New strategy wanted to be formulated in the middle east
The American new policy in the middle east will open the road to dominate the whole world . The repercussion of 9-11 catastrophe will be a pretext to bomb Iraq and to plant a new government working for the Americans. The hawks , the minister of foreign affairs, the minister of defense and Dick Chini. in fact the us runs after the greasy wealthy oil fields of Iraq in order to destroy the command of OPEC on the markets .Blair said " if we wanted Iraq oil we would be reconciled with Iraq not to wage war on it “. But Blair is bluffing the whole world because it would be better to make the whole cake under their hands and to prune the Arabs; teaching them to rule themselves democratically even if it comes by force to make the rogue countries more flexible . More over to make the Arabs less rigid and to wipe out the idea of Jihad from the minds of Arabs altogether. It would be better to make the Arabs another Japan or Germany ,America has a different opinion , a great country ;drawing its strategy for the next twenty or thirsty years .They want to make sure the supplies of energy ; for their countries are safe. America is obsessed by the idea of creating an imaginary enemy ; after the eradication of communism –to confront ;sharpening their capacities to fighting it .so; all the wheel of economy and industry will run forward .
The Arab Muslims are not soviets because they are having a religion which is Islam
All the potency of the Arabs or the Muslims refers to Islam .The Americans; the power of the Arabs .They wanted to pull it down .that is impossible they have roots in heavens. Islam comes from Allah ; the creator of the universe.
To refresh the memory of the American leaders---the New Roman Empire –I tell them a story about the ِ Abyssinian king who wanted to demolish Kabbaa ---the sacred house of the Arabs .He prepared huge armies; providing them with elephants, but God defended His house and sent them swarms of deadly birds from '' Seggeel '' ;-- a place at Hell—The army was smashed down.
The September attack was a bad omen for the beginning of the collapse of the American empire . the expenditure of the war will come near trillion ; that could have been spent on other parts of the world; to wipe out their poverty , illiteracy and other diseases .Washington is having the intention to swallow up the Iraqi oil , and to reshuffle the map of the middle east anew .In other words ,--to Afghanise the Arab countries .But ,why is America so furious about Iraq ? of course Iraq was wrong when they waged war on Iran for eight years and gained nothing but losses .Again they were mistaken when they conquered Kuwait –the neighboring country – The Iraqi government could not manage or tackle neither political nor military affairs .they lost their esteem before the world and caused shame for themselves . Furthermore; It was wrong for Iraq to use chemical weapons against Kurds .Now we could not believe that Iraq is as strong as before ; nor they own biological or chemical weapons
Not even could they be able to originate any sort of atomic weapons .At present, the Arabs are helpless .They have a lot of money. They didn’t prepare themselves for such an hour .The Arabs hired American forces to defend them. No longer did they stick to the instructions of Quran ;Allah said'' and prepare for them with power and horses : Before the discovery of oil ,the Arabs were terribly poor. They were thirsty for
Luxuries and they scooped bountifully. The feeling of trust among Arab countries isn't
existed , no confidence; scanty commercial deals between each other .—indulging in
desires and consumption , they forget to set up air forces ,navy nor any sort of military
industries .Being traders , to buy weapons is cheaper than producing them .If there were only one small atomic bomb .If one Arab country possessed it ;America would think hundreds of times before attacking Iraq .In the same level ,why didn’t America attack North Korea ? simply because the latter owns atomic weapons ,while there are
forty thousand American soldiers in South Korea .

The U.S is doing the role of terrorizing the state that is very dangerous not only for Iraq , nor the Arab world ,but for the world security .The American troops failed to control Iraq .We can say that the beginning of the American occupation to Iraq was the start of damaging the Iraqi political society .The Iraqi army was released ,the security system was crashed into pieces and the whole administrative system of the state was debris .What are the coalition troops doing for now ?they do not war against regular Iraqi forces but they fight ghosts of the resistance. These forces hit and run like fish in water .The coalition troops play the role of the police now .They assault houses without permission , looking for the terrorists. They frighten the families and arresting the men and maltreat the women and humiliate them, there are on the stage now ;..Iraqi factions who are doing the same humiliation against the American troops as a result of punishing them for the crimes they commit daily against the Iraqi people , ;violating the simplest human rights . The resistance is attacking every day the Americans ;killing and capturing them .
The capture of the American soldiers has a symbolic significance addressing the greatest troops in the world ;meaning that ''we can put your dignity in the mud however great your hi-tech weapons are '' At first ,the military American leader in Baghdad stated in a press interview ;showing his despair in overcoming violence or control or controlling Baghdad .He said to the CNN reporter ;while he was crying that he was sorry for the death of the young soldiers who were killed in Baghdad streets .
In fact ,America was beaten militarily in Iraq . Most of the American generals; those who are on duty and those who retired ;admitted this humiliating defeat
Even the American politicians themselves ;whether they are democratic or
Republicans confessed this defeat .On the other hand ,the hawks of the American
Administration ,president Bush and his vice Dick ,on top of all refused to admit this defeat, but his plan to send another 30/000 soldiers to Iraq to rescue the desperate situation ,though he admitted an improvement in the security scene by now,
At the beginning of his first term …president Bush innovated a new strategic creed ''the pre-empt war ''he meant the absolute right for the US alone ;to strike any state proving its intentions to beat the American power . There was an explanation for this strategic convert to replace the principle of containment policy which remained through all the years of the cold war with the Soviet Union .
Furthermore ; there was the classification of the countries ;to be good or evil which include North Korea ,Iran and Iraq .The American administration innovated a new principle … contradicting with the covenants of the United Nations and menacing the world peace ; that is the right to change the dictatorial regimes in the world , when necessary if they were not satisfactory to US.
The application to this principle was the invasion of Iraq …,to topple its dictatorial regime which owns ;as they claim …;comprehensive destructive weapons
Here all the papers mixed between the forces of the Iraqi resistance which fight against the American occupation and the terroristic power which practices ..,every day
Sectarian terrorism against all factions of the Iraqi people .This demolished the popularity of Bush and led to incredibility concerning the American people .The political covert took place when the democratic party gained majority in congress elections..; that put the American president in a critical situation . he had to menace using veto against the resolution of the congress not to allow an extra budget for war unless there was a promise to pull out the American troops from Iraq …though ; Bush and Dick can handle the congress very well …;
The American people are watching the collapse of their officers and soldiers every day with no hope in any advance , the report of Bicker and Hamilton committee recommended to follow a new policy and to negotiate with Syria and Iran .block –headed ;the American president refused this committee and suggested to send more troops to Iraq . The latest reports proved that the members of the republican party policies are in great despair after the reduction of the support rates of the party .They told him simply he lost the war in Iraq ,but he keeps on saying in every occasion that there is an improving security in Iraq .Now ,the American president is a lame duck . there was a political discussion about this crisis and if there was a constitutional method enabling them to let him resign before finishing his second term since his policy does harm to the national security and destroying the interests of the American people .The White House is sad and angry because the ex-president Carter criticized Bush bitterly ;describing him as the worst in the history of the world . Carter described Tony Blair as a blind obedient to Bush .—now Blair is out of office –Anyway ,the American audience believed that Carter was as bad as Bush , as Carter humiliated the American dignity when he failed in dealing with the case of the hostages of the American embassy in Tehran which led to his failure in a second term whereas Bush caused the American credibility to be lost when he denied the clear truth in Iraq .

He will take the chance to achieve great goals , and no greater goal than achieving the peace world .All evidences show that he is farther than achieving any goals of peace .
Perhaps the basic error in Bush's thoughts and his hawk assistants is that he wants to get into peace from the door of war .To impose security by military force and to put the whole world in an iron cage pulling it for the service of the American interests ; considering that ;the most important end for the world peace .America did not succeed
in Afghanistan nor in the middle east nor in Iraq .All the success was devoted to stimulating terror to the whole world from the ghosts of ''Qaeda and Ben Laden ''. in fact ,America is chasing imaginary enemies ,chasing ghosts .To my belief , America knows the hidden place of Ben Laden ,America could have killed him easily ,but ,in fact, they are protecting him ---to gain immensely goals from that situation ; to set the entire world on fear of terrorism ,to win the sympathy of all the human beings .
Why are the Americans silent about Ben Laden now ? to create an imaginary scare crow to frighten as much countries as they could .The Americans feel that they are declining , they have economical problems ; the estates investments are losing ; the other countries ;especially Japan ,Russia and western Europe can do without America now .
Why did not the Americans get rid of Saddam Hussein from the very beginning ? they could have finished him off if they had wanted ;but they left him to frighten the Gulf countries .Saddam was no longer useful to the Americans ; he finished his role .The existence of the inspectors for monitoring the chemical or atomic weapons in Iraq was only an episode in the American drama acted on the stage of the whole world
To make up for their economical faults ;they hide behind the powerful military show ;
To feel that they are the only unilateral power .America is now like the tragic hero in Shakespeare's tragedies ….who ; before falling ,commits some errors.
That is why ,the role of Ben Laden is still needed .When they completed their plans; occupying some parts of the world ,uprooting the pillars of other countries , reshaping the democracy of other weak countries , controlling the supplies of oil over most of the possible producing oil countries .Then only , they will think of murdering Ben Laden. .America did not want the mission of the inter national inspectors mission in Iraq to be successful .America was taking the chance to make this mission a fiasco to light up the situation for war . Bush hurried to state that shooting fire ; from Iraq part ; over the American and British military planes '' a violation to the resolution of the security council '',meaning ,exactly -- in the areas of no-fly ---; there is no need for these teams of monitoring to keep on their task or even to start it . Therefore, the Americans had to go back to security council so that they could profit from this violation , a reason to wage war against Iraq then , after that against '' the axis of evil countries '' or against the radicalisms whatever they are .In other words , American interpretation of any Iraqi obstacle to the inspection process will most likely be a reason to pull the trigger .The US is geared to put its troops and personnel from other allies in harm's way and risk igniting a new war in an already volatile region , in the name of blunting the threat of Baghdad's purported weapons of mass destruction.
Still, to lend credence to its anti-weaponry drive , the US must be impartial .
Many inside the Middle East and beyond firmly believe that sanctions devastated
Iraq does not pose an immediate threat to regional and global security .Israel's resolve to continue to be law by itself is the real threat . The Jewish state has been developing a lethal military programme , which continue to be a closely guarded secret . Over the years , the Jewish state has defiantly balked at any international bid to open its suspected nuclear facilities to inspection .Israel continue to practice nuclear blackmail against its neighbors .This American inaction is fuelling misgiving in the area ;that disarmament of Iraq is the real motive for Washington's bellicosity .
What is good for one is good for the other .What applies for Iraq must be applied to any other country .There is no good reason why the former is forced to submit to an unconditional arms inspection while the latter continue to receive pats on the back's .
This inconsistency engenders more anti – American feelings into question Washington's real intentions and credibility .The biggest responsibility for this is shouldered by the US; because of its passive stand towards world peace and its support of the Israeli rulers to continue with their destructive aggressive policies ,
which aim to occupy the Arab and Palestinian territories .
The September 11 events have offered the ( hawks ) at the American administration a great opportunity to raise tension in different parts of the world and dominate US foreign policy , while the American president , as the American media notes , seems helpless . This threatening policy seems to have achieved success for the extremist officials in the US administration . But it has caused hatred amongst people throughout the world . even those from the allied countries have expressed their worries about American arrogance and selfishness , that will lead the world to a disaster
As a result of this coalition between the US and Jewish extremists, violence escalates in the occupied Palestinian territories with the massacres and war crimes . The cause of this deterioration in conditions is Israeli refusal to enforce the signed accords , a matter that lead to a state of depression amongst the Palestinian people and forced them to resort to revolution and counter violence in the face of Israeli crimes .
Bush's obsession with military action against Iraq , did not –even – depart from him in Prague where he flew to attend a historic NATO summit . Key items on the
summiteers' agenda featured the alliance's enlargement plan and ways to combat global terrorism . For him Iraq ; was the overriding topic .
Early signs coming from Baghdad are promising , that a disarmament process will proceed smoothly . An advance team of arms inspectors left the Iraqi capital with the promise that their personnel will find complete co- operation from the government , under a UN resolution unanimously approved on November 8 2003 .
Baghdad has also pledged to meet a December 8 deadline to comp up with a report declaring all its arms programmers .
Bush remains unimpressed ,branding Iraq as an outlaw nation , Bush accused the country ,reeling from more than a decade of devastating sanctions ; of possessing weapons of mass destruction . Bush said in a keynote speech ahead of the summit ,
'' we are threatened by the spread of chemical and biological and nuclear weapons , which are produced by outlaw regimes and could be delivered by missile or terrorist cells '' . He harped on the same theme during the NATO summit . I get the impression that US is bent on attacking Iraq under all circumstances .
When UN resolution 1441 was unanimously approved , there was a belief among many countries , including those who blesses the US- drafted motion , that Washington would devolve the task of Iraqi's disarmament to the UN . But judging by the verbal salvos daily fired by senior American officials against Baghdad, the US is increasingly seen to be on a hair – trigger .
Arbitrarily jumping to the conclusion that Iraq would not fully comply with the resolution , Washington is at5 pains to build an anti – Baghdad coalition .Bush carried the idea and attempted to sell it at the Prague summit . This desire of pulling the trigger , reinforces the notion that the US has its eyes transfixed on other things than disarmament in Iraq . What might happen to Iraq will have dire political , economic , and social consequences . The Americans will not bomb just two or three buildings in Baghdad . The whole structure of Iraqi society will be demolished . The wealthy country will suffer starvation and humiliation .Toppling Saddam Hussein in on the US plan of intervention , for which there is no law , no constitution , and no previous tradition . Bush has been compared with Hulaku , who sacked Baghdad in 1258 .If Bush thought that military action against Iraq would have solved the Palestinian- Israeli problem , he was wrong . The Israeli question has grown more complex They want to make the Palestinians refugees in their own country Israel has sullied its own reputation , but it will take years to wipe out its traces in the occupied territories , and more years to cross out the memories of torture and bloodshed from the minds of the Palestinians and that was the case in Iraq The US bloodshed is found there every day .
Without wasting anytime US president flew to Russia where he met with Putin. Iraq was the center of the Bush – Putin talks at the Catherine Palace outside St.Petersburg One day earlier , Iraq underlined president Bush's discussions at the NATO gathering . His trip to Russia pursued a heavy agenda .
Having reluctantly blessed a UN resolution on Iraq's disarmament , Russia was in need of reassurance about its interests in Baghdad . In the eight weeks , which preceded the security council's unanimous approval of resolution 1441 , the US unleashed an exciting campaign to dilute opposition against its firm draft on Baghdad.
Moscow's opposition was more than violent .Russia , the heir of the now- defunct Soviet Union , maintains close relations with Iraq , with which it has recently cut a huge co- operation deal .Moscow is concerned that the debts unpaid by Baghdad would become a history if Washington went ahead with its declared plan to effect '' a regime change '' , in Baghdad .Also at stake are traditional Russian economic interests in Iraq .
During his brief visit to Russia , Bush tried to dispel Moscow's fear about the price of a shift of alliances . The expansion of US – led NATO into the territory of Eastern Europe has ruffled Russia's feathers .The American president , whose anti – Iraq agenda needs no more overemphasis , made it clear that Russia stands to benefit
from subduing Iraq and enlarging NATO. .He sought to portray the situation as this : in the post – Iraq era , all will be winners . The US was trying to build an anti – Iraq coalition modeled on that which dislodged Iraqi troops from Kuwait long ago . Circumstances are totally different , Washington saw in the ( carrot and stick ) policy a successful formula . As Bush and Putin met , their two countries released a joint statement which told Baghdad in no uncertain terms : disarm or face the consequences . In short the Americans were currently busy trying to prove that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia was deeply involved in the tragic events of 11 September 2001 . ABC cable TV channel said that the CIA has circulated a list of 12 Saudi businessmen to banks worldwide . According to ABC , these Saudi tycoons are accused of offering millions of dollars to Ben Laden , who is regarded US enemy number one . US officials who spoke to ABC claim that the many of the listed suspected have strong personal and business ties with the Saudi royal family , but Adel al Jebeer , the Saudi Crown prince's advisor for foreign affairs , denies this , telling ABC that neither the US administration nor congressmen have offered the slightest shred of evidence for these horrible accusations .
Meanwhile , CIA officials worked on the assets and accounts held by these Saudi millionaires in Asian , European and Africans banks , not to mention American banks which were already closely scrutinized in the hope that investigators will detect every single cent that can be shown to have connection with the suspected businessmen .
Although ,the Saudis and their regime have come under heavy fire from the US media and Congress , their image is not actually that bad with the US administration itself .Washington still considers Saudi Arabia as its close ally and friend , while , even Fleischer , the white house spokesman , has said that US president Bush regards the Saudi government as a useful partner in the war on terror .
Commenting on criticism directed against Saudi Arabia ,Fleischer said :it is a good sign that both Democratic and Republican members of Congress continue to call on worldwide countries to participate in the war of terror . this is an important message for every country not just Saudi Arabia US Secretary of State Colin Powell said he could not believe that the Saudi ambassador to Washington or his wife could possibly have got involved in promoting terrorist activities .
In fact, the US goes further under the mistaken belief that its security agencies, the CIA and the FBI would effectively guard the safety of American citizens at home and abroad . Such a misleading belief was reinforced after these two agencies were supplied with high – tech equipment and devices , which allegedly could overhear intimate conversation , even in bedrooms , Moreover , the CIA and the FBI were said to have possessed equipment , which could monitor peoples' conversations over their cellulars anywhere in the world
In the meantime , communities , which formed military tribunals to protect their national security , came under American fire , worse , there was a time in which the Americans condemned these communities' efforts , prompted by acts of violence by militants And now after the menace has reached the American heart – land , Us president George .W . Bush stepped forward to sign an unprecedented legislation , which established a Department of Homeland Security . Its budget is estimated at
40 billons dollars and it will recruit more than 170/000 people .The law stipulates that the new department will have to pre- empt the planned attacks against the US . The law , therefore , gives the Department of Homeland Security absolute authority to collect the information required . Moreover , works are underway to form a number of military tribunals to charges against the perpetrators of acts of violence .
Prior to the release of these new tough measures , the Americans approved the amendments to the current penal code to arrest any suspects and put them in custody without charge . On the other hand , CIA and FIB officials complained that the newly- created department had minimized their responsibilities . They also lamented that by establishing the department of Homeland Security .The US president implicitly recognized the shortcomings in the responsibilities of both the CIA and FBI before the September 11 incidents .
America is now undergoing drastic changes . It can no longer proudly claim that it is the first democracy in the world . It is hoped that the US has appreciated every country’s right to suggest laws and regulations under particular circumstances. Among the worst repercussion of the September 11 events is that Arab – US relations have reached a stage where each is trying to rediscover the other on both intellectual and political level . It is as if each party is entirely ignorant of the other . An atmosphere of unprecedented misunderstanding prevails . The two parties seem to have returned to square one .
The problem is , although America is about 300 millions , there are only 15 preachers who can speak English perfectly , and can convey the principles of Islam rightly . It would be impossible for both the American and the European countries to know the true creed of Islam . The Arabs are demanded to spend more money on training good preachers who could speak clearly , pure English to clarify the pillars of Islam .Not only that but to establish a lot of Satellites and TV channels devoted only to speak about Islam and the history of the Arabs , and the Muslims all around the world . These , of course in different languages .
The Arabs seem to live , each, in isolated islands . The Arabs did well when they curbed their reaction towards the waves of attack from different circles . This situation can not continue for long, not only because it contradicts the normal course of relations but because our interests , security and strategies can not be fulfilled under these circumstances . the main problem today is the (address of hatred ) that took place immediately after the September attacks .Such an address is exercising pressure on our ties , which should be healthy and cooperative .the problem is getting more complicated with the US attempting to form an international alliance that tightens the – siege – on the Arab and Islamic world So feelings of victimization are aggravated and the waves of violence escalate .
Resolution makers in America think that the Palestinian case is only a problem like that of Afghanistan or even Iraq . Washington does not realize that up till now , the Palestinian case is a context , not only a problem . In other worlds , the sufferings the Palestinian people had lived since 1948 till these days , besides violating the land while the whole world see and hear ; this formulated both the Arabic and the Islamic awareness in their relations with the Western world and with the US in particular .
Not only that , but it formed the Arabic political awareness regarding its inside priorities and its own political agenda .Now we can see the Palestinian affair in most of the Arab newspapers , as well as the broadcasts , and TV channels , there we are not in front of a case , looking at it as an (: issue ) , but we must look at it as a ( context ) , formulating the Arab conscience and construction , and affects the Arab vision towards the whole world and its great values concerning prejudice and justice . In every Arab country , the peoples reproach their countries for what they did to the Palestinian cause .On the same level the Arabs did not digest 11 September events that they were not only incidents but they were context changed the heart of the American vision to the whole world .
The Arabs think that the dilemma of stability starts from solving the problem ‘ context , which affects all their political cases from the economical development , to education , to the form of ruling , so , solving the Palestinian cause will help the Arabs to solve their other problems . As for Washington , sees stability comes from two stages . the first one is to confront directly with terrorist organization and the second is to dehydrate the sources of terrorism including the dictatorial regimes . Washington thought that toppling the Iraqi regime was a priority .
On occupying the land of Iraq means an occupation for a long time .the consequences of this occupation is not less dangerous for the zone than that of the first world war .What we can see now in the middle east is just the blood of the Ottoman empire which died away in this war but still its blood bleeding in Palestine and in Balkan. . The uncalculated consequences of occupying Iraq led to not only bleeding the individuals , but for the country , too Washington will perform by – pass operation in the middle east .
The bleeding areas will start with Palestine where we can see daily killing , then Algeria , the Sudan ; bleeding twenty years ago , to Somalia , to rule Iraq is not that simple , to impose discipline is not only to collect rubbish and to make sure that water supplies or electricity supplies go right under Tommy Franks . Washington should know that they will not carry out democracy in Iraq whatever time they last there They always will be in need to the strong man , to the general dictator to preserve discipline . If Washington stays in Iraq for a long time , that means the Americans interfere in the middle east directly . There will be a conflict for the sake of liberating Iraq from Washington' grip .The story of the British occupation will happen again and the circle of Violence will start again .
The first winners of American interference in Iraq in the zone around which are non Arabs are Turkey , Iran and Israel . The ultimate goal is to reach the condition where Israel and Iran were on good terms like that in the 70th. Before the Islamic revolution in Iran .The Americans interests extend to Asia through the American – Chinese relation .The US , now considers china as one of its competitors in the world regime , particularly if we realize that the economical growth rate in China reached more than 9 per cent ,the point makes China a tremendous economical power .The process of hugging China is at top priorities . Washington ties to siege china across the extended coalition from Israel , Turkey , to Iran . But , has all this something to do with Iraq ?
If we understand that 80 per cent of oil that goes to China comes from the Arabian Gulf ,we will know that the American domain on the Gulf oil is basic in its strategy towards taming China or besieging it . America used beforehand the Gulf zone to domesticate its European rival .the world regime is now unilateral in which the US dominates militarily and politically . the European union , China as well as Japan and the US are competing economically . Since Europe ,China and Japan depend wholly on the petroleum of the Gulf as a source of energy
in the time where America imports only 12 percent from the Gulf oil .It becomes obvious
that the American insistence in the Gulf is not only to insurance the oil to America cheaply or
at least reasonably but to stress on Europe , Japan and China . Thus , America uses its
military power for economical sovereignty and the military , political domain converts to
political economical and military sovereignty .
In order to , , or to put it into implementation , the interference in Iraq is essential,
what is different this time is not to depend on the Arabs much in this equation . America
will depend on non Arab counties like Iran , Israel , India , and Turkey . The Arabs have no
choice in this time or after the war but to learn a tough lesson , to depend on themselves ,
to educate and to deal with the modern technology , to change the long - term ruling
system which I doubt because it is impossible ; it will take centuries - even it gets worse
since it turns into monarchies ---- to believe in democracy and freedom of expression ( only the
Hyde park talks seemingly freedom ) ; to raise up their hands from the guardianship of
their peoples . The Arabs should think of all these lessons or else that will be imposed
from outside . The Arabs are lucky because the west need expensive oil ; and the appearance f Hamas on the stage ; all these made America restrain for a while .
Since the September attacks , the Arabs , the Muslims and their messenger are
exposed to biased media campaign in CNN for instance , on the weekly programme
'' 60 minutes'' the interviewer hosted seven thinkers among one of them was the priest
Jerry Floil , one of the leaders of Christian American coalition , he said '' he thinks that
Muhammad the prophet is a terrorist and he is a man of war not a man of peace '' anyway , there is a fact about the terrorist . He is the one that attacks people,
destroying their houses besieging them and confiscating their earns and taking violently
their properties. The terrorist is the conceited one who doesn't accept advice . He who
hates justice , obsessed by the devil and forgot any virtue and spreading any vice .
Muhammad ; the messenger '' peace and prayers be upon him '' was not
from his birth till he met his God ; peace was his morals , filtered in his soul , his behavior and in his treatments with other people . Before he was a prophet , he was titled the ' honest , sincere ' Every one loved him for the purity of his soul and for his care to spread love , intimacy and peace . When he was a prophet, he stayed 13 years in Mecca , inviting people to worship Allah ; the ONE , the CONQUEROR . to be bestowed with good manners and to spread the spirit of peace .
He was shown from his enemies a lot of harm , oppression , boycott and
bargaining .In spite of all that he didn't raise up a sword or a spear in the face of the
oppressors. He met their harm patiently and friendly and praying for them , he said
'' I beseech you God to direct my folk to the right because they don't know ''
Having immigrated to al Madina , and after building his new- born state , his motto
was to call for Islam and security .All his conquests were for self- defense .
' Badr conquest ' where he was victorious over his enemies was for the victory
of the weak of Muslims who couldn't migrate and who were assaulted by the disbelievers
' Ohod conquest' , the disbelievers came themselves to Medina suburbs to
fight the Muslims who were obliged to defend themselves and money . El 'Ahzab conquest', the disbelievers surrounded and besieged Al Madina with their allies . the prophet had to defend ; together , with his friends ; their souls and rights . 'Mecca conquest' was motivated by standing side by side with the oppressed who were attacked by the aggressors .
However , he was careful to stop shedding blood of his enemies . He said to them
'' go you are free '' he forgave them all . He said '' peace from Islam '' . '' spread peace
among you ''. '' Don't hope to meet the enemies and ask Allah to be safe ''
One of his prayers '' I beseech you PEACE ; one of Allah's name --and peace from you and peace from you , and greet us with peace '' Every wise man can realise that all Muhammad's life was based on co- operation and piety not on vice and aggression .
On the other hand , the administration of president Bush claimed that it fights against
extremism and terrorism and that the international coalition led by this administration is to
eradicate the ' axis of evil ' and the power which embraces terrorism . But , in time ,
we discover the volume of failure of the efforts of this administration . It became its need
to cover this failure by means of searching about new enemies . To accuse Bin Laden isn't
enough , nor even to accuse Taliban and Al ' Qaeda ' nor Iraq or Iran or Korea.
It appeared the necessity of expanding the circle of hostility to include an international
religion like Islam with its followers around the whole world
It is difficult now to accept the pretext repeated by president Bush more than once
after the events of September when he called for forgiveness and not abusing Islam and its followers around the world .; whereas his administration is full of scores of close councilors and advisers , their mission is to blow up the fire of hostility against Islam They give , in public statements far from tolerance and coherence between the other cultures and religion . whether it is maneuvering or distributing the roles – in the form of defending Islam . The mask was cleared away from faces and groups of hawks posting in the position of making resolutions in the white house and the ministry of defense . In a report in ‘ Washington Post ‘appeared a statement to Kenneth Ulman from Pentagon , announced that it is difficult to describe Islam as a religion of peace ----- and Muhammad but a fighter , not advocator of peace like Christ . Likewise , in an article written by Eliot Cohen in ‘ Wall street Journal ‘ ” our real enemy is not terrorism but the extremist Islam , and it is a religion full of violence “. Another example is Powel Weirsch in the White House , he emphasized that what worries him most is that Bush’s administration is carrying all the time to assure that Islam is a religion of peace like Judaism and Christianity .
No doubt that these extremist hawks in the heart of the American administration are leading the world to cultural and civilisational conflict between the other religions and other people and ditching the hiatus of hatred between America and Arabs and Islamic peoples . besides , giving Ben Laden the chance to carry out his goals in stimulating the hostility against America and the west . The fact that peace is one of the origin of the doctrine of Islam . the word Islam is taken from the material of peace .
Islam and peace stand side by side to provide security and assurance to all mankind that belong to one father and one mother .
Another fact is that all the religions ordered people to respect , and to love all the prophets , besides to believe in all the prophets . After all that when the priest Jerry Floil or others when they say that ‘ Moses gave the paragon , and the Christ called for peace , but Muhammad called for the opposite ‘. We can not differentiate between the messengers in love and respect . If someone does that , then his creed is deteriorated and he ignored the clear facts about the heavenly legislations .
Some ancestors have said that the signs of loving Allah is to love the quran and the signs to love , the Quran is to love prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) ; to love Muhammad , to love his tradition ; his sayings and doings – and to love the coming of the hereafter ; if so to forsake worldly pleasures and follow that which leads to a good end and paradise. Allah says " say to them Muhammad ; if you love Allah , then follow me , then Allah will love you and forgive your sins , Allah is all – forgiving all – merciful " so Allah has ordered the believers to follow the prophet Muhammad ; only that will leave them to love Allah ; the Almighty .
In other words , there is no confidence between the Islamic world and the west .Two decades ago , Islamic phobia or Islamic terrorism and the hatred of Muslims spread throughout America and Europe .Mass media contributed intentionally in blazing the fear feelings
On the part of the westerns that the greatest danger is Islam and the Muslims . they tried to convince the whole world that there was a striking contradiction their civilization and that of Islam which can not cope with the other religions and the other cultures . the machine of the western Media depicted Islam as a rigid religion and it is the symbol of disgracing the sacred Christian places and it looks like the NAZI which does not accept the others .Besides , it treats the woman cruelly .
.; . A member in the consultative office to president Bush , called Eliot Cohen wrote in Wall street Journal that the Islamic enemy has an ideology which can be obtained by reading a book about Hitler or Stalin or Mao Tsi Tung . the propagation of the theory of Samuel Huntington about the clash or the collision between the western civilization and the Islamic one ; has been renewed again . He admitted that there is hostility between Islam and Christianity . the paintings of the ' caricature in Europe and America' newspapers ; picturing the Muslims as evil ugly people with hooked noses , very fat people only yearning for women . they depicted the pray callers on the mine rates announcing the smash of the stocks instead of calling of prayers . When Prince Charles of Britain talked properly about Islam and the Muslims He was called ironically " Ayat Allah Charles " .
The French TV announced recently that a French girl called Mary , 23 years old and had a baby six month old ; claimed that 6 young men , three were Moroccan and three were Africans raped her in the underground metro after seizing her bag . All the French mass media believed the lie of the girl whose mother confessed that her daughter was psychologically ill and she deserved treatment and she lied before- she had been raped by other people .
Furthermore , the British newspaper " today "on its first paper , after the explosion of ' Oklahoma ' a heartrending photo , for a fireman holding a dead child under the wreckage , ' by the name of Islam ' that what was written under the picture , nevertheless , the executors of the operation were not Muslims . We can't forget the croissant- shaped pies we eat now was invented by the people of the city of Vienna ; the capital of the empire of Austria ; after the elimination of the Ottoman siege ; the fear of defeat and collapse of the city and its people under the thumb of the Turkish – that was on the beginning of the sixteen century . they chose the crescent as a symbol of the Turks ; which was in the middle of their flag . when they were celebrating their victory
Over the Turkish armies , they didn't find a better way than eating the crescent- styled pies ; gloating over the Islamic and the Turkish motto
It was known that Islam was born Arabian , yet the Europeans , the Ottoman conquest , gave it a Turkish face , the second significance was that they named the Turkish after the Turkey , whenever they slay and eat one of these turkeys , they imagined they were slaying and eating Turkey . the gorgeous Cathedral found in the core of Vienna city , there were paintings on the walls depicting the Ottoman Caliph as a dog . they took away from the Muslim emperor his humanity and turned him into a dog . that were the consequences of the panic and horror from Islam and Muslims as a result of wars lasted for more than one thousand years , where the blood was shed heavily and there were tremendous sabotage whether they were from the side of the Islamic and Turkish troops or from the crusade campaigns .
When the Crusaders put hands on Jerusalem in 1099, they burned down the Jews till death ; meanwhile the Muslims showed formidable tolerance with the peoples of other religions .they forgot all when they entered the city victoriously ninety years later . this contrast hurt the feelings of a lot of European thinkers and leaders . Many defaults were busted in the European character ; comparing with the character of the Muslim leader " Salah El Din " who treated his captures ; presided by the leader Richard the ' Heart of Lion ' kindly , away from revenge , but respect to their humanity . this picture contracted with that one which was drawn to them as barbarians , savages without any religion . Besides , the Crusaders found out that the Muslims were more progressive in the natural science ; they were more generous and sublime .
On their way to Levant ( Damascus ) and the region of the east of
Mediterranean during passing the city of Constantinople in 1205 , the Crusaders behaved ruthlessly and brutally with the citizens of the city they assaulted the city and stole their treasures and fortunes after massacring a lot of people ; only because the Crusaders were Catholic and the people of the city were Orthodox . this left a great rift in the European conscience lasted for a long time . after the victory of the Spanish over the Islamic country in 1492. they didn't respect the agreements and acts they made with the Muslims
Before their departure. On the contrary , the Spanish waged bloody purification campaigns against the Muslims and the Jews who had no choice to stay in the peninsula but to desert their religion and embrace Christianity ; this what the Muslims didn't do in the territories they opened . Dramatically , instead of the result of this ; to do the correction of the picture of the Muslims , unfortunately the hostile feelings doubled bitterly . as if the European mentality had nothing to do but to go further .
In time , the power of the western world increased politically , economically , and militarily .their need to new markets and raw materials emerged ; the age of colonization appeared .the movement of imperialism was activated and most of the Arab and Muslim countries were occupied . Did this lead to convert the route of hatred and hostile feeling from the Muslims and Islam ? this change could have never been taken place . Still the attitude of the western world sympathetic and surprising from men like Salman Rushdie and woman like Tesslima Nessreen. Rushdie attacked Islam and the prophet Muhammad in his novel . Tesslima did the same thing .
On the other hand , the German orient list and thinker Ann Mary Sheimel on trying to refer to the novel of Rushdie , which hurt the feelings of millions of Muslims, she was exposed to a fierce campaign of criticism . It is clear that ; it isn't correct that the Muslims hate the western world and America without no reasons . the Muslims in all their countries started to deal with America welcomingly and astonishingly in the same time .they expected great aspirations in co- operation with them to serve both sides .the Arab Muslims provided them with economical , military cultural and political opportunities . they were very generous in granting privileges of oil to the American companies . they accepted to have American military bases built in their countries . they deposed their assets and savings in the American banks .Moreover , they sent their sons to educate in America , they shared their enmity to communism and abhorred the Soviet Union . to their disappointment , the American leaders let them down in the conferences of reconciliation held after the 2nd world war , when they asked their help to get their independence
Soon , they found out that ,all the American goal was to substitute England and France and to submit their countries to the new power . In fact the Muslim countries are able to resist to stand against the new imperialism . the numbers of the cultivated people spread positively in their countries . there are tremendous potentials for the economical co – operation among them , and various materialistic resources ,besides , the great amounts of fortunes , together with the trained manpower technologically. All this can be invested for the good of the Islamic world. The Islamic market extents to 1\3 billion peoples which gives a chance to negotiate powerfully between the commercial partners . the role of oil is essential to defend the interests of the Muslim countries if it is used properly . No doubt that the countries of the middle east , in addition to Indonesia , Nigeria and the Islamic republics which struck out after the collapse of the Soviet ; have fabulous reserves of oil .
No wonder , Islam restored its gorgeous positions in the countries which believe in Islam . During the fierce western assault to get the Muslims out of history and to minimize their role . the Muslims had nothing to do but to stick to religion searching for a solution to their misfortune and to provide them with faith and patience to endure it . the restoration of the genuine position of Islam was not just a reaction to this cruel attack on Islamic countries .
Islam , in a short period of time was able to set up a human civilization which was longer than any civilization in history . Islam carried out progress in all fields . Islam became the religion of the country it opened ; through addressing the mind and its convincing teachings . Islam and the Islamic civilization supplied the world with thoughts and sciences on which the modern civilizations based . Islam with its followers which is about one fifth of the population of the Earth , its economical riches , its strategical position , its culture and civilization ; began to play a promoting role in forming a life and systems which are fundamental part of humanity , there must be different experiences differ from what others provide especially after the collapse of the socialist model and the repeated periodical crisis of capitalism .
As a matter of fact , there must be a way to gap the bridge of confidence between the west and the east . to tell the truth, there are some amendments , reform or reshuffling in the Arab world after the events of 11 – 9 - 2001 . no doubt that this 21st century will pay due attention to this global event which will turn the balances especially after the American conquest to Iraq on the pretext of possessing destructive massive weapons ; representing great danger on the American security and the western one . the importance of the economical , cultural , social , and political reform emerged on the surface in the Arab world particularly and in the Islamic world as a whole ;may be the initiative of the ' greater middle east' was the manifestation of this – exposed by the united states on the summit of the great 8th so as to be approved and supported and to be carried out.
This cultural American language is concerned with the problem of terrorism which dared to attack the symbol of the American power at home for the first time in its history .the American strategic thinkers pose vital question , what are the reasons lurking behind terrorism ? the answer was the extremist thought prevailing in some Arab countries ;particularly in the last decades was the reason of joining thousands of youth to the extremists . this extremism was in its turn the output of the blockage of the channels of democratic expressions and the tight bonds of political participation in taking decisions in both the Arab and the Islamic countries as a result of sovereignty of the dominating ruling systems which based on the political submission to the opposers in addition to the domination of the political ruling bodies on the sources of fortunes and economical resources of the country ,besides , the spread of corruption and poverty .
When the American strategic thought reached this point to the cultural analysis to this phenomenon of extremism . the logical consequence was the necessity of imposing the political reform on these Arab and Islamic dominating countries . this can be done through imposing democracy whenever following various methods , and consolidating the civil societies with its different establishments like ; parties , volunteering Societies , syndicates associations and other things . Not only that , but the plans of the suggesting reform went further to the importance of the social , cultural and economical reform . the obligation of the renewal of the religious speeches to eradicate the extremist Islamic trends have been taken into consideration . confronting these tumultuous reactions took place from the part of Arab governments . they congregationally refused the reform to come from abroad . yet some governments expressed their wish to dialogue with the united states about the reform and their readiness to accept support on condition that to be gradually .However , it is unnecessary for the political Arab government to push the pretext of their private legacy in front of the demands of the American reform . In fact , the outcome of the controversy which took place between the Arab intellectuals all the last decades long , around the case of democracy led to the admission that the measures and values of the western democracy are worthy of being practical in our countries .
The controversies between the consultation and democracy led to a positive result , that western democracy implied the principle of the Islamic consultation . the principle of sovereignty circulation , performing disinterested periodical election on the level of the presidents of the republic , the representative parliaments and municipal councils all these are values of political democracy respect the religions , freedom of speeches, expression, freedom of opinions , the ruling of law and respect the human rights . there is no chance for the Arab governments to maneuver or to delay this political reform .
Anyway , it is an important matter to do due care for graduation of reforming . this pretext can be of great importance only for the Arab countries which didn't witness the foundation of the modern constitution , the separation between authorities and the domination of law , the existence of judicial systems, political parties , laboring syndicates and volunteering societies , perhaps Saudi Arabia is one of those countries which needs graduation in applying political reform . that doesn't mean to delay political reform forever , but it needs a schedule to be applied gradually in public . this pretext of graduation can't be applied on the Arab countries which completed the foundations of the modern states like Egypt , Syria , Tunisia , and Morocco .
( 2 ) -- The relation between America , Iran , and the Middle East
Eventually the dialogue between America and Iran took place on 29th of may 2007 in Baghdad . the American ambassador and the working Iranian one in Baghdad . we can have a lot of significant evidences
First , America can not find alone a way out of the Iraqi crisis which escalates every day . therefore , Washington resorted , in March in an attempt to co-operate with the regional powers; to contain the violence which crash the credibility of America and its scheme in the area . two conferences were held one in Baghdad and the other in Sharm El Sheikh to look for the methods to prevail security in Iraq . In Sharm el Sheikh . there was a meeting between Condelisa Rice and Whaled el Mo'alem ; the Syrian secretary of state , to discuss the situation in Iraq the signals of this convention pointed out the urgent necessity of America to dialogue and co operate with the regional powers ; Washington used to refuse this before .
Despite the impossibility of the convention in Sharm El Sheikh between Rice and the Iranian secretary of state , and the readiness of America to this convention . the diplomatic tasks came to a success for the two parties to convene in Baghdad . Probably that will lead to limited consequences ; because of the complications of the Iraqi crisis and the interactions between the interests and goals of America , besides , the dissension between Tehran and Washington about the Iranian nude file .
Second , the beginning of negotiations between Tehran and Washington happen in a time where the American scheme in Iraq is stumbling and this is because of the failure the American – Iraqi security plan to impose law in order to achieve security in Baghdad and the nearby towns . there was a disaster in the causalities of the Americans in Iraq , moreover there was a shocking accusation of America and Bush's administration to assassinate the Iraqi society during the American occupation . the non- American governmental anti-war organizations prepared this report under the title of '' Assassination of Society ''
Anyway , is it expected that the two countries will resume their dialogue later on , but on higher level than the ambassadors ? . In this stage , Tehran hopes to negotiate not only about Iraq but also including all the stuck cases between them ; in a state of lack of confidence especially the mutual arrest of a number of both Iranians and Americans ; accusing each other of espionage . Tehran desires James Becker – the ex American secretary of state to preside the American party ; he shared the committee which advised Bush's administration to launch a new political initiative towards the two capitals : Tehran and Damascus ; helping to pave the way to guarantee the security of Iraq. But Washington doesn't not show a responding heating , at least , not in this stage . It prefers to show more firmness and insisting on issuing more resolutions from the Security Council to strict the economical sanctions on Iran so that tough effects may be shown inside Iran , especially after the reports of the international monitors emphasized the efficacy of Iranian nuclear potential ; to fertile uranium 5 percent in Natanse ; suitable for fuel to the atomic reactor , they can raise the rate of fertility to enable Tehran to make an atomic bomb within 3 years .both the Iranian and the American attitudes are opposing themselves .
In Iran , the conservative hawks ; - Ahmadi Najat; representing them , and the group of the reformers are opposing each other . the latter advised showing flexibility in negotiating with the Americans , and of course the former were rigid towards America .
Washington suffers the same problems Dick Chini insists on waving the use of power against Iran, Rice is the option of the diplomatic task. It is certain that both the two sides know the priorities of the other side . Tehran knows the priorities of Washington ; implied in stopping the process of uranium fertility and banning to help the Iraqi resistance .Whereas Washington knows the priorities of Tehran including getting an American commitment to stop to try to topple over the reign of Ayatollah and normalizing the relations between the two sides . At any rate , the way to carry out these two goals is still tough, full of hazard and hardships.
In Lebanon , the American experts admitted that the greatest mistake America committed , was that the conquest of Iraq and the negligence of following up the elements of Quaeda in Afghanistan and the expansion of what they called war on terrorism that enabled the swarms of Quaeda to reassemble again on the Pakistani borders. It was the source to nourish the terrorist activities to the fundamentalists of the radical factions and to the political opposing powers against government and regimes co operated with America . It was difficult for America to succeed in crashing Quaeda and its supplies .So , the new fighting front appeared suddenly in Lebanon and between '' Fath el Islam '' organization and the Lebanese state added another focus of conflict which spread in the body of the Arab nations . Every now and then we find some kind of terrorist organization in this or that Arab country ; its roots go back to usually to Quaeda and its progeny .
There were bloody clashes between some well armed insurgents , no more than 500 in the camp of '' Nahr el Bared '' some thousands of Palestinians refugees are living – and the troops of the Lebanese army . Some experts studied the environment of '' Fath el Islam '' which was came out from a womb of organization called '' Fath el Intifada '' which by its turn dissented from the Palestinian organization ''Fath ''; some rebel elements assembled from Palestine , Lebanon , Syria , Saudi Arabia Tunisia Morocco and many other elements of any Arab people , together with the comers and the deserted from Afghanistan and Iraq . This battle of '' Nahr el Bared '' reflected the circulating conflicts going on in the region and the tensions and bloody clashes which resulted from all these things before ; interacted together in complicated ways
Now it is impossible to isolate between the war done by America in Iraq and the state of tension between Lebanon and Syria which lead to the strife among the political powers . then the springing up of the regional role of nuclear Iran and the role of '' Hezbollah'' in resisting the Israeli assault .some other experts try to stick the organization of ''Fath el Islam '' with Syria because of the international court for killing el Hariri . But it is quite believed that the Lebanese government was well aware long ago of this organization and its scattered caller in Tripoli led by Palestinian elements .subsequently , it wasn't strange for America to send weapons and military instruments to the Lebanese army , finding itself involved more than that . Lebanon will become another field of fighting between America and Quaeda .
It is quite clear that the continuation of the boiling conflict focuses in the region side by side ; not solving the Palestinian problem and the going on of the violence whirlpool in Iraq must result in the occurrence of the camp of " Nahr el Bared ", that won't be the last one anyway . in other words all the evidences predict that Lebanon is walking on the road of Eradiation through the political dissenting shadows among the factions and parties .
The phenomenon of " Fath el Islam " put an end to the fragile truce which the Lebanese reality was living behind . the Lebanese scene is exposed to more pressure and explosion on the background of the scheme of the international court . Most of the Palestinian leaders refused " Fath el Islam "; but inside the minds of the Lebanese , there is the conviction that the Palestinians inside the camps of Lebanon are timing bombs . all the information assured that Fath organization stood behind the explosions which stroke the stability of Lebanon . We smell the Syrian role playing in Lebanon . they didn't want to forget the humiliating kick out from there . probably they won’t let Lebanon live in peace. they want to direct a clear message to Lebanese administration , meaning that they are able to penetrate all the Lebanese region . what makes the matter worse is that the Lebanese opposition stands against the state , and they approach the unified troops and the foreign embassies . how did scores of these organizations get into Lebanon ? all the interpretations say either through Syria illegally , or through Beirut international Airport as they belonged to different Arab nationalities . From Beirut airport to, the camp of Borg el Baragna . some experts think that these organizations were Palestinians ; originally remains of Fath el Intifada organization led by the Jordanian Palestinian “ Shaker el Abssy “ and the Lebanese Shehab Quador entitled Abu Hernia . the defense minister Elias el Mor decided that there were two choices before Fath el Islam either to surrender or military assault . the spokesman of Fath el Islam Abu Sileem Taha described these statements as complicating the situation . on the other hand , the vice president of Hezbollah sheikh Naem kassem believed that the illegal government bears the responsibilities of the blocked horizon , the political tension and the attempt of globalizing the problem of Lebanon . He demanded the majority to admit the minority to represent two third of the Lebanese people . he renewed asking for parliamentary elections . this who wins the majority or the two thirds is the one who rules the others .
As for Syria , there are Israeli attempts to mutiny on Washington’s wish to freeze the Syrian route .Likewise , there are Syrian calls for peace and ready for resuming negotiations with Israel . the Israeli intelligence as well as the flank of prime minister Ulmert propagate for the preparations of Syria to war ; consolidating its military capacity , to perform military training and making transactions to buy high – tech weapons and the need of the Israeli readiness , in return , for the probability of breaking out military confrontations . So the ministry of Foreign Affairs called for resuming negotiation with Syria . Washington started to impose a regional block between ( mediocrity axis ) facing the (Evil axis ) .Now America is negotiating with Iran in Iraq . it was obligatory negotiation , but it points out a cluster of facts formulating what we can call “the new American strategy in Iraq “ the first of these facts was the admission of defeat and giving priority to an honorable pull out “ securing a reasonable limit for the American interests from one hand and guaranteeing stability and internal security in Iraq after the withdrawal ; the most important of all . CIA , in its report is deciding to step aside any military action done by the hawks of the administration . He added that the president and his vice are deciding to do military tasks towards Iran before 2008 . Barnett pointed out that high level sources in the American administration revealed that on September 2007 the American ministry of Defense made a plan called " check mate " implying ; striking some Iranian nuclear and military targets by the American Air forces .Barnett made clear that Admiral Falon said by that time that he eliminates any war between America and Iran . He said in another interview with El Gizera that the idea of war is not good , there will be negative repercussions on the region and the world , asking the neighboring countries to Iran to try hard to prevent war . the cause of Iran was not the only cause when Falon was at good terms with Bush . On September 2007 , the American " Washington Post Journal " said that Admiral Falon believes that the increase of the number of the troops in Iraq was not successful and wouldn't do any good . On February 2008 the American " New York Times " said Falon supported resuming the pull out of the American troops from Iraq ; to reduce the enormous pressures on the army . He said in Afghanistan that America was too absorbed in Iraq on the expense of the armed operations in Afghanistan . Rebort Gates described this interview in the " Squire " as silly ; though it anticipated the resignation of Falon . Will the Arab coalition rescue Bush ? Rice comes and goes and Chini comes and goes to the region with one or two messages ; to save their skin from this dilemma in Iraq or to cover their back when they had to pull out . the Arab leaders had many reasons not to rescue him . First, the Arabs didn't owe anything to him to give him back in a rainy day . He obstinately refused to do anything to calm down the Arab world revolution against the complete American biased policy towards Israel when they wage ferocious wars against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples ; that what embarrassed the Arab coalition and increases their isolation before their furious peoples . He took the decision of conquering Iraq bearing in mind a" menace " remaining in ruling their countries and their chairs .He didn't hide his goal in menacing his nearest allied , but he declared that openly while preparing his conquest when talking desperately about Iraq as a " model of democracy " to all the countries of the area . Bush repeated this menace bluntly through his secretary of state who launched the slogan of the " Great Middle East" "and the creating chaos " Rice explained this slogan , she said US is against the status quo that means to let those rulers to rule if the substitute is chaos .
The second reason is that Bush wants to join the allied Arabs with a terrible stupid strategy ; similar to suicide . He wants them to support his new security plan in Iraq on the long run and if it comes to a failure and obliged to pull out or deploying his troops in other places . He wanted them to play a direct military political role in Iraq as a substitute to the American forces , also he wants to draw them to cold or hot war against Iran ; propagating naively about a strife between the Sunnis and the Shiite or a conflict between the Arabs and the Persians .
The Arabs must defend their strategic and politic interests in Iraq. Dashing to confront politically and militarily with Iran represents a real disaster to the area or a swamp not less than the calamity which the Americans themselves face in this afflicted area .
If the Arab leaders induced to open a great conflict with Iran as Saddam Hussein did before , they won't be able to close it easily and that will make their countries and peoples bleed for a long time without having a realistic clear goal worthy of unlimited sacrifices this decision will have the power to kill three times : waging a war against Iran and in the inside of Iraq and with the public opinion . the people will be astonished , approaching with Israel which is occupying Arabic territories ; while the Arab leaders organizing hostility with Iran which is calling for the liberation of these territories . there is no a sane person who can afford paying such an expensive taxation to save Bush from his collapse in Iraq or with Iran .
Some Arab experts analyze that the scales of the understanding with Iran is greater for many reasons . there are endless civilized and religious bonds between the Arabs and Iran . Understanding with Iran strengthens the strategic and politic position of the Arabs and the Iranians . the other world will treat them in respectable way . this constructive understanding with Iran will enable the Arab leaders to improve their position with the US itself . they won't need America to protect them against strong regional opponent and they will be able to negotiate with the Us by themselves and the rest of the world power to build up an effective system of fair peace in the area .
Of course , these are day dreams and will never come true because Iran looks at the Arabs from a superior view . Iran wants to replace the American sovereignty.
There is another reason for the Arabs not to rescue Bush . He is leaving the White House, no way ; nobody in America sympathies with him because they realized he was the reason of their surprising dilemma in Iraq and he put a nail in the coffin of the American mono sovereignty in the area and in the whole world . the only rational choice before the Arab leaders not to rescue Bush but to rescue the area from Chaos , injustice and extremism . this is a tough dream to realize to love each other and co- operate together . that will take a long time to be true .
In Iraq El Sadr appeared after a long time in exile in Iran . He was terribly afraid to be killed by the Americans . He was considered their great problem in Iraq -- in El Kofa mosque . He assured his old demands ; the Americans forces have to go away . .He believed that the US planted the disputes and the vendetta in Iraq and divided it into Sunnis and Shiites .He skipped over his old demand which was about defining a time schedule for the pull out . . the younger leader – 33 years old – who turned out to be the strongest effective character on the Iraqi stage itself . He is the only one who is able to make a real national reconciliation with the Sunnis . He asked his army El" Mahdi " ; which belonged to him , not to do harm to the Sunnis " our brothers " ; sharing the same home and religion ; because the Sunnis blood is illegal to the Shiite . He denied setting up the apartheid wall which separates the Sunnis of Azzamia from Shiite neighbors , although the Shiite militia were the most ferocious with the Sunnis in driving them away from their houses . Although , again the Americans ; who contributed in drawing the features of his old portrait ; are suspecting now in his potentials to control his military militia as they are suspecting his ability to unify Iraq under his leadership , yet El Sadr possesses all the possibilities which could make him a leader to this current : the armed forces which are considered to be the second in number after the US . Furthermore ; the political influence which is represented in a parliamentary mass , consisting of 30 senators which enabled Nory to outrun the popularity of the religious leader El Sistani who larked in a long silence without any intention to get out of it .
El Sadr is the only Shiite leader who refused the division of Iraq into semi isolated regions having autonomy , because Iraq needs a powerful central government . He supported the requests of changing the constitution , the equitable division for the fortunes and the power among the Kurdish , the Shiite and the Sunnis . For all these reasons his last call echoes strongly among the Sunnis in Iraq and they want to make Sunnis – Shiite coalition to preserve the unity in Iraq and cooperate to expel El Qaeda organization from the middle provinces ; although there is still a sort of anxiety about his character . the Americans put his hazard into consideration . they couldn't forget how he fought them in El Nagaf and showed great resistance in El Sadr Town . El Diwannia , one of the biggest town in El Quadissia province witnessed violent clashes between the militia of El Mahdi from one part and American – Iraqi security forces from another part; ; where all kinds of little and middle weapons were used together with the American helicopters . Besides , he requested all his demands to be responded in return for releasing the British kidnapped . the main requests represented in stopping all the patrols of the British forces in the south of Basra . In addition to stopping assassination operations against the leaders of El Mahdi army and setting free all the detainees including Sheikh Abdul Hadi El Derabi ; El Sadr 's spokesman . He sent a personal envoy to the prime minister El Malki to inform him about the safety of the kidnapped .
The strategic research centers all over the world were expecting America to give Iran a military strike ; but it seems that the US has other calculations ; may be before the end of Bush's second term . America has to decide the success of the plan to impose law in Iraq or , else , the substitute will be the election of a democratic president in 2008 . As for Israel ; the complete report of Finograd will be published on July 2007 . Certainly there will be great demonstrations calling for the resignation of both Ulmert and Pyrites . The Arabs don't take pity on Iran , but they take pity on Iraq . they remembered the similarities and the comparisons between the collapse of Baghdad on the hands of Hulaku in 1258 , Timor lank in 1400 . then the Turks in 1638 and the new collapse of Baghdad on the hands of the coalition troops on April 2003 . The Caliph El Mansor constructed Baghdad in the form of a circle and entitled it " the city of Salam " . the Arabs remember , particularly the scientific movement in the time of El Rashid , his son El Mammon and his famous library which was called " the House of Wisdom " . the cultural movement of Baghdad was fantastic in the middle ages as well as the cultural centers in Cairo , Damascus , El Quierawan in Tunisia , Cicely , Andalusia , in Cordoba , Granter and many other examples that when the Arab civilization flourished between the 7th century and the 13th century. These minerates enlightened the road of Renaissance after it was dark . The Arabs remembered the stolen historic monuments from the well – known Islamic museum and the precious manuscripts . They go back to history and remember the civilized cultural calamity which was not only in Baghdad , but there were other Iraqi cultural centers , like the two schools : El Kofa which was the capital of the Abbasids before the construction of Baghdad , besides , El Basra ; the birthplace of El Hassan El Basry and El Ashari which were burnt by El Zing in 871 , then El Karameta in 923. They were occupied by the Turks in 1668 , and the English in 1914 .
As a matter of fact, the Arabs don't sympathize with Iran who commit every day mistakes and provocative statements to America and Europe . Chini is considered the most rigid in the American administration concerning Iran , he exhorted , onboard one of an American carrier in the Gulf - -- that Washington won't never ever allow Iran to possess nuke weapons or control the middle east , although he didn't advocate openly about utilizing military power against Iran . Many of the military experts believe that the missile which Russia launched entitled ( R . S – 24 ) would support and increase the strategic missile forces of Russia ; overcoming the anti – missile systems . It wasn't strange to do such missile experiments from the part of Russia together with the diplomatic campaign which Putin launched over the missile shield ; America tries to deploy in Europe . Russia looks at that as an attempt to eradicate its nuclear potentials and that would lead the nuclear balance in favor of America .Serge Evan of the first vice to the prime minister was supporting his president and described the American step as " playing with fire " , when this experiment succeeds , he assured that these missiles can overcome all the anti – missile systems in the world . they are supplied with high – tech ability to penetrate all the missile systems . So , the Russians can look ahead to their future quietly and without any feeling of menace .
It is known that the US planned to construct a Radar Base in Ctchek and to pose ten of anti – missile systems in Poland ; claiming that this procedure will contribute in protecting Europe in case exposing to a missile attack from Iran or North Korea . Washington avowed that this doesn't make any threat to Russia . Putin replied that his country would freeze the terms of traditional weapons in Europe and if the US goes on their plans , that will push all to enter the race of the armament anew . the experts describe the circumstances which surround the relationship between America and Russia as a return to the atmosphere of the cold war which prevailed between the ex – Soviet Union and the US .. It is noticed that the Russians consider the American military plans in Europe are provoking ; no necessity for them . From their part they were careful not to provoke anybody with their new missiles which were capable of crossing out all the missile systems ; when they assured that missiles ( R – S 24 ) match with the conditions of Treaty ( Staret – 2 ) signed with America .

He refused the criticism done by Russia concerning the American schedule to construct a shield against missiles in Poland and Ctchek . It was as if coming back again to Cold War . the same words used by Rebort Gates and caused a crisis between Russia and America. Bush renewed his belief that this American shield doesn’t form any menace to Russia . He said he wanted this shield to protect the free countries and democracy from the Rogue countries , and Russia isn't a rogue one so , there is no need to be worried . He said he was afraid of any Iranian missile to hit Europe or any allied countries . He asked the Russian cooperation and to send their scientists to check how the system works . Yet Bush criticized badly the position of democracy in Russia and China as the reforms in Russia got out of its right path ; whereas China still resists the political opening .He demanded some countries to set free the dissents immediately , such as Mien mar , Bella Russia ,Cuba Vietnam and Egypt .
The puzzling question which poses itself is that what gave the US the right to evaluate the democratic situations in the world ? If Washington interferes provokingly and illegally in the route of the democratic modification in the Arab countries ; being weak comparatively . How do they give themselves to inspect the democratic positions in a super country like Russia ? . the answer implied in the absolute ruling mentality which controlled the American political mind long ago .; resembling themselves as God Almighty ; where His will is irrevocable . So, all the world should look at the US divinely because it is the source of the values and goodness . On the height of this the US doesn't care with anything except their interests , requirements and desires which they want to impose on all the nations and peoples who have to carry out the American interests and to respect their style of life which is based on the exceeding consumption . That what interprets why the Americans are pleased to consume all the resources of the world .
For example ,when the Kiyoto accord is consummated ; to adjust the world atmosphere and ban pollution . America can easily withdraw after the accord was endorsed . but later they may accept it . Another example ; if the International Criminal Tribunal ; -- that was found recently – America doesn't approve for the American citizens to be verdict if they commit war crimes . Moreover , they give the American farmers support contrarily to the rules of the International Trade organization . Since America is the world and the world is America ; consequently they could form the world economy to enrich themselves regularly and submit the non western societies to poverty . The slogan of the freedom of markets means simply the freedom of the transportation of the American funds , articles and services from America to the rest of the world . We can say that the American globalizing extension is bored with the cultural space for the non – American societies including Europe . That will lead to reduce the chances before boosting the various world cultures .
There is another American influencing sovereignty in the domain of defining the principles , phenomena and events . the US gives itself the absolute right to be the only reference in definition . It defines what democracy is .what is justice ? what is freedom ? what are the human rights ? and all the things which formulate the human life in any community . they coined their special definitions to fundamentalism and terrorism , and the good and the evil . All the countries including Europe have to submit to these definitions and to accept and adopt them willingly . The Us thinks they have the right – in the field of terrorism – for instance ; to differ between what they call the Islamic terrorism and the people who commit it -- to submit to extremely cruel treatment , although that is against the International Law and the Criminal Law ; as in the case of the detainees in " Jewantanamo " and between the American terrorists like " Timothy Mackfi" who exploded the Federal Building in Atlanta ; Yet he got a fair judgment . the same criteria can be implied on the press freedom . The Us attacks the countries which they don't have interests with, whereas they skip over and discard countries ; even they violate openly the human rights as long as they have strategic interests with them .
I wish the Arabs could play a role in the internal arena , but the Arabic diplomacy is distinguished by negativity , persuading the International Society to take decisions discarding the Arabic interests ; not caring whether they cope with the international legislation or not . most of the steps and the diplomatic conventions done and the Arabic delegations roam all over the world , from New York to Belgium with the claim of marketing the Arabic negotiations ; to our disappointment ; as if they performed an absurd play . Everybody , in advance , know , it won't do any good . It is just a move in the place , and turned out to be headlines in the newspapers and satellite stations .
After the conventions between Israeli secretary of state and those of Egypt and Jordon , and the meetings took place in Belgium between all the Arab secretaries of state and the European commissioner, bedsides Amr Moses contacts in New York aiming to survive the Arabic negotiations and the Arabs seem to appear as if they were prepared for peace . what was the outcome ? the statement issued by the International Quartet was like a cold shower on the Arabs' heads . It only demanded the Palestinians to stop violence and to set free the Israeli kidnapped soldier . Israel is demanded nothing but to avoid civilian victims . the statement of the Egyptian foreign affairs described the issues of the Quartet as they were not balanced and exposed the Quartet credibility ; as a neutral part , to questioning , but since when was the Quartet neutral ? . It seems that as if the International Society had realized that the Arabic initiative died the moment it was born .
On the other hand , it seems that the imbalanced resolution issued by the Security Council concerning the International Tribunal in the case of El Hariri's assassination under the seventh term of the charter cope with the inferior view to the positions of the Arab countries . the interference in their sovereignty is allowable . Unless the Lebanese agreed together to set up the court according to their wills, America and France will hurry up to issue an obligatory resolution to establish the international tribune where the super powers would pose their conditions with the team America and France support regardless the other team , this will lead to a civil war . the Arabic diplomacy in front of these successive developments stand puzzled after a vigilance didn't last long . As a result of this , the role of the general secretary of the United Nations is retreating much , more than before . Pan Ki Mon is only satisfied with the international problems ; utilizing the seventh chapter of the charter , to punish the Arabs regardless the other countries . As long as the internal fighting in Palestine between Hamas and Fath , and the Arabic division is prevailing in the Arabic area the external interference will be stronger than any Arabic movements or initiatives .
We can see now the Palestinian territories are burning , the blood is shed and the future is committing suicide under the feet of the warriors of Fath and Hamas . Do they see that the way to liberate their occupied lands and build the future country ? If it isn't why they insist on fighting each other ? Both are in favor of their own interests . If Fath organization is secular , yet it desires peace with Israel and chose to accept two countries , and cooperate with the international and regional powers to put this choice into practice through negotiations. Whereas Hamas adopts the policy of the armed resistance . It refuses the declaration of accepting Oslo treatments signed by the Liberation Organization .Also , Hamas refuses the admission of Israel . Hamas depends on the reference of the Divine , and the Absolute , while Fath goes back to humane reference , It fights to protect their peaceful project , , the influence they enjoyed long and sovereignty in the Palestinian street . Hamas tries to gather between resistance and authority . they work on sabotaging the peace process and most of all to control Gaza absolutely and throw away Fath so as to set up their Islamic province .
Their goals come across with the Syrian and Iranian ones . Syria built up their strategy on connecting between achieving peace in all routes till the day won't stand alone against Israel and the " occupied Golan " As for Iran they planned to catch the Palestinian paper together with the Lebanese and Iraqi paper in their conflict with the US.
The disasters the Palestinian citizen is increasing , every morning ; starts his day exposing to the Palestinian and Israeli fires . If he looks around he won't find but the effects of the stifling besiege which began with the arrival of Hamas . Around the clock , he will hear nothing but news about Israeli assault , assassinations of prominent leaders and kidnapping ministers and parliamentary representatives and destruction of foundations . If he thinks in damning Israel , he will remember the Palestinian fighting and a lot of victims .
Cairo is the big brother who tries to compromise between the two parts . Egypt is obliged to launch initiative after another despite the deep doubts of the possibilities of its success . the basic significance behind these initiatives as the following:
· -- This crisis is bound to blow up again in the near future , may be it will be more brutal than before -----( and this is what really happened -------)
· It is proved that we can't solve the crisis in the frame of security only , but it must be solved politically as well .
· It is necessary to modify the law of election to permit the rest of the other political currents and the powers of the civilized society and the independents ; to have a better chance to formulate the 3rd middle current representing liberalism and democracy . It is better to do this election soon ; new presidency and new parliament . to restore the balance of the different political map .
· Finishing of the sovereignty of the warriors and princes of the militias . To adjust the reversed positions , to enable policy to direct the gun and not vice versa .
· It is necessary to change all the leaders of the security systems to work politics . And to submit all these systems to the command of the home front minister who is chosen on the basis of professional efficiency . Not affiliated to a certain sect or ethnic .
· It is proved that , it is quite difficult , and impossible to succeed in gathering simultaneously between the authority and the armed resistance . Arafat himself tried that but he lost his life as a price to this attempt.
The oppressed majority of the Palestinians is the only front which pays the price of this unfair economical boycott . And the popular solidarity reached a critical situation , to state of recession , phenomena of traveling abroad , from the part of the Palestinians . the Palestinian society is being penetrated before the enemy and social deviations .
The international society is obliged to set up a Palestinian state and develop the Palestinian society in all fields .
In Israel , the military people expect war on the Syrian front , unless Israel responds to the quest of president Bashar El Assad , he assured years ago his offer to resume the Israeli – Syrian negotiation about the destiny of " Golan "without precedent conditions . He said if Israel suspects his true intentions , he asked it to try rather than precedent refusal . The Israeli newspapers wrote reports daily about military movements on the Israeli side aiming at reinforcing the forces situations ; rebuilding the air defense network against the Israeli planes and the arrival of short and middle range missiles from Iran to strengthen the Syrian military if they decide to stimulate the situation on the Golan front ; to push Israel to accept negotiations .Likewise , the Israeli newspapers talked about the change took place to the situation of the American administration which used to ask Israel to refuse resuming negotiation with Syria because Damascus still supports smuggling the Arab warriors through their borders to Iraq , and thy don't want to stop interfering in Lebanon after the pull out of the Syrian forces .
For all these reasons the Israeli prime minister Ulmert refused the Syrian offer arrogantly ; asking Damascus to drive away all the Palestinian opposing organizations and close their offices in Damascus . there were Israeli talks about fundamental change happened in the American situation dropping the objections of the American administration to resume negotiation between Syria and Israel . the newspapers persuaded the Israeli prime minister Ulmert to respond to the Syrian offer , since it is not logical for Israel to go on refusing the direct dialogue with the Syrians ; while Israel; used to claim that the Arabs refuse to negotiate with them .
The Israelis may think that ; resuming negotiation on the Syrian route , may cause pressure on the Palestinians and may give Israel , in the same time , flexibility of movement and transport from the Palestinian route to the Syrian one , but that reveals the Israeli wish of wasting time because Ulmert will remain till the end of his term unable to take any resolution.
But what will the Lebanon do after the international law ? although the international tribune of the crime of El Hariri's assassination inside the security council was expected , after it was impossible to carry it out in the parliament with the background of the refusal of the opposition just to discuss the court project under the government of El Saniora and putting conditions to put up a national union government . However , the reaction inside the opposition team reflects a real embarrassment and was silent until they agreed together what they will do towards the court project . the question which poses itself what will the court find out in the mission of busting the truth of El Hariri's assassination, in the shade of the great conviction of the majority ; particularly 14 March Current that the decree of accusation in this crime will touch the Syrian regime right away ? therefore , El Saniora was careful to say ; after the convention of the security council that the tribune isn't against any country ; meaning Syria but it searches for justice . Syria in their turn hurried to assure that the court something they have nothing to do with . No doubt that the voting inside the Security council cause a future crisis between the majority team and the state of Quart which refused to vote . Soon a campaign of attack began on Quart 's attitude as strange and biased to the opposition . Berry ; the president of the parliament , can't help criticizing the French and the British delegates inside the Council , he said both the American and British delegates obliged him not to approve the international court before the Lebanese parliament . that means the Lebanese opposition won't accept the reality imposed by the Security council . All the procedures point out that tough days are awaiting Lebanon . the home crisis will grow and the majority powers will realize this hot fix and they will declare soon about a national reconciliation initiative but its success will depend on the acceptance of the opposition ; …. Or in other words Syria ------ all the strings are in the hands of Syria . And all the strings of Syria are in the hands of Iran . It is the treasury of Syria , Hezbollah and Hamas .
The first reaction in Beirut was the reopening of Saint George road ; the place where El Hariri was assassinated . the statements of the French ambassador in Lebanon ; Bernard Emiet reflected a supporting situation to El Saniora's government and demanding the Tribunal to accelerate . He considered the 1707 resolution as a comprehensive one for the international Society for the sake of the truth and the hope of the whole world about 1595 ; the resolution of the United Nation . can the committee for the investigation of El Hariri's assassination ; presided by Perameritz complete its work peacefully ?. to our disappointment , he resigned from the case ? why ? although , he intensified that the Security Council performed a clear exhortation to those who want to root out the stability of this country ; he went on saying that Syria has to reconsider reading this resolution well and the situation of the octave group is very clear because it invokes the members of the international society to cooperate with the Tribunal .
What is happening in Lebanon now has a bad effect on the Lebanese economy which embodies a unique one depending on the external flows and services which focus on the tourist activity not for entertainment or purchasing but for investment in estates and projects besides funds and banks . It is a society of business and commerce whose base and sometimes branches is in Lebanon , but its extensions are in the Gulf countries and along the world map in African ,European and Latin America countries since the Lebanese were great immigrants long ago and they settled in these continents . According to the theory of the economy of services the break- out of the Lebanese civil war in 70th was unjustified as well as the Israeli occupation to the south for years and the Israeli assault to Lebanon , and going to Beirut to besiege , sabotaging and bombing it with missiles and planes --- was not understood , too , the conflict with the Israeli occupation to the south was Lebanese , in addition , the resistance to the Israeli invasion in 2006 and the defeat was sheer Lebanese , although the sources of finance and support was coming from abroad , but Lebanon was a space arena to all the world funds . these financial flows reflect the policy paradoxes and the undeclared mysterious accounts on the surface which is the real controller in the routes and directions of the events . as if what is said publicly is only a play of absurd which is performed for entertainment , maneuver and deceit . So , what is said about the sources of financing , the weapons and the support to Christian militias as well as the Sunnis , the Shiite , the Dorsi and other sectarian militias prove that the hidden policies go in a way different to that policies in public . these things are still performed . Now , as if the president and the prime minister were out of the line of legality and it can't be understood but through the mentality of the " war lords " who are able to achieve the spoils , the interests and the huge profits in all circumstances .
This interprets what is said about the numerous factions which utilize the name of Islam as a fa̤ade .they are computerized factions through international regional intelligent systems . As for the positions of Lebanon , it is suffering simultaneously . the consequences of the destructive social and economical results of the Israeli aggression and from sharp political crisis menacing its stability and union . Lebanon may lose the chance of the utmost utility ; first from the exceptional International Arabic support which can't be available but for the conference of Paris Р3 It is approximately 8 billion dollars ; taking the form of loans and donations .
Second , from the possibilities of Arabic financial surpluses to the Lebanese market cherishing investment in different services and production sectors . to cure the problems of deficit and the general debt .
All the political powers in Lebanon welcomed the invitation of France to hold a convention unofficially aiming at the coming back of dialogue to reach a compromising solution to the successive crisis which faced Lebanon . the importance of this invitation interprets the historical location which France fills in the hearts of all the Lebanese ; the " passionate mother " . Moreover , the trend of the French administration in the time of the new president Sarcosi , to open his heart to all the Lebanese political powers after the frustration of the French relations with the Lebanese opposition after the assassination of El Hariri . in this outline there were negotiations between French foreign affairs officials and a representative in the Lebanese parliament representing Hezbollah , in addition to similar negotiations with El Emad Own ; the leader of the free national current that shows the serious direction of the new French trend .
Bush , now is in a critical situation in his explosive battle with Iran due the stifling besiege imposed on him from inside and outside to prevent him from being rash and committing the same disastrous errors in Iraq . This besiege from democratic , republican congress , the American people , and the international society . All warn him not to involve in a war with Iran , and from missing a chance of constructive negotiations with it to rescue him from his dilemma in Iraq and Afghanistan and to solve the problem of Lebanon and Palestine . Many of solutions seem to be in America's hands ; while Bush stands bewildered and hesitant to take the decision : -- escalating his economical and military pressure and hot verbal confrontation , sometimes resorting to diplomacy and elasticity , other times , sending two carriers , warships and submarines to the Gulf , deploying Patriot missiles and F 16 carrying nuclear heads , then assuring that he has no intentions to conquer Iran , accusing it of producing nuke weapons , then doubting in the American intelligence information for fear of being wrong data as they were in Iraq ., assuring his commitment of the diplomatic curriculum , but he doesn't deny beating the Iranian establishments , demanding the American forces to kill and arrest the Iranians inside Iraq , then persisting on his readiness to start negotiations with Iran on a high level . An American official admits that bush takes a defense position . that points out the anxiety of the hazard confrontation .
On the other side, Iran seems in a powerful position , more daring and more challenging . Iran utilizes and invests American weakness , they kept extending and profounding their intelligence , economical; and military influence along the whole area , but that outruns their nuclear menace . their supporters spread all over Iraq where the Shiite militias . America wants to impose democracy on the whole world It connects only to the country which can achieve its sovereignty on the sensitive areas in the world and that within the next century . Basically Israel , then Iraq , as for the Arab world , it aims at controlling the petroleum sources . they will have to import oil mainly by the end of 2015 . they try to modulate the Iraqi Oil Law to lean on the participation in profits systems PSA between Iraq and the companies which will extract from the Iraqi lands; this system was refused by Venezuela and Russia . this is quite an evidence that America wants to control the country which has the biggest oil reserves so as to grasp the area of the Arabic Gulf . as for the world American strategic plans , they are shaping a strategy whose goal is a try to return to the atmosphere of the cold war . they extend a missile wall in Poland and Czech to attract the attention again to the race of armament ; to remind the eastern European countries that the Soviet – western hostility is still existing .

Hence , we see the escalation and reinforce the accent of supporting the Sunnis against the increase of the Shiite influence .that is why Lebanon turned out to be an experiment lab to set fires of sectarians between the Sunnis and the Shiite . now they couldn’t control Iraq since the Shiite influence got victorious over the Sunnis . As a matter of fact , it is difficult to predict what will happen in Iraq after they skipped over demanding the government of El Malki to achieve a serious national reconciliation with the Sunnis and issuing a decree to share out the oil revenue equally between the Sunnis , the Shiite , and the Kurdish , besides , changing the constitution in favor of a central government . All these , were difficult problems which assured to the Americans public opinion , how Iraq invasion operation was just an adventure from the side of the new conservatives and a jump in the unknown .
The Americans didn’t care for the Egyptians’ anger because of the American criticism to the state of reform and democracy in Egypt and other countries ; particularly when Bush expressed his sorry for the imprisonment of a number of opposers ; Ayman Nor ; and the chairman of El Jihad Party . this time , the Egyptians were so angry that president Mubarak decided not to attend the summit of the Octavete in Berlin to discuss the African causes . As a matter of fact , speculation was always there in the ordinary circumstances ; but with the world economy conversion , the world turned out to be a great Casino ; not only for the markets of funds and currencies , but the markets of food as well . this is very dangerous ; in this way ; globalization becomes a synonym to starvation for a lot of countries around the world . If speculation powers are left to play games in the world economy ; this will lead to tensions and world economic turmoil which were not existed before .
Some part of American mentality tries to let Egypt alone without any connection with the Arab world . Other part tries to demolish Islam in Egypt . For example , there is in Egypt , a Byzantine debate about the Egypt ‘ s affiliation to the Arabs . Is it just a cultural affiliation or basically ethnic and racial one . Extremism is the farm of terrorism where it can grow and boast . they are blossoming for three reasons :
First of all , the deviation of thoughts in apprehending religion and its interpretation.
Second , poverty , frustration and social oppression .
Third , the political depression accompanied by pressing and supporting from abroad . terrorism is the new born of extremism . it is spreading in the area from the east to the west , menacing the security of peoples as it pulls down the countries and the ruling regimes . most of our countries own two or three factors . the extremistic network and the terroristic organisations extend and branch out from Iraq to Morocco , from Lebanon to Algeria and south in Yemen , Somalia and the Sudan , while the middle countries , especially in Egypt and Saudi Arabia are boiling under active menacing networks or sleeping cells , awaiting for a chance to blast off towards destruction and killing . this led to deformation of the national resistance in the area . these organisations penetrated in the areas of liberation and independence wars , as in Iraq , Palestine , Lebanon and Somalia . they committed assassination operations hazardly , they blemished the white face of the resistance . it led to giving all the justifications before the local ruling regimes to intensify the security grasp and practising more oppression and depression and confiscating the public freedom by means of Emergency Laws , or outside law under the name of combating terrorism and insuring the right of people in security and stability . the political tyranny allied with the economical , social oppression became more ferocious along the Arabic map , while the foreign occupation was like air applying the well- known American recipe ; “ the constructive chaos “ it led also to offering a remarkable service to the American Zionist occupation which attacks fiercely the Arab countries .

What we saw in Gaza as if it were guerrillas ; kidnapping , snipering , screaming scenes we used to see between the Palestinians and the Israelis . between those who resist for wiping out the occupation and the occupied forces pressing on the Palestinian people . But what we saw was between the Palestinians themselves. street fighting , mutual menaces , arsoning publicly and , private properties and attacking prominent personalities in the Palestinian national authority . Under the shadow of the state of confusion and escalating hostility ; the Egyptian security delegation didn’t manage to convince the two conflicting parties to cease fire . Meanwhile , Israel made use of what was going on , alleging that there was no Palestinian partner to negotiate with. They propagated ideas that Gaza became a fortification for Hamas which will set up a state in this sector . Fath will put up a state in the western bank . the reporters of the Israeli newspapers gloated over what happened in the Palestinian lands . they said they could accept two “ Palestinian states “ living side by side with Israel .

Sheikh Hereto El Dari ; the general secretary of the Sunnis in Iraq accused the government of Malki of standing behind the explosion of the two shrines in Samara .
In the same time , in Lebanon the representative opposer to Syria , Waleed Eido , his elder son and two of his companions were killed as a result of blast in Beirut. The police clarified that this was the first aggression in Beirut took place by day since the wave of explosion targeting at commercial and inhabited areas after the breaking out of the clashes of " Nahr El Bared " and the Lebanese army .
with th In Darfor, Washington considered the consent of the Sudan to deploy a joint force in the region on condition that it must be all Africans as a refusal to deploy all the forces which consist of 17 – 19 soldiers and a policemen . Before that , the Sudanese government accused the western countries to attempt to colonise the Sudan anew . It refuses to deploy a joint force from the United Nations and the African Union in Darfor . Khartoum is careful to negotiate with the rebellion movements , to solve the crisis in the region peacefully . It is possible for the Sudanese to convene with the united nations and African union to come to ultimate settlement in Darfor . Experts from the united nations and the African union together with official Sudanese convened in Addis Ababa to negotiate in a detailed plan to send a joint force consisting of 23 thousand agents to replace other force from the African union of 7 thousand agents which suffered from lack of finance and machines . the reluctance of the Sudanese to solve the problem of Darfor obliged Washington to impose economical sanctions . in fact , these sanctions declared by Bush was not the first . ; the Sudan is being sanctioned since 1997 , but that was not a surprise because Washington warned to execute these sanctions on Khartoum to force them accepting international forces in Darfor , and to stop the actions of violence in the area . the Sudanese gained experience in dealing ese American sanctions long ago .
Some think that these American sanctions are just a political situation addressing the media , the groups of pressure and the American public opinion . And , if the American administration wanted to take painful resolutions , these sanctions would be extended to the effective companies , in the Sudanese petroleum and economy . the Sudan should be careful because the graduation of sanctions won't last because of the escalating pressures practised over the resolution makers in Washington and the western countries to stop what they think genocide and massacres in Darfor .
The Sudanese minister of human affairs " Ahmad Haroun " –he was wanted by the Criminal Court now ,accused of genocide , together with the Sudanese president El Basher , he was put in a critical situation and asked the Arab League to convene ------- explained that the Dafor's cause can be divided into three main topics :
The international situation -- the dialogue with the armed movements , -- and the human situation . As for the international situation , the Sudanese faced a basic challenge , it is the Security Council resolution 1706 which implied basically establishing an occupation authority in the Sudan and canceling the state authority . the Sudanese with co operation with Egyptian diplomacy overcame this resolution . As for the dialogue with the armed movements in Darfor ; it is certain that it was a local problem and they convened with most of the movements and organizations except four movements . they are ; -- the justice and equality presided by Khalil Ibrahim. It can be considered the military flank of the popular conference party presided by Hassan ElTorabi .

Experts think that there is a lot of oil reservations in Darfor ., that is why everyone wants to come there . Edward Leno ; the responsible for the security and intelligence of the Popular movement for liberating Sudan in 1997 and 2005 defended Silva Care ; the first vice of the Sudanese president and the chairman of the Popular movement for liberating Sudan dueling accusation in public with the Sudanese president Omar El Basher during celebrating the second remembrance of the peace convention signature , where he complained that concerning the cause of oil revenues , still some oil wells in the south belonged to the north and the borders were not settled yet .the oil amount actually produced estimated at more than 800, 000 BL a day , but the National Conference deals with it about 450, 000 BL a day .
The situation needs transparency and the National Conference still insists on unilateralism and non- transparency . the National Conference should execute the terms of the convention wholly . When the police arrived , his forces shot one of the police , they couldn't control themselves any more . the police followed Gabriel and his forces who went to Malekal garrison which belonged to the Sudanese army , they refused to deliver him , so there were fire and shooting . then he was smuggled by the army to Katogly first , then to Khartoum . He accused the military intelligence making troubles . they traded the cause of peace . this mentality is the cause of unrests in Sudan . they grew too much that they became a state within the state and a government within a government .

El Sadek El Mahdi ,; chairman of Sudanese Nation Party " El Umma " and Imam El Ansar – the leaders of the supporters –attributed the bad conditions in Darfor and the Sudan to the ruling party . He believed that there should be true solutions to the reasons of the crisis rather than running useless initiatives and the frame of sanctions is a failure because the US is looking upon us as the devil in the area , any cause would harm it . Any subject they adopted resulted in reversed positions . People in Darfor no longer trust in the government and considered it the reason of this catastrophe. The solution can be applied by the existence of international forces to monitor cease fire and achieving a degree of security and discipline , in addition to applying the resolution 1593 and questioning the criminals who committed crimes in Darfor and doing procedures to build up trust through changing the administrations found in Darfor which were a part of the problem . Darfor , one third of the residents are in the camps and they won't accept any registering before the government responds to their rights . 20 % of Sudan are homeless . the elections can be cheated and they would have nothing to do with the people and their real will . all the initiatives done by the neighboring countries to solve the problem of Darfor will be useless unless the government admits that they represent only one opinion from different opinions in the Sudan , and all these opinions need to be compromised .
In Morocco , Abu Mossab Abdul Wadoud inaugurated the construction of El Quaeda with the Islamic coalition group for fighting in Algeria . But , America is dealing with us in a shaming duality , arousing suspicion and ignoring – on purpose that – the people of the area – especially Egypt – has a remarkable culture . In the same time they refused to have democracy like the Iraqi model . America thinks that democracy is the freedom of Israel to kill people and destroy buildings. This apparent duality is just on operation of reshuffling roles , the essence of the American policy is based on a collection of pressure papers ready to be utilized according to the suitable situation , each at a time .
The Americans researcher and writer Michel Liden " who issued in 1996 a book entitled " Betrayal of Democracy " and issued another book 2002 entitled " war on the Lords of Terrorism " the main points in these two books summarise the most important goals for the new conservatives which is to modulate and diagram the world map , and the map of the middle east in particular ,considering democracy as the most important articles America should export to the area with the allegation that the start point is to set up a free Iraq in the core of the middle east , representing a revolution to the world democracy .

For instance , Saddam Hussein was an ally to the west in the 80th when he was utilised to beat Iran in a war lasted 8 years , bleeding the fortunes' area in favor of the weapon industry . After his allied role ended , they began to call him the " evil , the tyrant and the dictator and we all know how he met his end .
Israel violated Palestine , you didn't hear anything showing the Jews conquested Palestine and made their people homeless , on the contrary , you hear the terroristic Palestinians who shed the Israeli blood . Anybody who has no background will imagine that the Arabs conquested Israel who wanted to restore their rights and set up their country .

The democratic development in Egypt is still in the beginning and reflects our potentials in development and growth . Yet we think the rate of participation is weak ; 30 % attendance does not achieve the proportionate representation. The day of elections in Egypt is a tough tiring process . the records of the polls are not correct . the demonstrations the trouble makers make before the polls committees result in great burdens on the shoulders of the security systems . Every citizen should have a serial number rather than the poll tickets . Some experts think that the fault of democracy is that there is no guarantee to win in advance for any candidate or a party in disinterested elections . therefore some new thinkers blame democracy of that sort , , it gives a chance for some unwanted political powers to get into the political domain . this was the tune which prevailed the Shora elections . It is said that we managed to pass over the dangerous deficiency of democracy on the Egyptian way and we walked on the same routes of the Algerian , Syrian and Yemen elections . We found ourselves before a unique one . the sweeping majority of the party wins actually ; those who were possessing authority will take the same seats they were already having , without any real change . the real problem of this situation is not the case of frustration and depression the people who elect have , - they originally don't go to the polls - they lost the confidence of democratic change , but the continuation of this deformed position , how democracy – in our Arab world changes into a dirty stupid game ? it allows elections really , but it is the sort of elections that lead to – consecrating the authority in the same ruling class . It will make this game hasardous ; where they can eliminate the unwanted candidates and put in custody those who would probably win . It is said that the security system put in custody more than one thousand candidates from the " Muslim Brothers " and the independents ; allegating that they belong to the banned group or they utilise religious slogans . This added an atmosphere of horror and lack of security .What marked this battle is that ; it was a test to what extent the policy the state used to prevent the religious slogans in the political work succeeded ? Some terms of the constitution were amended aiming at the sweeping overwhelming of the Muslim Brothers had in the parliament . Nobody can claim that converting the election into a war against slogans managed to determine the political conflict between the brothers and the National Party . this democratic process is sympathetic and will lead to the death of the political work .
The Egyptian people are fed up with this barren conflict between the National Party and the Brothers ' and it won't do any good to the future of the political life in Egypt . No doubt the National Party is building up now a new house for the majority . collecting around those who belong to it and eliminate the opportunists , who are too old , after it found out that they are permanent members in every party beginning from the National Union Organisation , then the Socialistic Union and finally the National Party . In all the democratic countries or the non democratic countries all consent that the party expresses the conditions of people in confront with the government which submits to questioning from the party ; where it lasts its responsibility if it succeeds in committing with the policy party and leaves out if it fails . History emphasises that the crisis of the National Party is that they don't separate the party from the government .Still the political strategy is unable to determine the historical phrase " the government party or the party government " . After the eradication of the religious opposing party which they achieved nothing , the future and destiny of the civil opposition is the first challenge that faces the National Party which they live the ecstasy of the sweeping majority . Why don't they think to set up an external opposition to block out the windows in front of the dictatorial resolution ?

To solve this negative phenomena ; first , to restore the confidence between the citizen and the government through stopping anti – propaganda from any other power in society , this deforms the image of the regime , repeating that noise in reforming , that leads to depression and disappoint the citizen's capacity to develop the feeling of citizenship and participation We should stamp out the dictatorship of both the minority and the sweeping majority in the parliament .

Many developing countries realised this fact – like East South Asian Countries , Brazil , India and South Africa. Their international position advanced in comparison with the super powers , but the Arabs didn't understand this fact . After 11 – 9 – 2001, the US declared their new foreign political strategy on 20 – 9 2002 . they changed their administrative rules with the Arab world . they modulated the conception of the enemies and friends " those who are not with us are against us " but the Arabs kept on sticking to their traditional foreign policy . they didn't develop their vision and tactics to match with the new world strategy . the American experts ; those who are near the resolution industry offered the new policy and how they transformed the front line with the ancient Soviet Union to inside the Arab world which is considered the source of hazard and menace of their new national security . yet the Arabs didn't take any step to modulate their national security strategies ; but rather , left their vital domain ; -- a security vacuum ; persuading any regional or international powers to violate their strategical vacuum . that was the main reasons behind arsoning the successive crises in the Arab world , without any ability to predict the crisis and ban them or even solve them like what happens in Palestine , Lebanon , Sudan and Somalia .

Nothing left to Kursi or the international forces to achieve stability in any region of the country unless they come back to the chiefs of the tribes in the different regions and to co- ordinate with them , otherwise the worst will happen .In fact , the first appearance to Taliban’s power again ; after losing it – through the suicide operation took place in military Pagram Base which coincidenced with visit of American vice – president Dick Chini . But for his luck , this attack would have caused a disaster . this means that this movement can penetrate a lot of security procedures . they, as well , succeeded in imposing their command on the eastern borders , the mountains of Tora Tora . they restored their laws and control on the region . the murder of Mullah Dad Allah ; the military leader didn’t affect them badly . the daily life in the Afghani villages and tribal regions follow the Talibani style . Kabul is the only part that can be liberal or urban, which is mastered by the Afghani forces and the government of Karasi who was exposed to an operation of assassination on April 2008. In Sudan , Omar El Basheer exhorted the west to repeat the sceneries of Iraq and Afghanistan in Sudan , and any foreign interferences in his country regarding Darfor will resisted toughly . he won’t accept any “ oil for food “ programmes , even if he had to keep the oil inside their grounds ; in a gesture directed by Non – governmental organisations to apply a programme in Sudan to finance the human operations in Darfor , similar to the programme imposed by the United Nations on Iraq . He confirmed that all the forces that will come to Darfor will be utterly Africans and their mission is defined . Sudan contacted with the African countries which avowed to fulfill their commitment concerning the participation in these forces . Any attempt to go back to the resolution 17o6 will be rejected . the divisions in the sides of the armed movements in Darfor delay to reach a peaceful settlement ; despite the government procedures to determine peace and carry out projects for development . El Basheer condemned the US imposing sanctions on his country and these sanction won’t let the refugees to go back to their villages or help to provide services . He thought the goal of these sanctions is to weaken the Sudanese economy . He assured that the security position in Darfor is improving greatly especially after the reconciliation took place between Sudan and Chad .
The African leaders in their annual conference Ghana , on July 2007 , instead of suggesting and discussion executable thoughts to reduce the catastrophe of the African people of epidemics , economical backwardness , poverty and shortage of the basic services , like health and education , El Gazafi consummated imaginary , idealistic ideas which can’t be achieved due to political , ethnic, economical and social reasons , , but it rather uses up time , effort and money searching for solving even – a part pf the incurable problems in Africa. The only country that can benefit from Africa is china . the commercial volume between African Union and China gets to 55 billion dollars in 2006 ; where China depends on Africa a basic procurer of energy and raw materials . the motives of China are economical because Africa could be a promising market for the Chinese products . Africa , by its turn , needs more infrastructure , besides , the developing projects that pave the way widely before the Chinese investments in the continent. But America does not want to leave the dark country alone . they planned to establish a new American central leadership in Africa. It was obvious that Washington wanted to set up a leadership in Egypt or Libya ; when they refused , Washington went to Chad . In fact America wants a base nearby Darfor so that they could jump and control it .
Eventually , the absence of democracy is the other coin of the nature of dictatorship . political sociology scientists describe the dictatorial state as monopolising the sources of power , authority and fortune in society in favor of the elite or the family or the ruling tribe . Democracy can’t be imported from abroad . It is a local and popular product . Henry Kissinger is right when he said .. the drawback of the basic American policy is that it is purely American . they want to apply on other countries their democratic system , although the environment , the circumstances and the interests are different .
