that they should write to the messenger asking him for help, but Abdullah Ebn Rawaha encouraged the people saying :'
- You went out requiring martyrdom . We don't fight people out of numbers nor force nor quantities . We fight them only with this religion God honored us with, go forth. It is only one of the two blessings : either victory or martyrdom . The people said :
- Rawaha is right . In Mo'ata the two armies clashed together . Zeid , Gafar and Rawaha were killed one after another.
- The people asked Khalid Ebn EI Walid to lead them . Khalid made the best withdrawal in history because of the imbalance between the two armies, or else it would be a way of committing suicide .
On coming back to Madina , the people met the army throwing dust on it saying :
- Runners away from the way of God .
The messenger said :
They aren't escapers but they are comers back God willing
The messenger didn't for get 'Mo'ata' Day nor the hazard threatening Islam in
When he came back room Haj he stayed in Madina for three months , he asked the people to prepare themselves to go to
- go forth to the place where your father was murdered, crush them with horses . He made a banner with his hand to Usama who was only about twenty years old . The other Muslims , the lords and the great friends of Muhammad surprised by that nomination ; a younger man to be a leader over them . They trusted Muhammad and they had great faith in his choice .
Usama went out with his army to El Gorf ( a place near Madina ) camping there .
At night, Muhammad ordered his servant ; father of Moythaba to go with him to El Paqui where the graves of Muslims lied there . he wanted to ask God forgiveness for the dead muslim people . he said :
- Peace upon you people of the graves .
he told them that they were rescued from what the people of this world will face of unrests and tumults . He said to Abu Moythaba :
- Abu Moyhaba , I was asked to own the keys of the treasures of this world and the eternity , then the paradise . I was asked to choose between this and the meeting of my God and the paradise .
.
- No, by God , Abu Moythaba, I have chosen the meeting of My God and the paradise .
He asked God to forgive the people of El 'Paqui and got back home . he found Aisha complaining headache . he said to her jokingly .
- What harms you if you were dead before me and put you in a coffin , prayed on you and buried you .
- What a pity , by God you like me dead . If it were so, you'd spend your day with one of your wives
The messenger smiled and said :
- Yes , it is my head that aches me .
When his cousin El Fadl Ebn El Abass came to visit him , he was wrapping a scarf around his head, really he was unwell . he said :
- take my hand, FadI .
Fadl helped the prophet sitting on a couch ( Manpr) he said :
call the people .
When they camp round him. he said :
- listen, oh people . I praise my God to you who there is no God but Him . Some rights got approached to yourselves . this who I lashed his back, here is mine to revenge for it . This who I insulted him , he can insult me now . quarrelling isn't my nature and it isn't my affair . The most beloved person to me this who takes his right from me if he has any . Or, he would forgive me, then I can meet God in satisfaction .
He got down the couch and prayed the noon prayers, then he came back talking about the same subject A man stood up saying :
- Messenger of Allah , you owe me three Durhams.
- Give them back , Fadl.
- Oh, people . This who has any right, he can do it at once and never care about the exposure of this world. It is much easier than the exposure of the other world , the hereafter.
Another man stood up . he said :
- Messenger of Allah , I have taken three Durhams .
-Why did you take them ?
-I needed them .
-Take them back from him, Fadl .
- After a while , he said :
- Oh. you people . he who feels something wrong with himself, he can stand up, name it and I call praying for him . A man rose up, he said :
Messenger of Allah , I'm a liar , I'm lecherous , I'm spleenful
- May God earn him sincerity and faith and remove spleen away from him if He wish . Another one stood up, he said :
- Messenger of Allah , by God's name I'm a liar, hypocrite and I've committed every thing .
Omar stood up and said :
- You man, you scandalized yourself.
The messenger said :
- Son of EI Khatab, the exposure of this world is slighter than that of the Hereafter.
- May God earn him sincerity and faith and turn his matter to be better.
His illness got worse at his wife Maimona . He asked his wives permission to stay at Aisha . He was leaning on Ali and El Fadl Ebn El Abbas walking slowly to Aisha's house . When he was badly sick, he asked his folk to pour water on him from different wells so that he could go out to talk to people . he went out wrapping a scarf around his head . He sat at the (Manbar)(a couch) he said :
- A slave from God's slaves was chosen between this life world and what God has got . This slave chose what God has got
Abu Bakr under stood that hint, he wept and said :
- We ransom you with ourselves and our sons.
The messenger asked the immigrants to take care of El (Ansar) ; the supporters , and he came back to Aisha's house . When Belal called for the night prayers the messenger wanted to get up to pray but he fainted , on recovering he said :
- Did people pray ?
- No , they are waiting for you .
He wanted to go praying but he was unconscious again, when he came back to himself, he said :
- Did people pray ?
- No, they are waiting for you , messenger of Allah . Once more he wanted to go praying, but he lost his consciousness. Belal entered Muhammad room he said :
- It is time for praying, messenger of Allah .
- I can't pray outside . Order Abu Bakr to be imam (leader) of praying .
Aisha said :
- Abu bakr is a tender hearted man , if he stood in
your place , nobody could hear him , he is always weeping .
The messenger said again :
- Order Abu bakr to pray with people .
Belal left the room crying . people rushed to him in
fear, they said :
- What is behind you Belal ?
- The messenger of Allah can't pray outside . They cried terribly. Abdullah Ebn Zama looked for Abu Bakr, but he didn't find him. he only found Omar, Ebn Zama said :
- Stand up to pray with people , Omar.
When Omar said Allah Akbar 'Allah is Almighty' the# messenger said :
- Where is Abu Bakr ? Allah and the Muslims refuse that . he repeated that three times .
- Order Abu Bakr to pray with people . At last, Abu Bakr came and prayed with people . he was among Usama's army which camped in Gorf outside the Madina to set off to
Usama went to the messenger's room to pay him a visit . The messenger was very ill . Usama said :
- 1 redeem you with my father and mother , can you permit me to stay for a while until God recovers you ?
- Go and march on the blessing of Allah .
- Messenger of Allah , if I go while you are in this condition, my heart will ache me .
- March on victory and health .
- Messenger of Allah I hate to ask about you the passengers .
- Do as 1 told you .
The messenger got fainted , Usama prepared to set off with the army . When he came to himself, he said :
:- Carry out Usama's expedition . May God curse who lag behind .
The supporters went round the mosque sorrowfully, they pitied his death . El Fadl, Ali and El Abbass got into room and told him about this . The prophet went out leaning on Ali and El Fadl , while El Abbass was in front of him , A scarf wrapped his head, walking slowly until he reached the bottom of El 'Manbar'
(A sort of wooden table where the messenger used to preach people on .- He said .
- Oh you Folks I'm told you are afraid of your prophet's death No prophet was immortal before me . Who was sent to you and was immortal among you? I will join my God and you will follow me . I recommend you the first migrants better and I recommend the migrants to do good among themselves .Cod says " By Age , man loses but those who believed and do good and bestowed with the right and patience " .
Things run by God's permission . if something is slow don't desire it to be hurried .
God ; Almighty Doesn't make haste this who wants it to be are you afraid of taking over and then you .
- corruption spread on earth and cut off the relations of your relatives among you .
I recommend you to take care of the supporters they gave you shelter and they had good faith .
Didn't they share you out their fruits? Didn't they give you home? Didn't they proceed you priority , although they needed it badly?
- If anyone judges between two men , he may accept the good deeds and pass over the wronged . Don't love yourselves better than them . I will separate from you and you will follow me . Your appointment is at the basin – In paradise there is a basin of the prophet . Who will give drink to the believers ,he will never feel thirsty again .
- This who wants to come to this basin Tomorrow he ' may ban his hand and tongue unless it is what necessary .
You folks sins change the blessings . If people are good . their leaders will be good, too and if people are bad ,they disobey their leaders ".
He went back home , El Abbass was there, he looked at his nephew's face - he recalled that some time ago, he saw in his dream that the moon was lifted from Earth to heaven . He told the prophet about that dream . The prophet explained : he is your nephew .
- What does Muhammad think of his God if he meets Allah having these dinars .
He asked Aisha to give these alms to the poor.
The pain was terrible , while Usama stepped into the prophet's room . He bent down to kiss the prophet's head . He couldn't speak , he raised his hands to heavens putting them again on Usama . Usama realized that the prophet was praying for him . He went back to his camp .
Belal called for the morning prayer , Abu Bakr led the people in the prayers . Muhammad went out while people were praying . They were so pleased that they couldn't concentrate on their prayers . Abu Bakr knew that Muhammad must have come , he set himself back , the prophet pushed him forward in his back and said :
- Pray with people .
He sat on the right of Abu Bakr praying . On finishing his prayers he addressed the people raising his hands , he said :
- You folk, hell was fired awfully , factions appeared like the stars of the dark nights .
When he finished his speech , Abu Bakr came to him saying :-
- Prophet of Allah , today , I see you safe and sound , can you excuse me to go to my other wife ?.
- Yes.
h entered Aisha's room , a bandage around his head, pain was great and death went slowly to him , every now and then, he was fainted and then coming back to himself again. there was a jug of water beside him . He put his hand into the jug washing his face with water saying
- I beseech you God to help me to bear the fits of death .
Fatma El Zahra- Muhammad's daughter - watched her father feeling great pain, she fell as if hell was grilling her liver she said :
- Oh, my woe .
The prophet said in a low voice .
- No more woe on your father from this on . Abdul Rahman Ebn Abu Bakr entered the room while he was brushing his teeth with some sort of small root . the prophet looked at him . Aisha realized that Muhammad wanted that root brush . She said:
- Shall 1 take it for you .
He nodded , she took it and gave it to the prophet but it was rough she said :
- Shall I soften it to you .
He nodded again . he brushed his teeth while leaning on her chest . the messenger said lo Usama after the morning prayers .
- March on God's blessing .
Usama said good bye to him and went back, to his camp and gave the order of departure .
While he was on the verge of riding his horse someone came to him saying :
- The messenger of Allah is dying .
He rushed with Omar and Abu Obeiyda Ebn ET Garrah to the mosque . Aisha sent for Abu Bakr, Hafsa sent for Omar and El Zahra sent for Ali to come . Aisha found the messenger got heavier on her chest . She looked at his face , she found his eyes dazzling he said :
- No, but the supreme companion and paradise . A scream was heard out of the house of the , messenger , All muslims ran to the house . El Abbass proceeded them and closed the door . He heard Aisha saying .
- You had the choice and you chose God , who sent you with right .
The messenger of Allah was dead on Aisha's screaming and lamenting.
They all came ; Omar, Ottoman and Ali .
They were struck by the yelling . As for Omar , he got mad, Ottoman was silent, he couldn't speak. Ali was collapsed , he couldn't stand up , Omar said :
- Some hypocrites claimed that the messenger of Allah was dead, but he wasn't dead , he only went to God as Moses son of Omran came back to his folk after forty nights, After he had been thought to be dead. By God , the messenger will come back again as Moses did .
- People were tremendously astonished and got crazy. They weren't capable of believing that God's beloved , his messenger, his prophet to be dead . Is it really that the inspiration of Heaven cut off from Earth ?
Abu Bakr reached the mosque and stepped inside he saw Omar speaking with people he didn't care, he went straight Forwardly into Muhammad's house , he found him lying covered with a cloak , he uncovered his face and kissed him .
- I redeem my father and father with you .
You are good alive or dead . You tasted the death the God wrote on you , and you will never be dead again . He covered his face with the garment and went out . he found Omar talking with people .
- Take it easy Omar, listen .
Omar refused to be silent . Abu Bakr went on
saying.
- You people . This he who worshipped Muhammad , He is dead now . This he who worships Allah, he is always alive , never to be dead .
He recited " Muhammad is but like other messengers . If he is dead or killed you return back to your heels . this who does so God won't be hurt and god will reward the thankers " (soura Al Omran V. 144).
When Omar heard the verses , he was struck down to the ground and at last realized that the messenger of Allah is dead and said tearfully .
- We to God go and we to him will come back .Abu Bakr carried on Saying .
- " You are dead and they are dead" God said " everything is perished but the face of Allah who possess the rule and you come back to him " Also, God said " everybody will taste death and you earn your wages on Doomsday " . ( Soura Al Omran V.185 )
The heavy sorrow crept into the people's hearts and sadness overwhelmed the city of the messenger and it was the time of evening prayers . Belal hardly stepped forward to the mosque when , he was staggering , when he looked at the closed door of the messenger, he felt as if a dagger pierced his heart , since the messenger won't get out again. . No longer will he go lo him telling him that people are waiting him to lead them in praying .
People will wail no one . Belal mounted up to the mosque sadly he kept on calling for pray in a tone of sorrow .
(God is Almighty . ( Allah Akbar .)
God is Almighty . ( Allah Akbar .) 1 witness that there is no God but Allah, I witness that there is no God but Allah, but , Belal's tears suffocated him , he couldn't mention the name of the beloved messenger . He remembered the messenger dead in his bed , he sobbed heavily . people heard the interruption of the praying call and the weep of Belal.
Sorrows were renewed again and they shared his weeping.
But Belal controlled himself and his passion to complete
the calling he said tearfully .
I witness that Muhammad is his messenger .
I witness that Muhammad is his messenger .
Come to praying , Come to praying.
Come to the good , Come to the good.
Allah Akbar , Allah Akbar .
No God but Allah .
